The rest of the week I was helped by Brian a lot he is an amazing employee (A+) that help a senior citizen that barely walk. I also want to thank Deysi and Joel that make feel welcome and both helped with my lumber. I went with my wife to Home Depot just to compare and be fair, I left without buying anything because of the employees didn't acknowledge or anticipate a customer needs. Disappointing service for delivery and installation. They delivered but failed to install it due to a part missing. But according to Lowes customer service their truck has parts for installations. I had to reschedule for install and they never came. We ended up installing ourselves. Awful! Also their sales is misleading. Dryer thats on sale for 479 became 700 for the extra parts fees added. Not a sale at all. I dont think ill buy from them or any service again. I bought 2 appliances and both times we're disappointing. read more

We needed an oil space heater and Google let us know they were in stock here, so we headed over. We'd visited Home Depot immediately before and the difference in experience was shocking. We walked in, the help desk was right by the door, I asked where the item was, they told us, we walked over and picked one up. We used self checkout and it took less then three minutes total to pick up our item and leave. The store felt clean, smelled nice, and the service was helpful and kind. All in all, I absolutely recommend this location of Lowe's, especially over the nearby Home Depot. read more

Great store when you don't need any help. Curbside is a joke - it took 30 minutes to get my order and that was after I sent inside to ask twice. Sales / install is amazingly disappointing. The salesman, Raffie, is a true salesman in that he doesn't tell you all the details, makes promises that don't come true, and drops communication with you once the bill is paid. The 800 numbers are infamous for poor connectivity and long waits- confirmed by Raffie himself! We got a patio door installed and it looks unfinished. There's scratches and caulking patches. This is how Lowe's delivery team left a refrigerator, oven and dishwasher when they told us they would put it in the kitchen and plug in the fridge and oven as all parts were ready. Dishwasher we didn't pay to have it installed but all 3 appliance should have been brought inside. There is no one to call and their delivery team number wouldn't send a team back to delivery the items inside and I'm 37 weeks pregnant. Three driver team brought the items to the backyard and ran away and sped off in truck. Nothing was signed that we received these on our end. I will never work with Lowe's again. Lowe's used Maersk final mile as the trucking company and they outsourced the delivery to Estes. The three drivers of this delivery team should be fired and Lowe's should consider using a different final mile delivery company. Lowe's is leaving over $12,000 worth of appliance sitting in a backyard with no way for family to move them inside the house. When we finally sat on the phone for over an hour they told us in 2 days someone can come and bring them inside. I would suggest spend your money elsewhere and don't buy appliances from Lowe's. read more

I had a very disappointing experience with Lowe's door installation service. The caulking was done poorly and looks extremely unprofessional. During the installation, they nailed into the new door frame and left visible nail holes. When I asked about patching and painting those areas, they refused. The overall workmanship was far below what I expected, and the job was not completed to a finished standard. I now have to hire another professional to correct and repair the issues caused during installation. I would strongly recommend using a company that specializes specifically in door installations rather than going through Lowe's. Unfortunately, this experience was frustrating and costly. read more

I don't know what's going on over there, but nobody EVER answers the phone. Online order filling is slow. When I went to pick up curbside it took them forever. When I asked the guy who came out if he needed my barcode for verification, his response was "I don't know. This isn't my normal job". This says A LOT about management. I got an email that my order was ready for pickup and was there two days later. This store is located in the industrial area of Concord off Highway 4. After you enter the store, the order pickup is on the right. The worker scanned the bar code on my order pickup email and retrieved my order. She verified my ID and I was out the door. DO NOT GET YOUR CABINETS HERE! I am 1.5 years still without a completed kitchen & their arbitration agreement is a scam. -July 2024 ordered cabinets with Sue for a small kitchen and no change in footprint. -once cabinets were in, I saw the numerous 3" no use space gaps. I lost at minimum 15" of cabinet space in my already small kitchen. -air insert ventilation, I now know, they are a standard size. Sue ordered too small of a cabinet for above my stove. -wrong pullout ordered & in lieu of doing what is right by ordering the proper one, they decided to change the inside and it does not pull out properly. Been waiting for reorder since October 2024. -Sue ordered too small of sink basin-this was corrected quickly. -Cabinets do not sit right. -their contractor, Ariana, is awful. Does bare minimum and puts things in correctly up in lieu of telling me, the wrong pieces have been received. Very lazy is Frank from Ariana. -Frank broke my water line from my refrigerator and they had me pay $500 for a plumber. they only have reimbursed me half since Oct 2024. -Sue's manager nor anyone from management team ever called or came over to look at the disaster despite endless emails and talking their installation person endlessly on a recorded line. read more

Absolutely horrible, DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM LOWES, spent about 10k on appliances and bathroom fixtures for our new house. Oven came in last week, delivery guys ran out of the house so fast after I had to chase them down to give them their drill and the old fridge doors they were supposed to take away. Then I unbox the oven the following week for my contractor to install and the whole bottom was smashed in, called lowes they said because it had been more than 5 days I can't get a refund or exchange, are you fing serious? ANd becuase it's been less than a year their protection plan doesn't kick in yet, they kicked me to fridgedaire (manufacturer) who tried to tell me I'd have to pay for it to be repaired, I finally convinced them to pay for all repairs. I will be charing this back since I bought a new oven not one that fell off a cargo ship and was then repaired by a handyman. Hopefully when they lose all the money on this sale it will make them learn. Also bought a vanity the door on it came in all scraped up, the box it came in was in fine condition so it's obvious it was packaged already messed up. I called them they said "oh it's another business that just sells through us so we can't send you a door" if you bring it back to a physical location we can refund you and order a new one" I explained I don't have a car that can fit it and the closes lowes is 30 miles away, they refused to do anything but give me a $50 discount on a $600 item, so I will charge this back too. This morning I was there , I went to the bathrooms and one of the toilets was packed with seat coves ; one of the staff members was there I notified the issue and he didn't care , no even a good attitude that he will call somebody to fix the issue; I know as a General contractor if somebody flush it the drain will clogged. And I saw this Afro American staff member was working this morning in the painting department. I think this is a management, sometimes I get there very early to get what I need and there you go a "STAFF MEETING" , they looks like they are just hanging around, eating and fooling around each other and no one to see around the store to help. I hope in the next fooling around meeting this issue is mentioned, when a customer say something at least listen and say "Thank you for your observation a let us know" and DO SOMETHING but this guy attitude was like I don't care they don't pay me enough for this. "MANAGEMENT PEOPLE." I have see many times bathroom out of order because no body cares. So disappointed. And something else when you are walking in the hallways/aisles nobody greetings no even say "hello , can I help you with something ". On May 11, 2026 I went to this store to purchase a countertop microwave oven and an older sales clerk named James who was manning the appliances section of this store processed my transaction. I chose the microwave that I wanted to buy and pointed out to him which box to load into my cart. The box happened to be behind another box on the floor and he was upset that he had to bend over to pull it out. I was willing to pull out the box myself to help him out but he signaled me to step back. He picked up the box and slammed it into my cart and gave me a bad look. I got startled because I didn't expect that kind of terrible rudeness because I was very polite to him. I still kept my cool, finished the transaction and left the store. I'm writing this review to call the attention of the management to give this guy a refresher on the job training on how to be respectful, respectful and accommodating to customers because this behavior is not acceptable and I can't let this pass. I am told by Lowes contact service provider that there is a leak under my Lowes purchased and installed dishwasher where the water hose connects in. The service people do not do any plumbing. Lowes 5 year extended warranty people say that they don't cover the Lowes hose or installation an that I need to arrange for my own plumber at my cost. Despite confirmed 11AM-3PM window, delivery truck skipped us and "went home" at 9PM. Lost another day of contractor work. Went to Golden State Lumber. 10+ hours wasted on hold. Staff passed responsibility instead of solving problems. Two failed deliveries in one week. If you have contractors waiting or deadlines, go to Home Depot or a local lumber yard. When I called customer service they transferred me to 3 different people and still no help. I called again and they told me I was out of the Lowes warranty of 90 days. It's been 30 days. They now want to transfer me to the manufacturer. You pay for a new fridge and they give you one that doesn't work as designed and want you to deal with a repair instead of giving you what you paid for.
