LOCAL REVIEW: I had a great experience visiting the Clermont Lowe's. The store was clean and…read morebright. I came with the specific purpose of getting two keyed alike deadbolts. I could easily find the bay where the locks were located. There was a handy doorbell style button you could click to request assistance. A man showed up (I feel terrible that I forgot his name) and he asked how he could help. I asked him about their service to make two deadbolts work with 1 key. He was unsure so he called their resident expert, Danyielle over to help. She was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. She actually informed me that Lowe's will rekey at no additional cost if you purchase the locks there in the store. But it wasn't necessary anyway since she was able to show me how I could find two deadbolts that were already keyed alike. She was kind and educated me which I think is invaluable for any shopping experience for home improvement. Pro tip: call your Lowe's ahead of time if you know you'll need help with something very specific like rekeying locks (as I thought I needed). I had called multiple stores because they usually only have a handful of employees that can rekey. This is what lead me out of my way to this particular Lowe's. But honestly, both employees were much more helpful than I have experienced as other locations, so this location feels worth the trek for me.

I was the only customer inside of the store. She then disappeared into the back room for a long time before she decided to help. I was always taught to take care of the customer in front of me first. I later learned that the management of this store does not think they need to worry about corporate customer service protocols because they are a franchised store.
