    Delridge Loxsmith hours

Loxsmith has one of the best bagels in Seattle, however, stick to the bagels! I usually just pick up a half dozen of assorted bagels for home, but I decided to try a pork roll, egg and cheese for breakfast on a weekend morning. If you grew up in the NJ/Philly/NYC area, you may have fond memories of this breakfast combo (some folks call it Taylor ham, I am not one of them). It feels like a special treat to see it on a PNW menu, so I ordered it. Beware, this pork roll is NOT correct. I honestly don't know what they did to it. Fried and then microwaved? Not fresh? It smelled weird and tasted worse, which is sad because their portion was generous (trying to get rid of it?). I pulled it off my sandwich immediately due to taste, and frankly, worry. Loxsmith, if you are reading this, consider removing this sandwich if you can't cook it properly. This was not a cheap sandwich at $16. They have a cute little shop on Beacon Hill now, but I still go for the convenience of their commissary kitchen in West Seattle. I order online and pick up for convenience.

i've heard a lot of people rave about this place, both in its current location at the commissary kitchen on delridge and the former harried and hungry spot in georgetown so i finally decided to place an order. i don't usually eat meat but every once in a while i have a hankering for bacon. i asked that the bacon be extra crispy and in no one's world would i say that what was on my sandwich was anything close. there were two other things i'm going to be critical of: i chose an onion bagel and it didn't have any onion aroma or standout onion flavor to speak of. if i closed my eyes, i wouldn't have known i was eating an onion bagel at all which to me borders on problematic. i have no idea if this is indicative of all the bagel flavors they offer but onion bagels should clearly smell and taste: ONION-Y! the cheese oozed out of what would essentially have been hot egg and bacon slices placed atop before closing the sandwich and then when i picked it up and went to eat it, easily more than half of it was glued to the paper wrapped around the sandwich so note to self: why bother ordering anything with cheese if you're not going to get the bulk of it on the sandwich you've ordered? all told, it was $19, including a $2 tip for not nearly as much flavor as i would have hoped for. i appreciate all the effort and want to support new, local businesses (i support two others at this same location with great enthusiasm and frequency!) but this was sadly an underwhelming experience which i probably won't give another go. live and learn.

The bagel itself tastes good, but could use some fillings, got this as the delridge location.

If you have 40+ min to spare & about $45 to spend on 2 bagels.. this is your spot! My bagel doesn't require any cooking just assembly but it still took 40+ min to make. They forgot the hash brown on my boyfriends bagel, the kimchi they used was not the best quality as well & it made everything extra juicy & soggy. They forgot to make my friends bagel so we had to wait an extra 10 minutes. Also how do you run out of bacon 2 hours into opening?

Best bagels in Seattle and beyond! I've tried nearly all the popular bagel spots around Seattle and none of them compare to Loxsmith Bagels. They've been consistently fresh with the perfect texture. If I didn't stop myself I could easily eat 2-3 one sitting. I'm also a huge fan of the cream cheese with fresh scallions, but you really can't go wrong with any of the flavors!

Definitely agree with one of the previous reviews on here, the vibe is VERY relaxed. As a first timer coming in it was confusing on what they sold or where the menu was. Definitely not the place to go if you're expecting a lot of customer service it's very much what you would expect from a mom and pop shop. Spent 45$ on two bagel sandwiches with tip, pretty steep for the size of the bagels in my opinion. I guess this is what real NY bagels are suppose to taste like? Didn't really impress me that much to be honest. They're a bit dry and tough. Also they forgot a hash brown on one of the sandwiches and the lox bagel was mostly cream cheese and tomato. If you're nearby and have 20$ to spare on a bagel check it out and see if it's within your tastebuds happy place, it wasn't for me unfortunately.

FOOD: Taking the obscene price aside, I'm offended by their lox-smith bagel. I got the lox bagel and there was 1... ONE slice of lox on the bagel. I feel like I got the LaCroix of lox. Lox essence if you will on a bagel. The fact that it was 17$ just makes it worse. On top of that, they placed a single sprig of dill and Tomato and onion on top of the SINGLE slice of lox so it was just falling off and a complete mess. CUSTOMER SERVICE: we got a "hi" AMBIANCE: In terms of ambiance, this place was kind of hard to find so just look for it on the side of the building they do have a sign. It's within an apartment complex. Also the music was BLASTING and with a TV playing at the same time it created what can only be described as an affront to the auditory senses. Now for the pros... the tomato was good and the cream cheese was fine NOTE: we went to the beacon hill location. Also, I have never written a review, good or bad, in my life so please understand just how upsetting this bagel experience was. I'd be less upset by getting kicked in the shins by little children tbh.

Is this place expensive? Yes. Does it have good bagels? Yes. Are the bagel dressing options particularly exciting? No. The lox is salty and bitter (i.e., briny). The menu is difficult to follow and the venue is infested with flies. Other than that, the service is wonderful! Gonna give this place some time to find its grounding before I return, though.

I've tried the big names like Metropolitan, Capital Grille, John Howie, and The Butcher's Table, but this place remains my favorite for a true American steakhouse experience. We actually drove to the old location first, saw the sign, and then headed over to the new spot just a short distance away. I usually go to the Issaquah location, but this time we visited West Seattle. The old space had a cozy charm, while the new one feels much more modern. The happy hour menu has changed a bit, but we still enjoyed a glass of house red, mac & cheese, and a Caesar salad before sharing a 14oz ribeye. The steak was cooked to a perfect medium‑rare, and the bartender was genuinely friendly. Even the house red was better than expected. Issaquah still wins for me but we still had a great night eating, laughing, and catching up. Happy hour runs 4-6pm at the bar only, and our ribeye came with one side for $68. And if you haven't tried their brunch yet, it's surprisingly good.

These are the best cheese curds ever bc the batter isn't heavy like other cheese curds I've had. It's tempura battered so it's light and you can taste the cheese more. The jalapeño strawberry dip and ranch are good dips, but try them together and it will blow your mind. The fried green beans were okay. They did have a heavier batter on them and I wish they had the same batter the cheese curds had. The spicy dip was good! The rosemary popcorn was delicious! It had just enough butter and the perfect amount of rosemary where it's not overpowering. Once you get to the bottom, there's tons of butter and you just dip and soak it up with the popcorn. Parking was free and plenty of it on the streets. I visited on Super Bowl Sunday, about 2-3hrs before the game to get seats. This was a good idea because there was only a handful of seats available. We were lucky enough to get a table for 4 of us. The hosts were very welcoming and go us seated at the bar when it was only two of us. When we informed them about an hour prior to kick off that we needed two more seats, they did their best to get us seated. It was very kind of them to even look around, let alone actually find us space. This was very much appreciated. The first hour or so, when there was only two of us, we had a few beers, the cheese curds and the chicken fried steak with potatoes. The beers were exactly what you think they would taste like and they weren't terribly expensive which was nice. The cheese curds were a great shareable item, good flavor and a fair amount of them. The chicken fried steak was good, nothing crazy, but not below average. Portion was good sand it was cooked right to have that nice crips on the outside with the gravy poured over top. I think the only thing I wasn't that big of a fan of was the potatoes, I should've opted for the tots or hash potatoes instead, but I'll have to try it again. Yes, I would recommend this place. Seems like a good place to meet with friends for a game and meet friends. I almost forgot to mention they have an outside area in the back was is covered so there's more than enough space to maneuver and enjoy your time.

The dish had a delicious red curry tomato sauce with bell peppers, lemongrass, and garlic. There was small thai-style crab cake nestled in the center of the dish and topped with a poached egg. This was served with 2 pieces of toasted bread. The dish was amazing! The sauce paired perfectly with the crab cake and poached egg. The toasted bread was perfect for scooping up the curry tomato sauce. The portion size for this dish was on the smaller side and could just be an appetizer. I also ordered a KettleOne martini with a twist, which was properly made and served in a chilled Nick & Nora glass. Service was very friendly and prompt with frequent check-ins and water refills.
