He was super rude even yelling at us as we were leaving. My husband has a brain injury, the way he walks and talks makes this obvious. I looked online for a replacement part but my old Kenmore was no longer listed anywhere. I passed by Morgan's on my way to Palmers and was drawn by the words "Range parts". I love it that in this time of Home Depot's and Amazon's, there are still places like Morgan's and Palmer's. And I love that I can bake again!

I couldn't afford to pay that much again for them to pick it up again and fix the tires again, so I did not use it for a year. Then they had a sale where transporting the tractor would be free so I sent it to them again and this time they found 'all kinds of problems' and it cost me about $800.00. They brought it back and it made popping sounds from the engine and banging sounds from the blades, things, that did not happen before it was sent there. They came and picked it up and now I have to pay about $500.00 again to fix those things, which were not a problem before it went to them. I feel trapped because there is no other certified Deere repair place any where near me except them. I feel I have been cheated and probably because I am an elderly woman. I do not recommend you use them unless you have to, and in that case, be prepared for them to charge huge sums of money for simple repairs and them to NOT be thorough.
