I had a repair man come to my house 3 times. initially he said he would order parts and also…read morementioned it would be difficult to move my washing machine. when they came back, the worker said he had a hernia and could not lift anything. why was he sent to my house? so before he left, he said to try to run it again and if it didn't work, call the office. he didn't do anything .. it would have flooded my kitchen AGAIN. then, they came back to actually fix it. he fixed it, now the washing machine is in the middle of my kitchen, not hooked up. my fiancé is paralyzed in a wheelchair.
