Once they realized the cables wouldn't reach and panel needed to be moved down they had me pay the $285 for service fee and schedule another day for the work of panel move down. That $285 I applied once the work is done. They seem to be very professional and knowledged, I ended up going with another company that was willing to do the grounding exactly as the permit requested rather than having them come out again if the permit was rejected again. That's the part that made me go with a different electrician.
