He has the Ease bed himself and said it's been a game changer for his back, which was injured in a car accident. Bill, the manager of the store, and Mike answered all my questions. I was able to set up delivery on the day of my choice, two days later. I asked if the delivery people would wear shoe protectors when they came in the house. Bill, the store manager, passed this information along to the delivery team and they were more than happy to accommodate me. The price was VERY reasonable as I ended up paying a fraction of the price that other stores charged while receiving a mattress that was far superior in both quality and durability. Finally reached a point where could order expensive couch. Custom ordered a sectional from Mentor…read moreLevin. Spent thousands of dollars. Upon delivery the sectional did not align. Even delivery individual was frustrated on how looked. Back of couch did not align and front seems were off. Week later sent out a repair tech. He was pleasant tried to fix because said Levin would not replace a custom order. If I had ordered stock couch, they would have replaced?? Same problem but out of luck because spent more $! Tech drilled into new couch to move connector and improved Top appearance but bottom of couch offline. Noticed two days later that the corner piece (next to) is now off line and huge gap on top of couch. Customer Service Crystal called and said that "meets manufacturer deviation" so would do nothing to correct and refused any type of refund. I spent alot of hard earned money and according to Levin I just have to deal with. Would love their sales and customer service to work hard for money, receive crap and just be stuck with it. Never seen worse customer service. Save yourself the headache and money and shop anywhere else. The couch is from England Furniture Company so stay clear of them as well!

In trying to get my elderly mother to buy a new mattress, I discovered they sell sheet sets as…read morewell. Boy are they great sheets if you have a pillow-top mattress. They are 100% cotton, and they have strong elastic straps for each corner. They do not pop off the corners like my old sheets did. They're the first sheets that actually fit the depth of the mattress. They are made by Dream Fit and only come in neutral colors (white and ivory). A full set is $70. I highly recommend them if you've struggled to find sheets that work well with a thick mattress. The staff has been very helpful, as well.
