This weekend we found a tool chest, solid, heavy duty, and already a good price. The problem is they misplaced the key. We were able to get it, locked, for an extra 20% off. So that was great service in being accommodating. They also loaded it up no problem for us! Which was so helpful in getting it home. The store itself was really clean. And I was able to bring my dog in and they were so nice with that.

As soon as we walked in the door we were greeted by the staff. The store was clean and well organized with a warehouse type vibe. Think concrete floors and industrial shelves. Everything from three basics like batteries to heavy duty equipment like industrial leveling machines and electric table saws. When checking out, the cashier was very friendly and helped us sign up for their free rewards program. This also gets you signed up for their catalog and coupons. It was quick and easy. Overall: A Friendly local store with solid pricing.

Same river rock this year.....but this is NOT brown river rock. The batches do not change this much from year to year. There is no brown at all in this mix. It's orange and white. They did not care. Same "gaslighting" of a woman.."oh did you rinse it off?" Seriously, for them to pull that male cheuavcanism is pathetic. I had to ask for a refund. They did not offer. Typical male no customer service and walks away from me. Wow. They could have offered another solution or helped me further....might have mad a bigger sale. Horrible customer service. I would not recommend. Ever.

It's been quite a hot minute since I've been in the store; I completely forgot they also sold food as well as cocktail mixers. I picked up some elderflower simple syrup that was only at $16 and it's a pretty big bottle. I will be using the simple syrup and a cocktails I make with different types of gin! The whole store was very organized. Each item has its own location I'm going to have to come back to the cake pans because they are absolutely marvelous. Also the stainless steel garlic press I really liked as well. They had a couple of Disney products as well they had a limited edition salt and pepper grinder that was the shape of a Mickey head as well as a Star Wars waffle maker and a Mickey Mouse waffle maker. The lady at the counter was very nice and checking us out and signing us up for coupons; or their email system that they do. I will definitely be returning to purchase some of those cake pans - if you're looking for different kitchen supplies especially coffee presses by highly recommend Williams-Sonoma in the millennia mall. Oh I also forgot to mention that they have their own pride collection which I LOVE. They had a crockpot type of item that had a rainbow on the side, they had their own mug set that was pride collection, they also had pride cookies and candies; as well as a pride themed cocktail mixer. Would not have guessed Williams-Sonoma to be pride friendly but evidently they are I absolutely love this!

I think this tends to happen to most people when they walk into HomeGoods, you find something you didn't know you wanted and/or needed. This location is a little bit smaller than some of the others that we visited before and their selection can be hit or miss. Today's trip proved to be more of a miss as most of the items they had were not something that we were looking for. If you were looking for fake floral decorations, though they have about a quarter of their shop that has nothing but that.

The cashier called the manager over, and Giovanni came by but was dismissive--he said it was a "defect" and not "damage," then simply walked away without giving any direction to the cashier or addressing my concern further. As a manager, that kind of response shows poor communication and lack of attention to customer concerns. It also set a poor example for the cashier, who was left unsure of how to proceed. Definitely not the level of service or leadership you'd expect from someone in a managerial position.
