In my 63 years, I have experienced some disappointing customer service, but this company has managed to set an entirely new standard for incompetence and disrespect. If you're considering using them, save yourself the headache and take your business elsewhere. I contacted them on October 2, 2026, because our LG freezer had stopped working. The initial technician was pleasant and spent approximately two hours diagnosing the problem before determining that a specialized technician and additional parts were required. I was assured the part would be ordered the next day and that the specialist would arrive Monday. That was apparently wishful thinking. The part wasn't even ordered until Monday, and what followed was an exhausting parade of excuses, delays, and absolutely abysmal communication. Day after day, I had to chase them down for updates because apparently keeping a paying customer informed is too much to ask. Then, on Thursday evening at 6:37 p.m., they texted to say a technician was on the way, despite my having repeatedly told them that this was the ONE time I was unavailable. At that point, the level of disorganization was almost impressive. After an entire week of wasted time and broken expectations, I canceled the service. Now for the truly unbelievable part: I had prepaid $1,009.27 for a service they never performed. I requested a refund minus the $122 diagnostic fee for the initial visit. The manager called and offered me a grand total of $620, apparently believing that withholding the remaining money was a perfectly reasonable way to treat a customer whose service they had failed to deliver. The manager's attitude was every bit as disappointing as the company's performance. He was rude, dismissive, and seemingly incapable of understanding that a business relationship requires something called accountability. Not once did he demonstrate any meaningful concern for the inconvenience his company had caused or make a genuine effort to resolve the situation fairly. Let me be clear: I was patient. I was understanding. I accommodated their delays. They failed to deliver, failed to communicate, and then failed spectacularly at making things right. And somehow, I was the one left fighting to recover my own money. The service was NEVER completed. Yet instead of taking responsibility for their repeated failures, they chose to make the refund process another frustrating experience. Apparently, customer goodwill means absolutely nothing here. I am 63 years old, and I can confidently say that I have never encountered such a spectacular combination of poor communication, unprofessional behavior, and disregard for a customer's time and money. Do yourself a favor: take your business somewhere that understands the difference between providing a service and simply collecting payment. I would never use this company again, and based on my experience, I would strongly caution anyone considering doing business with them. One week of excuses, a service that never happened, and a refund that fell $267.27 short of what I requested after accounting for the diagnostic fee. What an absolute disgrace. read more

My interactions with this company went poorly and I absolutely do not recommend. While writing this review I took a look at some of the other reviews for the company. A pattern quickly emerged. First, I noticed that they seem to have the inability to keep the appointments they make. Possibly promising times that are appealing to the customer but in reality, they are incapable of honoring. They absolutely require you pay a fee when booking your appointment that they oddly emphasize is not refundable for any reason. When a major appliance isn't working and a company promises you a quick repair most people blindly just pay the money. When things don't go as planned, which appears to happen in quite a few situations mentioned online, you are reminded that the fee that you paid is absolutely, positively not refundable. Second, people like an itemized bill. We would like to see exactly what we're paying for when it comes to such a significant amount. However, this company appears incapable, unwilling and on occasion outright rude in regard to requests for an itemized bill. When the technician was finished I specifically asked if I would receive an itemized copy of the bill to which he replied, "yes. It will be emailed to you". Surprise, just like the first invoice I received it was not itemized. Based on the numerous reviews that I have read regarding their invoice, I will not pursue asking for an itemized copy. It appears they have not yet ever provided anyone an itemized copy that requested it and, in some cases were downright nasty and rude. Their explanation as to why they are either unwilling or incapable of providing an itemized bill is absolute nonsense and they should be more capable of understanding why people don't believe it. They either need to start providing itemized copies of their Bill or a better excuse as to why they can't. Third, some of their representatives seem to lack a focus on basic customer service skills. A quick apology when they are delayed or a polite, consistent approach to concerns would go a long way in resolving issues. Instead, I interacted with employees that appeared completely unconcerned with their repeated delays or appointment changes. Others appear to have had a far more difficult time dealing with their rude, condescending replies that aren't doing anything but exacerbating the issue. In conclusion, the company feels incredibly shady to me with a repeated pattern of issues. They charge way too much, are filled with disingenuous excuses when questioned about their business practices and generally incapable of honoring the appointment times they provide. With so many options out there, this shouldn't even be one you consider. I strongly encourage you not to just take my word for it, but read the other reviews that share a similar opinion. They're mixed in with all of those glowing five star reviews that seem oddly similar and contrived. read more

Yes, I will use this company again. (1) they answered the call and engaged appropriately. (2) So challenging to engage with someone not speaking English. Note that if I talk to you in English and you speak to me in Spanish that is fine but what about everyone else? Learn your language craft. This means you don't have to know English from school but all words that have to do with appliance. (3) There was confusion on the deposit for the initial work. They charged each and every time to pay for a credit card so fee for first appointment and then fee for work. (4) they wanted all money upfront and I said "No, because I paid for the appointment, and the work wasn't done yet and a part needed to be ordered." (5) what is NOT fair is to pay for ALL before work is COMPLETED. So they took 1/2 and I had to pay cash for the rest to avoid another fee. That was nice and acceptable. (6) suggestion: appliance USA pro pay all credit card fees after first payment is taken. Called Appliances USA Pro to repair my 2 year old GE front load washing machine. As the washer was still within its 10 year limited warrantee, we confirmed with the appointment setter that Appliances USA Pro would be able to repair the GE washer and apply any warrantee as applicable. When the technician arrived, I posed the same question to him and received the same response with the caveat that "the office" would make the applicable warrantee adjustment to the cost of the repair. When called by "the office" to negotiate the cost of the repair, I was given a price representing nearly half the cost of a new machine. That seemed a bit high. I inquired about the warrantee offset and was told that Appliances USA Pro has no affiliation with GE and that they were unable to submit any warrantee claim. When I asked if they guaranteed their work, Appliances USA Pro said they did for labor only (not the part) for 60 days. I asked for the cost of the part so I would know my liability. Appliances USA Pro told me it was a package deal and refused to provide the cost of the part. We went back and forth for about 10 minutes and the Appliance USA Pro rep (now someone senior to the individual who was first on the phone with me) indicated the part was a flat $250. Given my time on the phone, I was able to confirm the highest retail price for the part from several sources online was $165. Having been an appliance serviceman for years, the scam feels real... 1. A new part should come with a warrantee 2. Invoices should be broken down into parts and labor 3. The fact that the price quoted for the part took so long to get and was so excessive compared with several other retail sources further suggests unreputable business practices at the least We won't be doing business with Appliances USA Pro and recommend this business be avoided if at all possible. read more
