Geremy was right on time, I think even a few minutes early. Super nice and professional. It was a flatbed tow truck and we were able to drive it right onto the bed. We were able to pay via tap / card and he put in all the necessary information so we could send the receipt to our insurance and get reimbursed. He took it to the car repair center, and gave us updates once the car was dropped off. Once it was on the truck, we didn't have to deal with it at all.

I had to leave it parked over night and decided I would have it towed back to our residence since our mechanic is closed til Tuesday. I was home and ready to go down to meet him but he suggested since the vehicle is being towed back to our residence, he'll just tow it and meet me at home. Perfect. He came so quickly (roughly 10 minutes), unloaded the vehicle and wished us a nice day. Of course he's a local dude and we take care of our local people so he got a bottle of cold water and a treat from our bakery (special cinnamon treat made only during the holidays- our Mauna Kea bread).
