That's because their expertise and large selection is what matters the most to me. We are new to DIY landscaping and good help and advice is priceless. Several YouTube channels warn against buying plants at HD or Lowes.... and despite their good return guarantees, I waste too much time looking for help and getting the advice I need, and it's a huge pain in the rear to have to dig-up dead plants and return them and then replant them. That's why we are so glad we found this place instead of the big box stores.

As I was making my purchase ( this is not an inexpensive store) I ask where the restrooms were it is a large store and you take quite a bit of time browsing the the selections. The said there is no public restrooms. I thought not unheard of but you r a high end retailer. Then two elderly women one with a cane came up in the middle of shopping ask the same question - same reply and on their way out the door to find a bathroom the clerk yelled don't forget where we are.
