They have done a great job at preserving the beauty of this building and restoring it to it's old pharmacy days. The soda shop counter made me feel like a little kid. The guy behind the counter prepared an excellent chocolate ice cream soda treat. I loved walking through the back and seeing the old pharmacy section which still had old bottles, books, medicine and machines. What dismays me a little bit is that this shop is more of a novelty than a convenience. I suppose I would stop in again if I needed a gift or wanted an ice cream treat, but I don't see how the shop will draw regular customers. I feel like they could do well to include more convenient store items to appeal to the community. Or maybe they do so well with the tourists that it's not necessary! Either way, would hate to see this place close after they've fought so hard so preserve the nostalgia. If you're a fan of the movie 'It's a Wonderful Life', this is the closest you're going to get to visiting Old Man Gower's drugstore.

Theres also a fairy land area where you can interact with fairies and take photos in front of some cute backdrops. There's also a gaming area with archery and a strong man competition. Restrooms: only porta potties and some areas did not have a hand washing station. Food and beverages: Food options were good and most vendors only take cash. There was a variety of food and prices were reasonable though. However I was very disappointed that they do not serve any alcoholic beverages (no beer, no mead, no wine). Also, most of the vendors carried the same brand of bottled water which had additives in it. I wish I would've known we could bring in our own drinks because I would've brought a lot more water. Shade: there's some shaded areas but not all of it is shady, so you'll still need sunscreen. Staff: performers stay in character but food vendors are not in character. Adult admission is $25 + $5 parking, but I got a Groupon for $18. Overall, I still had a fun time and would recommend it.

That's because their expertise and large selection is what matters the most to me. We are new to DIY landscaping and good help and advice is priceless. Several YouTube channels warn against buying plants at HD or Lowes.... and despite their good return guarantees, I waste too much time looking for help and getting the advice I need, and it's a huge pain in the rear to have to dig-up dead plants and return them and then replant them. That's why we are so glad we found this place instead of the big box stores.

As someone who has painted ceramics for over 15 years, it has become increasingly difficult to find something other than a Christmas ornament or small childrens sets. However, although All Fired Up is a great place for girls night out, a tweens birthday party or the local crafter- you can find actual bisque ceramics that you honestly can't purchase at local craft shops. This shop is small & the on hand selection is limited but you can go through their large binder & order anything you want. All the molds are kept downstairs so your item is made in shop. I'm horrible with names ( I want to say Mina??? she owns an older poodle named Frenchie) was more than accommodating & really listened to what I was looking for. I special ordered 5 buildings that are part of a village, for just a few bucks extra, she carved out all the windows & chimneys for me so that I could put a light under them. The attention to details & craftsmanship is admirable & the prices of each piece is very reasonable! My 1/2 village was ready for pick up in less than 2 months. Mina had wrapped each piece carefully so that they wouldn't break on my long drive home. She also took each of them out to make sure I was okay with the quality of her work. Since I did not paint my ceramics in the shop, I am not sure what the cost of doing so is. But if you're looking for something different & affordable, this is a great alternative.
