I've visited this store several times and it has always been a pleasant experience. I recently went to the Winter Garden location, which is new to me, and I couldn't be happier overall. I was especially excited to learn that they offer dog-wash stations with dryers, so I decided to give them a try. There are two wash stations, but unfortunately the floor was extremely dirty and very wet almost flooded. I understand that water can get on the floor, especially on busy days, but it really should be cleaned more frequently. I'm not sure what the cleaning rules are for the wash area, but it definitely needed attention during my visit. Despite that, I still went ahead and washed my dog, and it honestly made my life so much easier. I live in an apartment and bathing him at home takes forever, especially the drying. So this service is a huge help. I'll definitely come back and give it another try, it may have just been a busy day since I went on a Saturday. The price for the wash station is $9.99, which is very reasonable. They even provide shampoo and conditioner, although I brought my own because my dog needs a special shampoo for his coat. Who knew that Tractor Supply had an area where you can bring your dog and give it a bath. For the price of $9.99, you have the full service station all to yourself and your fur baby. They have a selection of shampoo and conditioners you can use while giving your dog a bath. They even have a drying station with a full blow dryer. It was super convenient, safe, and have fun washing our loved one here at Tractor Supply. As you walk to the register and pay, the staff was friendly enough to even offer a dog snack to our doggy. Very courteous and nice of them to do so. I will most definitely be coming back again. Also of note, the more you come in, the more perks there are. I believe one of the staff mentioned that if you wash your dog like 4 or 5 times, the 5th or 6th wash is free! You definitely can't beat that read more

I tried calling this location this morning and no one answered the phone it just kept going straight to their vm despite it being 11am. I was calling to ask about the pet wash station if there were any hours and since they didn't answer i researched online where i saw that tractor supply is not supposed to close their pet wash station until they close as long as you get there 30min to an hour before closing which is 9pm. I got there at 7pm and the lady told me it was already closed. if they had answered my call earlier that day i would've gotten there earlier or saved on gas by not going today. I always forget that this is a fairly new store in Oakland. It has everything from mulch, potting soil, organic, potting, soil, garden, accoutrements, live baby chickens, pet food of both dogs and cats and horses. I'm always amazed at what is in the store. They even have farmers clothes and western wear. I still have not discovered the entirety of the store: as it is massive. Today I used my birthday coupon for a large solar exterior light for over a barbecue area, and some pretty little solar lights for the garden walkway. I also could not resist buying at least three new cat toys, as we have three cats. I'm always a sucker for cute toys for animals. My daughter loves the live baby chickens. If you live in this area, drop in when you have time to browse. There is plenty to be seen. Also, they have scads of junk food and candy and lollipops. You would be surprised. They also have a frequent flyer program, that you accumulate points , the more you buy at the store. Fun! read more

The young lady at the register was super sweet I came here today to use the dog wash area for the first time. While it was definitely convenient it was also kind of gross. The area where the shampoo was and the grooming tools were filthy and caked with fir. The dryers were clogged up with fur as well and the grooming benches were also filthy. The tubs themselves seemed ok. The shampoo seemed watered down. Note sure I'd return or recommend. . read more

While on a visit I asked if the store sold black Kow , Only to have the associate look at me as if he was a cow staring at a new gate. Total confusion! I also heard the same associate get asked is there anyone here that can answer a question and he simply told the customer "No , the other guy is outside" I also feel the prices are a bit higher than big box store only 3 miles away.
