Odd price increase signage.

I do believe they are attempting to provide a safe shopping experience during these challenging times, but those efforts don't appear to be very successful. Improvement needed. Some of their pricing is quite odd, and the signage clearly indicates they assume a customer won't notice/care that it gives a special finger to them. No, we notice. Get your act together, Lowes. Garden shop was an unorganized mess on the day I shopped.

It's closed to the house which is good but trying to get help on the phone is like eating class lololoo....this time phone rang in hardware for 12 minutes then all of a sudden they said they were in paint??? She didn't know how to transfer to they called someone from hardware over. Oh by the way look at their rating don't take my word on it.

Very dissatisfied! Bought washer & Dryer January 10 neither were delivered before Feb currently still do not have dryer! They called with delivery window for tomorrow I originally said anytime before 2pm the delivery message said between 1:30-5 tomorrow! If there was a problem call store! I called store was on hold 30mins! Then called back was told to call delivery people (a 1800) # with no person, the recording said call store where purchased! Well clearly will not be using Lowes again !

Went in today with a very simple request; find a piece for a slide on a bi-fold door. Not only could I not figure out where to find the part, once an outside vendor at the store flagged an employee down to help me, the kid could not get off his PERSONAL cell phone long enough to help me. Eventually, the kid pointed and said 'down there on the right.' That was BAD, at best, but then I asked another 'seasoned' employee and he said he was busy with another customer. Okay, I will wait. When the 'other customer' did not return, the employee said 'what is it?' I showed him the track piece and he said 'how old is this house!' What the heck difference does that make? Either you have the part or you don't!!!! The employee then said 'mam you have a good eye. This might work.' And then I was dismissed. This is the poorest excuse for a Lowe's I have ever set foot in, and I have been in this store literally hundreds of times over 20 years, typically with the same lack-luster result. Though this may be the more convenient store, I will NEVER set foot in this place again, and I mean NEVER, EVER. Today was the last and final straw. I will sooner drive to Fern Park, about an hour a way, where they believe in helpful and courteous customer service Done with you at W. Colonial. DONE!

Dead Christmas Tree

I bought this tree two weeks ago and I even bought the preserver powder. It's the smallest tree I've had and more expensive then last year $65 for a 5 1/2 foot tree that is dead before Christmas. I have bought my tree from Lowe's for the past 12 years but this was the LAST TIME I WILL EVER BUY FROM LOWES! I was told by corporate that they couldn't do anything and then the store itself told me that I had to return it before Christmas to get a refund for it. I keep my tree up until after the new year but I had to take it down Christmas night because the needles where piling up. Worst customer service I have ever had to deal with and I worked in retail before.

Right out of the box you can tell it's very used so I took pictures for proof. Mitch never even gave me a chance to show them to him.

When I sought accountability, the company refused to provide documentation, concealed ownership information, and demanded an additional $500 to continue service. Specific Deceptive Practices: 1. Concealment of Manufacturer Warranty: Failed to disclose the LG 10-year compressor warranty, inducing payment for a service that should have been free. 2. Defective Workmanship: Installed a defective compressor that failed repeatedly within the company's own warranty period. 3. Failure to Honor Own Warranty: Demanded additional payment for repairs covered under the company's 90-day service warranty. 4. Refusal to Provide Documentation: Denied my right to receive invoices, repair records, and other documentation for services paid for. 5. We have only ever used them so we had no idea where to look. My wife enlisted Yelp to help us. She put in some request for quotes and received a few back pretty quickly. We had never used that but it was very helpful. Quality Masters was the first to respond and then also took time to message back and forth with her. The other companies were not as friendly and responsive. We also read their Yelp reviews, which we all good, so we figured we would use them. We were able to make the appointment for the next day and were able to do it all through text. It was very simple for us! There was a moment of uncertainty but they were extremely professional and friendly. I was going to be home while my wife was at work, so on the day of our appointment, they were running early. They called asking if early would be ok, so our appointment was moved up. I cannot remember his name, but the technician that came was very knowledgeable and professional. He pinpointed the issue immediately. He discovered our dryer was clogged with lint and the coils were bad. It makes sense since we had never had our vents cleaned. He was able to replace the coils, as well as sucking out as much lint as he could with his tools. Unfortunately, they do not clean vents like that but again, he could help us out with some of it. He also made suggestions as to what else needed to be done, really with just getting the vents cleaned. They also take your payment online either with credit card, for a small fee, or Zelle or Venmo. The invoice will be emailed to you and allow you to pay that way. Personally, we do not prefer to pay for services with Zelle so we used a credit card. It was very simple. I thought overall the price they charged for the coils and cleaning, was very reasonable. It did not cost us much at all. I would definitely use them again, should we need something fixed.

I read their reviews, which we all good so we went with them. We were able to have them come and look at our dryer within a day. It was very easy to make the appointment, everything was done through text. The day of the appointment, they were running early. Our service technician, called and asked if he could come early. Luckily my husband was home so no issues. He was extremely professional and very helpful. He discovered our dryer was very full of lint (bad on our part) and the coils were bad. He was able to replace the coils, and suck as much lint out as he could. Unfortunately, they do not clean vents like that, but he was still able to help us some. He also made some suggestions as to what else needed to be done with the cleaning mostly. They do not take your payment there. They will email you the invoice. If you want to avoid a credit card processing fee, you can Zelle or Vinmo them the amount. I preferred the credit card and was willing to pay the processing fee. I thought overall the price they charged for the coils and cleaning, was very reasonable. We would definitely use them again, should we need something fixed.
