I purchased 2 plum trees from Lowe's a and 2 pear trees from Home Depot allo March 2nd 2025 We noticed the first week of march that plum trees were not blooming I went up to Lowes 15 days after yr warranty and was told they would not replace the tree. we waited an entire year to see that the trees were dead.common sense tells you that the trees didn't die in 15 days they were already dead.I feel that I was treated unfairly because I waited a few days to se if a tree was going to bloom . it would have made no sense for me to dig up a tree before it was time to bloom.I have been a long time customer I have purchased countless appliances from Lowes and currently have a Lowe's credit card but after this poor treatment from Lowe's I will be taking my business elsewhere . read more

This is my favorite Lowe's store in the metroplex! As a first time home buyer, you'll quickly find out... that your home does not come with everything. ;D For example: Your home will typically not come with appliances: washer, dryer, fidge, etc. That's when you go to this Lowe's and meet John. John just might be the wisest man of the appliance game. He helped us pick the best appliances for our needs and budget. On top of that, he even taught us a thing or two about how to do laundry with the type of washer chosen. Let's just say... we were doing it all wrong before. My mom who was with us for the holiday weekend even said, "I had no idea. I'm sorry I didn't teach you that." Hahaha. :D Now, this was already a 5 star experience but what took Lowe's to a 5+ rating was when the delivery and my Lowe's rewards did not go through properly. Here's what happened: The online customer care at Lowe's was unwilling to help and almost made me never want to shop with the company again. When I tell you it was bad and rude, it was bad and rude. I told my husband, "Wow, I don't know if I ever want to shop at Lowe's again!" So Lowe's HQ if you read this review, I'd highly recommend working on your dial-in customer service. Luckily for Lowe's HQ, I'm not someone that takes "it's not possible" so we decided to go back into the store and ask if they could find a solution. The store manager (Chandra) and the in-store customer service (Michelle) who we really should call a customer care wizard said, "Oh no! We will figure out how to fix this!!" And guess what? They did! It took thinking outside the box but they handled the situation with diligence, kindness and a positive attitude! Again Lowe's HQ if you are reading this, I'd have these two teach a class to your dial-in customer service team. They were amazing! I wrote a in-house review with their names and job titles right after the experience so again I hope Lowe's HQ reads it. If I could give a 10 STAR rating for that customer care and concern, I would. Daniel assisted me by showing me which sized drill bit to use, proper loading into my RYOBI drill, and showing me a safe way to protect both my drill and the surface upon which I am working. Bought Westinghouse power washer online, unit did not work. We've been trying to return it for weeks! Lowe's said we had to contact Westinghouse and get an "RA" number. Westinghouse says Lowe's needs to request "RA" number. We have made numerous phone calls and pages of emails but Westinghouse and Lowe's keep pointing the finger at each other. Bought GE 5 Burner Glass Cooktop Special order on April 5, 2025. Was delivered & installed April 24. Bobby the Installer did awesome job of Installation & Reconstructing our under the Cooktop Utensil Doors to make them smaller so they would fit with new Cooktop. That night we noticed one Burner Defective. Next Day went back to Lowes & they Ordered us a new one. Two weeks later on May 3 Mgr Brandon called & advised us we would have to come in & Pay for it, So two Weeks wasted & we had two Cooktops paid for, sucked our Checking Account Dry. On May 19th Bobby came put & Uninstalled Defective Cooktop & Installed New Cooktop. Rick in Appliances called & advised Bobby could not take the Defective Cooktop, we had to return it to get our Credit. Next Day at 2:00 we returned it & it took Three nice ladies in Customer Service to try & get us our Credit. Chandra, Becky & Cindy all tried & after about an hour gave up & said only the Store Mgr Brandon could approve. And Brandon had just left for the Day. They would talk to Brandon next Day regarding the Credit. Week went by & no phone call. We tried calling several times only to wait for 10-15 minutes for someone to pick up, & gave up when no one did. The Customer Service ladies obviously were overwhelmed. We have our iPhone records for proof. When we finally got hold of someone week later they said Brandon was gone for the day or Brandon was off or Brandon was on vacation. Apparently only Brandon has authority for Returns over 30 days even though we reported Defective Cooktop to them day after delivery. Ten Days after New Cooktop Installed Brandon finally called & advised Rick was wrong, Lowes had to come & pick up Defective one. Brandon scheduled the Pick-up. Do not understand why only one person, Store Manager Brandon has Authority for this, if he was out no Assistant Manager could help, just wait for Brandon to get back to you. Then the extended Warranty Folks Pro-Rated our Defective Cooktop Credit because we had the Cooktop more than 30 Days. Just a terrible experience, disappointing, frustrating & left a bad taste in our mouths. read more

My husband went into Lowe's today looking for 30% vinegar for the yard. The website said it was on one aisle, it wasn't, he asked an employee where...it wasn't, he found another after that one left, he said another aisle, it wasn't...and found a THIRD employee...they said "oh i don't know". After not finding it and still grabbing the other things he needed, got in line to check out. Then, with 3 more people to go in the checkout line, the cashier declares it's her break time, logs out and walks off....just walks off...no-one replaced her! They all just stood there dumbfounded. Horrible customer experience with the young female manager on duty. She was very rude and short with me when I asked if she could match the price that was listed on the items I wanted to purchase. They rang up at a different price than what was listed on the display. She checked the photo I took (attached) and said it was marked incorrectly and there was nothing she could do about it. She wasn't apologetic or helpful in anyway. She didn't even help me find the tile that was actually on sale. As a matter of fact, she behaved as if I inconvenienced her, then suggested I put all the items back before leaving the store. It was 18 cases of tile!! read more

I'm a contractor that had a Lowe's credit card for years and they took it upon themselves to cancel my card due to a car dealership seeking loans and interest rates for a new truck. They claimed too many credit inquiries so they stop my credit card (while I was at a register) !!! I was NOT informed about this issue. Worst customer service ever. Get thrown around to different departments for days just to arrange delivery of a appliance.

I am a person that needs to use an electric cart to visit your store and you have none at your store. Luckily my caregiver had a wheelchair in her vehicle so I could get into your store to do business with you. I do not live near this store and I am glad I never have to visit again. The customer service lady was rude and too busy talking to her friends then paying attention to me. She spent her time talking to her friends that were going home and being very rude to me. She just yelled at me to give her the items I was returning as I was trying to separate them according to receipt. I passed 7 employees and none of them attempted to talk to me and so I was forced to use the app to find things. It is very confusing when I have to use an app created many states away to find things in your store. This store is so filthy that I was afraid to touch anything as I tried to shop. The self checkouts had no bags to place my items in and the attendant was of no help. I had someone else checking out to share the bags at her station so I could place my items in something I could carry. Your parking lot is filthy with people dumping their food bags and trash in the lot. I didn't contact management since there were people already waiting to talk to them. If this is how they run their store, it would be useless to talk to them because they do not appear to care about anything. Other Lowes locations have employees that will stop and ask to help you. Sometimes I get tired of saying thank you and I am on my way to get something. But at least they will try to keep their customers happy. Finally found someone and asked for help, she sent me to the register to ask. Went to the register and they told me to ask the woman who just suggested I ask the cashier. Do not buy appliances from this store. I bought a stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, washer, and dryer, all with a Lowe's credit card. The refrigerator they delivered was damaged. The washer did not agitate. Customer service was horrible. Getting them to come back and exchange those two items took weeks and several days of missed work. The refrigerator had perishables in it, yet they kept sending someone to pick it up without bringing me a new one. Getting the new one actually finally delivered was an absolute nightmare. The second washer does not work properly either, but I'm just dealing with it because I can't take another round of appliancegate with these jerks. Their customer service is horrible! I purchased a glass storm door from them at the beginning of June and they have yet to get it in because the glass is on back order. That is understandable but when you call the store to get an update or to see what's going on it's like they don't answer their phone no matter what time you call. Went shopping there today with my 91 year old father to get some materials from the outdoor patio area to build some steps for my father's elderly dog. A young man named Adam helped us measure and conceptualize the stairs and even pointed out the best materials to use. A major item I came to purchase was not available despite showing 6 in stock online. Well, this used to be my go-to big box store but in the last 9 months since we have moved back to town, I have asked people where something is and I've either been told the wrong place to go or that they don't carry what I asked for. Every time, I have found what I was looking for even when they told me they don't have something. It's almost like they just want to answer my question and send me away. On the other hand, the guys working in the garden center are usually very willing to help me get heavy things and get them in my car. On the downside, they don't seem to know much about gardening. We have been shopping here for years. Our garage door broke at the beginning of the month, so of course we drove here to order a new one. Employee stated they would also contract out the work to a trusted company and get the door installed. It is now the 29th and we still don't have a door installed. Not only does it take 20 minuets for the "Operator" to transfer you to the correct area of the store to speak to someone, if the person who took the original order is not working they state they cannot help you. Today we called back and were told that it's "Unknown" when it would be done. Keep in mind we already did the financing and had the contractor out to the house to measure the standard two car garage. I highly suggest if you are planning on using Lowe's for a garage door,,,,, don't! Unless you don't mind waiting over a month for it. We are gladly taking our business somewhere else...... read more
