Lozada tree trimmers deserve a 5 star review, tree trimmers showed up on time and trimmed trees as agreed upon (i have included photos for you to review if you wish to have the same look for your tree). The pricing is also very competitive (you get what you pay for) but nothing is perfect. Where this company drops the ball is with the below average customer service. I was told prior to the project that credit card was accepted then on the day of project that was not an option until i reminded her about our previous conversation. She also said payment would need to be in person, which also was not previously mentioned. She lied about her payment system "Clover" not having the ability to be able to manually input credit card numbers. This was not accurate. During the conversation discussing payment she began raising her voice saying i'm the owner randomly at multiple times. Lastly when i mentioned about possibly not being a returning customer she stated that is was fine, implying that there was no value for this business owner to have a repeat customer. So i recommend this business to others if you are looking for competitive pricing and project to be completed on previously agreed date but don't expect an average customer service experience. There are way too many other businesses out there that can cover all 3 bases, with more than one hundred 5 star reviews. I like to feel valued as a customer and this experience was the complete opposite. read more

Just to give you a head's up...i first sent review stating how happy i was with this company, but since we had our large pine tree trimmed in October 2025, it has developed fungus on the branches...I can't say for sure it was due to their services, but I now know that if tools are not wiped down with alcohol after each use, the tools can carry fungus from tree to tree. Hopefully this company will reach out to me to advise if this is their practice...all i know is the tree did not know any fungus prior to the trimming we received on Oct 13th. read more

I always hire this company to trim my palm tree! I think this company is responsible and reliable until my last call. I asked quote to remove the stump. First quote$180. After texting back and forth and told her my other guy will come tomorrow for $120. She said he can do it for $120! " that's how much I can bargain with them and they really want my business!" The next day, Adan came on time and he brought stump grinder to removed my stump. Before he leave I saw the area was covered by pieces of stump and he said no roots!. I didn't even bother to check or cleaning. The next day I went back out to my back yard and saw there is little hole. But I ignored it. 4 days later, I saw why the hole got bigger and I came closer and realized that the sprinkler pipe has been cut/ ground! When the sprinkler on the water burst out and created the hole. I called to the company and explained what happened, she said she is not responsible because I didn't tell him where is the sprinkler is.( they should be aware there are sprinkler all around the house, any house/ property not just mine). I simply said I will not call you guys in the future and she replied that's fine! I try to support their business but it backfire me. I hired this company to cut down two trees. I received the quote that was comparable with others. However, while they worked here they damaged a sprinkler head and a rain gutter that I just had it installed a month before. I understand things happen but honest company would come up and tell me that they broke it and attempt to fix it or compensate me for it. Well, the sprinkler head they broke they tried to conceal by sticking it back to the ground . I did notice it and told them they need to fix it which they did. I did not notice the dent in a gutter right away and when I contacted them about it the owner was very dismissive and not taking the responsibility for it at all. Also, the careless way they took the tree out from the backyard was terrifying. They dragged huge branches through the narrow gate and scratched the siding of the house as well. I highly do not recommend to work with this company unless you don't mind fixing and paying for the damages yourself. read more

There was one section that I really wanted cut back more and they didn't that was the one most important one at well one of the most important ones the rest of them you know they did fine but then they wrecked my fence all along the side of the street it's all bent up and everything and they didn't even fix it properly they just left it right the whole part on the side of the street that's not good on that section of the yard right where the trees in front of so I'm disappointed and part of it and the rest of it was good they're nice and all that they gave me a fairly good deal from what I heard so I guess what can I expect but they at least could have fixed my my fence or gave me a discount for wrecking my fence and leaving it that way I don't feel safe now with the fence like that read more
