Placed a same day delivery order at 8:30 am from (what I thought was) the Recency Square Lowes. When order did not arrive by 6:30 that evening, I tried to call and after 30 minutes of hold I gave up and used the computer chat. I explained that the tracking said I was next for delivery at 12:30 that afternoon and the truck location showed about 20 minutes from my house. I was told they had to 8:00 to deliver and I would have to wait till then. They did not show. Day 2 - I again tried to call and was on hold (from work) for over 35 min and gave up and went on the computer chat (FYI, this is not instant, and sometimes up to an hour wait for your turn in queue, but is better than holding on the phone) And was told the item was still in transit, I explained again everything but was again told they have till 8:00 pm to deliver, if I did not receive it by then to call the customer service, lol, and customer service closes at 7:00 pm also. I waited a bit and went on the chat again, hoping to get someone who would actually look into it for me, and was told that the order was picked up at 2:35 pm that afternoon and was out for delivery. Yea, ok, It did not show. Day 3 - Now today 5 1/2 hours on the phone and twice on chat, the final answer was - it does still show in their computer as in transit since 2:35 the day before, but with no update they cannot do anything, so I can wait another 24 hours to see if it shows, cancel my order which was already paid for, and reorder and wait for the refund, or cancel the order, but if it is showing in transit, they may deny the cancelation, until they figure it out. I was also informed that if I had gone to the rights and responsibly area of the website and the shipping page prior to placing my order, I could have found the area that explains that they use third party delivery services and are not responsible for the damages and lost items, although they will 'usually' just side with the customer. So, I am still out my items, I cannot afford to just cancel, reorder and double pay until they refund my money. I am giving it till tomorrow and will just cancel the order altogether and reorder from Walmart at a higher price, but I 'should' get the items. I will not reorder from Lowes or give them a bit more of my business. read more

Earlier this year was our second attempt to purchase a large household appliance from this Lowe's...the first attempt for a different appliance was made several years ago with the same results. (And it seems like the same people). The guys working in that particular department were and are the laziest "salesmen" I've ever seen in my long life. No attempt whatsoever to try to help us find something at their store; they advised us to look online and try to buy direct from the factory because "they don't even make those anymore, but they were trash, anyhow". I found it across the street at their competitor and had it in our home in about a week. So far, we're very happy with our 'trash' . read more

We stopped here because I placed an online order. Picked it up at customer service with no issues. Plenty of parking. Place was super empty on a Sunday afternoon. read more

DO NOT buy your appliances here. Lowe's will SCAM you. Bought a dishwasher. Delivered damaged two times. Numerous calls later. Even have an email that a refund was issued. Refund was never issued, and LOWES is now lying and making up stories saying item not reported in time well if it wasn't reported in time then why do I have correspondence saying they will resolve and issue a refund? LIARS. SCAMMERS. Refused to resolve even though I have proof and they created false entries in their system to get out of issuing refund. read more

I have used this Lowes for curbside delivery on several occasions and each time have had to wait more than 8 hours for these orders to be processed. On one occasion, the order was not processed until the next day. The whole idea of curbside is expediency and convenience. I've used other Lowes for curbside delivery and none of them are as unresponsive as the Regency Lowes is. Poor management and inattentive order processing. When I tried to call for information, I either got a busy signal or was hung up on. Never using this Lowes again. read more

I bought a new garage door opener. It was delivered quickly and on time. The opener has been great so far. The big plus was setup and communication. I would give that 6 stars. The guy who installed it was great. He was friendly, let me know when he would be here, explained things in detail, including the process. I god constant texts on everything that kept me in the loop ( signed up to get them, they didnt just text me without my permission). They use Angi for their services so thats a huge plus too. No rating, we bought 2 refrigerators from them, was told by salesperson that they would haul the old one for free to the curve, that wasn't the case, also the other one they wanted us to remove the door so they can bring it in, they have all the equipment to accommodate small doorways, but they wanted us to do it, they were horrible and left the refrigerator in the hall for us to deal with, customer complaints also told us that the salesperson should not have said it was free and were not able to do anything for us, we had to hire someone to haul the refrigerator away, we will never step into Lowe's ever again I hate giving them even 1 star read more

The Dude in the Paint Department was really cool and knowledgeable. We are getting ready to have the exterior of our house painted. I told him I wanted the best paint. I usually but Kilz or Zissner. But, he recommended something better. He said we would never have to paint again. Ding ding ding! You win the prize! It was Sherwin Williams paint. We chose a light grey for the base and a slate grey for the trim. Now, we call the Painters to start. The name of the man who helped was, "William". Thank you Lowe's for hiring this man. read more

5 Stars for the customer service! I had been eyeing a Craftsman tool box to help organize my tools & there was a stand up one on clearance that I found online. The options were to have it shipped which tacked a $79 fee on for shipping- ahhhh, no thank you. Or go to a location that had it in stock. You can't purchase online and pickup when it's clearance- so you are really just hoping it there when you go by. The tool chest display didn't have the one I was looking for- but after closing the night before, it said this location had 2 in stock. I interrupted a young man- Greg- who was stocking in an adjacent aisle to enlist his help. I knew that they stored merchandise up on the upper shelving & lucky me, I wrote down the item number of both pieces I wanted. He looked up on his system and said his inventory also said they had 2. And so the search began- Just look for the last 4 numbers- ok, I can do that. Up and down aisles we went and finally found 2 on the very top shelf!!! Woof. But I had another chest I wanted to sit on top of the first one- so we began hunting that one as well. We both chuckled when we found a third of the clearance chest! Well- lookie at that! That single was only on the third shelf- so he said he was going to grab that one for me and I circled back through the aisles looking for the smaller chest and found it on the first aisle we searched! Ironically about 15 feet from where he asked me what the sku# was for the second piece! lol. So he helped me load the giant one onto my flatbed cart and moved his lift to the other aisle to grab my second box. The larger bottom chest was on clearance for $119! A steal- since comparative ones were $300 and up! The smaller chest was $100- but the savings of the first made the set so worth it! That would normally have cost around $500 and I am just too cheap for that! Greg was FANTASTIC!!! I circled the building and looked at the credit card application process Greg tried to pitch me, but APR was just too high for me. I ended up checking out and asking for loading assistance and stood off to the side waiting. And Waiting. After 12 minutes and the cashiers avoiding eye contact- I decided to just attempt to load it myself. It was in-between thunderstorms and I wanted to load it before the next downpour. I actually had 2 other customers- a man and a woman offer to help! But I managed to lift and shove it in the back by myself & got inside my car just as the rain came down in buckets. Greg- five stars! The purchase- 5 stars. Lack of loading help, lost you an overall star. This is a reminder to research you purchase thoroughly before buying! I found a steal! read more

Last week I purchased a refrigerator. It was delivered. The door was not hinged from the left side as I directed. Plus the door did not shut without using force. I went back to Lowe's to have the deficiencies corrected. Two guys came out and moved the hinges to the left side but would not fix the closing of the door. I must use force to close the door. I returned to Lowe's appliance department. The sales person said they are made that way to prevent slamming the door. That made no sense I have to use force to close the door in other words slam the door. I requested to speak with a manager. None were available. I returned home and called Lowe's and requested to speak to a manager. 20 minutes later I finally was given a manager. Well he said he was. I explained the problem he assured me that there would be someone out Wednesday to see to my refrigerator. Well today is Friday haven't heard from Lowe's. All this Lowe's does is sell substandard items and no intent to insure the customer receives a quality piece of equipment. I will not in good judgement recommend Lowes to purchase appliances. I was a little disappointed with their Limited varieties of herbs. I know that Bonnie Plants offer a wider range of mint plants however they were not available at this Lowes. Apparently, I am visiting at the wrong time or the wrong day. Many of the plants were leggy or dried out. However, customer service was generally good and the lines were moving swiftly. So here we go again, my mother-in-law and I were in the lumber section needing to get some lumber cut. An attendant I spoke with said that he will get someone as he walked off seemingly unconcerned with providing the proper customer service that we needed. As a former employee of this business, I knew a que over the intercom should go out to notify a lumber associate. Needlessly to say that didn't happen. I went to the pro-service desk where the two female clerks at the time were more concerned over whatever was on their cell phones. I asked them to please page someone from the lumber dept for customer service. After 15 minutes with no help in sight, I found a lumber associate. Unfortunately, this associate was untrained at everything, no forklift license, no narrow isle reach truck license, and no training on how to cut lumber. He seems to be walking around aimlessly unconcerned with the deplorable condition of his lumber section. Apparently, there are no standards set for the lumber section. Random items laying around, safety hazards ever so present throughout the section, in all, the majority of this section was in total disarray. I pray management tighten up their shot-group and train personnel properly to better service customers. read more

I bought a Whirlpool refrigerator from Lowe's on 7 July. It was delivered and set up in my home on 9 July. Before leaving the delivery crew told me to wait 24 hours before loading food into it in order to allow the temps to reach the factory default settings of 37 degrees in the refrigerator section and 0 degrees in the freezer. On 10 July, 24 hours later, the refrigerator felt cool and the freezer felt cold so I loaded food into it. A day or so later I noticed that the milk did not seem very cold and the ice cream in the freezer was soft. I adjusted the temps to 33 deg in the refrigerator and -6 deg in the freezer (the lowest settings possible) and waited another day to see if things got colder. They did not. I went back to Lowe's and was told that Lowe's has a 48-hour return policy on appliances and that I had to contact Whirlpool for service under the manufacturer's warranty. 48hours? How would I even know if the refrigerator is working properly in such a short time? Lowe's sold me a defective refrigerator and won't exchange it or refund my money. I contacted Whirlpool who arranged a service call. The technician measured the temps which were 44 degrees in the refrigerator section and 2 degrees in the freezer. Bear in mind that the settings were 33 and -6. According to the FDA temps above 40 degrees in the refrigerator are unsafe. The tech determined that the user interface board was defective. The part was not available and has to be ordered from Whirlpool. The status of the order won't be available for 21 days. I called Whirlpool to demand a replacement and was told that the warranty covers repairs and does not cover replacement. That's right. The refrigerator that was delivered defective out of the box cannot be returned or replaced. Bottom line? More than a month after spending thousands of dollars on a new refrigerator from Lowe's I still do not have a properly functioning refrigerator to safely store food in. All I have is Whirlpool telling me that a repair will be made at some unknown future date. Neither Lowe's or Whirlpool are willing to replace it. They don't care and won't budge off their unfair return policy. Buy your appliances from a retailer who does not have such a ridiculous return policy and most definitely do not buy anything made by the Whirlpool corporation. Whirlpool owns lots of brands so do your homework. I wish I had. read more

Just to add to my last review, in regards to this location's inability to figure out how to take a gift card that wouldn't swipe: I ending up using the gift card at another location, where it took a regular cashier about 10 seconds to manually enter the gift card, with zero issue. Which He seem like he was moving 100 miles a hour and couldn't take the time to stop to answer a question, I asked if could fill a container with water. I had someone in garden center say yes. as i was about to fill water someone else said that we could not use the water. so I go inside to ask the store manager if it was ok to use the water but I was told he was unavailable and that he said no. It is the year 2021 and Lowe's does not know how to accept returns for online orders. There are no words to describe how ridiculous this is. They told me that the card I used to buy the items wasn't used to buy the items...How do they come up with this stuff? I wasted about 20 minutes at the return desk, while the "manager" failed over and over again to give me my money back, only for them to claim that the items couldn't be returned because FedEx delivered them to me a couple days early. This is a ridiculous reason to not accept a return. They wouldn't even compensate me for wasting my time. Then when I tried to leave the store with my items, I was stopped on the way out because they thought I was stealing them. Wow. I try to order on-line and pick up at the store because I have trouble walking long distances. Their pick-up counter needs to be replaced with personnel that know how to treat the customer. I had 2 orders to pickup. was told both were ready. went their and they could only find one order. they need offer to go get the stuff I was wanting but it was several items and wouldn't trust them to get the right stuff. I therefore had to go get all the stuff myself and then go thru the checkout. I don't trust the to charge me for the missing order. I will be looking I don't know what happened at this location. I used to enjoy going there. Horrible customer service. Hubs and I ordered a new Samsung washer and dryer in store. When paying for the appliances we found out that my father in law's address and phone number were somehow attached to my hubs name. We asked for them to be corrected. We were told they were and that we would get free next day delivery by 6pm the next day. 5:45 the next day - no washer and dryer and no contact from the delivery team. I called Lowe's and was told that they use a 3rd party delivery service (XTP) and to call them. When we called XTP (they answered the phone as "Lowe's Delivery"), they asked for our phone number to look up our order. When my hubs ph# didn't pull up the order, we used the order# instead and found out that my father in laws ph# was still on the order!! I asked the lady to change the number to the correct one and she said she would. Then she informed me that our delivery window had been moved to 7:45. Great. I'll be patient once again. 7:50 and no contact. I called XTP again and they still had my father in laws phone number as the order contact and they said they were on the phone with my husband as I was on the phone with them! I said "my husband is eating dinner and he's not on the phone with anyone. You're talking to my father in law!" Then they decided that it was too late to send the delivery to us and that it was already routed back to the warehouse and we would have to call Lowe's to reschedule the delivery. Lowe's was closed. I'm furious now. We called Lowe's first thing this morning to reschedule for same day delivery and after being transferred to 3 different departments, we were told that all the trucks had left for the day. We were also told that we can't change the ph# on the order. Now, we have been told that XTP will call us back tonight (no time given) to reschedule the delivery for tomorrow. Terrible. Just terrible. Being a previous retail associate for over 10 years, I understand the economics of customer service. This retailer simply does not. My boyfriend and I came in to find a few basic items. We were able to find a total of 2 employees in the entire store, both of which were hanging out at the paint kiosk. We asked for them to show us where the items were because we searched high and low down every aisle. One of the gentleman responded, "the items might be down aisle x, x, x....." He had no clue where they were, nor did he even try to find an answer. Lowes, spend the extra money to hire knowledgable people or at least employees that will take the extra step to help you find the items you're looking for. You lost about $100 in sales. I love Lowe's, don't get me wrong, but I think in the future I will go with a more niche service. I did a project in my garage with a new sink as well as some tiling and the people did the best they could which is why I didn't rate them lower than 3 stars. But that being said I think I would have been happier with the overall consistency of the product/ service and follow up I might have received having gone elsewhere. I just felt that too often I had to be passed around by associates who didn't really know the specifics I wanted to ask. Everyone was respectful of course. We recently purchased a new kitchen with Lowe's and ordered installation. The cabinet process was a little slower than anticipated, but came out pretty well. The problem was the countertop process. We ordered the countertops at the same time as the cabinets. First, the lady assisting us did not tell us that the countertop supplier would be closed for a week right after we had the cabinets installed. Had we known, we could have had the cabinets finished sooner to get the countertop estimator out to make the template. Since, they were closed down they could not get out for two weeks after the cabinets were finished. Once they did come out, the lady at the store that had done our order was out for 3 days and nobody else could assist. So, now we're out another 3-4 weeks without a kitchen in addition to the 3 week timeline that was originally agreed upon. I would not recommend this Lowe's. read more
