Since our situation wasn't urgent, we were able to call a day in advance to schedule a tow for the following morning, which made it very convenient. On the morning of our scheduled towing appointment, Taurus was punctual and showed up at the early part of the 30-minute estimated arrival window he gave us. Once he assessed the vehicle and where/how it's positioned, he promptly hooked it up onto the tow truck without delay. The vehicle was parked in a stall between two cars, and he was able to tow it out easily with no issues. Taurus got the vehicle safely to the dealership service department, and made sure the vehicle was good to go before leaving. Would highly recommend his towing services!!!

Instead of immediately hooking up our car to be towed, he broke out a set of tools. He reminded us of a surgeon prepping for surgery. He worked his magic on the battery, which we were already making funeral arrangements for. Then, with a confident look on his face, he asked me to try starting the car. We were shocked! Mike temporairly resurrected our pronounced dead battery!! No need for a tow! He's a miracle worker, and has our strongest endorsement Thanks, Mike.

We are 40 year members of AAA…read more It is October 1, 2026 and my truck was stalled on the H-1 freeway! We managed to drive to the US Post office at the airport. I called the AAA for a tow to the car repair shop. I was promised: 2:45pm O'Sung Towing LLC should arrive; I waited ... then received a text: 3:29pm O'Sung Towing LLC should arrive; I waited ... then received a text: 4:24pm O'Sung Towing LLC should arrive! I had been waiting for 3 hours! I had called AAA and was routed to an AI (I hate these things) generated texts ... do you want a STATUS? do you want to CANCEL request for a tow, or do you want an AGENT? I had waited for 3 hours! I called O'Sung Towing LLC and was told they provide 24 hour service; OMG, this is a AAA contractor and they represent AAA. We are 40 year members of AAA! This fact did not impress the AI or human Josh, or Lovye or Christine with AAA that I had been waiting for 3 hours and the fact that as a senior citizen, my request for a tow was disregarded as a insignificant. AAA wanted me to CANCEL my request for a tow and risk waiting 24 hours as their contractor O'Sung Towing LLC prides themselves to service AAA members, without regard to being members for 40 years! What is their purpose for existence! I should have called GEICO at the beginning! As a result, I am cancelling our 40 years membership with the nationwide known AAA. What a waste of time and effort and money to trust AAA. What a waste of time and money to trust O'Sung Towing LLC. AAA should not trust O'Sung Towing LLC and eliminate that company as AAA contractor. I trust GEICO.

When I went to retrieve my vehicle, I simply asked the female employee for basic tow information; what time my vehicle was picked up and where it was towed from. She refused to provide the information, used profanity toward me, slammed and closed the service window, and refused to release my vehicle to me. The situation escalated to the point that I had to call the Honolulu Police Department for assistance, and a police report was made. After I was finally able to retrieve my vehicle, the responding officer advised me to inspect it. We then discovered damage to both the front and rear bumpers, which I immediately photographed and documented. I was simply trying to retrieve my vehicle and obtain basic information about the tow. No customer should be treated this way. I have preserved my photographs, video, documentation, and police report relating to this incident. Based on my personal experience, I found the way this situation was handled extremely troubling and unprofessional.
