It only has like 3 parking spots. But, this cozy little thrift shop is small but mighty! It's packed full of so many reasonably priced treasures. Very disappointed with the quality of the furniture I purchased and the communication is terrible…read more I purchased an electric recline couch and loveseat and have had a little over 2 months. In the store I noticed a small stitch coming out and was assured it would be fixed before delivery. It was not, it was delivered with the stitching still out and we had to have one of their guys come to fix it. Not even a month later more stitching has come out and I have attempted to contact them through the website with no response. I called the store but all I got was they cannot be returned but they have a 1 year warranty. I also contacted on Facebook Messenger which took way to long to get a response and all I got was that their guy would be in touch to come fix it... AGAIN. I am still waiting to hear from their guy and them and it has been over a week since they last responded. The motor is also starting to act up on one of the recliners. This is absolutely unacceptable for new furniture and doing business in general.

A week later i told them it didn't look like or feel like what I ordered. Aric, the owner, to have somone look at it and stated he'd never take back a bed! then he started yelling at me about it. His warranty program is non-existent. terrible customer service. Aric is a rude, obnoxious, mean actually, person. He has tantrums like a 2 year old. very unprofessional. he recommended a few contractors for various work we needed done. Out of 4 people... 1 showed up. The rest didn't want to be associated with his name.
