In delivering the fridge, they bumped the corner wall not once but twice. Bending the metal edge and cracking the plaster. The fridge was a 1/4 of an inch too tall, did measure store display showed a 1/16 inch shorter than the cabinet. Called and talked to someone in the office about it. They said it's adjustable and that a tech would contact me the next day. They never did; I contacted the manufacture they verified that it's not adjustable. Ended up taking the overhead cabinet down. I described the problem and he planned to show withing two hours or less ... on a Sunday afternoon! My refrigerator came back online and I contacted Igor to make him aware and cancel my appointment. He understood and just simply cancelled my appointment without fuss or cost.
