The prices are a bit much but the same from store to store and I have even tried the nearby FedEx Kinkos and they have similar results - although I end up waiting longer there. Yesterday John took my package gave me a receipt and I was out in under 5 minutes. I will say often its just timing, as I was heading to the car three others were arriving with several packages. The service here has been good and I will continue to use this location for my UPS needs. Thank you John for the great service over the years.
