The day of the move, Clint and two movers arrived 15 minutes early to survey our old place, ask questions, and make note of what was and wasn't being moved. This is my doctors note the next day "Patient presents with complaints of right sided body pain since yesterday. This is about the same and not worsening. Patient states that she had hired a moving service to help move a lot of heavy items to her home. She states that she originally agreed to pay a certain price but yesterday when they arrived they wanted her to pay more money for them to move heavier things such as barrels and bags. She states that she refused to pay them so they left her stuff in the street. She states that she had no other way to move the items so she forced herself to move all of her things. She states that she used the right side of her body to help move and push the items. She states that now since then she has had pain to the right shoulder, side hip, leg and lower back. This increases with movement. Pain can radiate up the back and down the righ leg. " Nuff said! but I wanna state that it was a combination of Tina and Tim that literally tried to "milk The clock " not work -stand around while the one employee Jamison was busting his behind all by himself literally ...while the other bully Tim was standing above me, (while I was packing or even in front of my building )not working ! wasting time, charging me per minute, while standing still waiting for money letting minutes pass and then billing you for that !!!!practically as I reminded him he was" wasting time" (7 hour job - should have been left in its completion ) he took 7 hours and still couldn't compleate it ...btw I payed for 7hours $1500.00...! We used them for packing and moving a family of 6. Just so…read moremany things broken. I've moved many times before and I've just never seen anything like this. They did not use bubble wrap, or even packing paper. They threw delicate items, literally threw, I saw them, throwing them into boxes and just broke our PS5, our clocks, anything electrical. Anything delicate was damaged. They left doors broken in our new house. It was awful. I don't understand how they could be a professional company. When we went back to our original house, we found that they just left like 1/3 of our belongings were still there. But thrown around randomly on the floor just a complete mess, not packed. Just a horror story. We spent the next day trying to recover our stuff from the old house. And clean up after them. Thank God we moved the PC and laptops ourselves.

I just treated myself to a brand new grand piano which is very important to me and cost more than an arm and a leg. I not only did I want it to get to my new spot in one piece, but I didn't even want to risk it being scratched, bumped, dented, etc. When I called the movers and told them about the main reason for my move, they were on it and did a fantastic job of handling it when they carried it out of my home into the truck. All the movers were very respectful and kind. They made a good impression on me and my family who had come to help a bit. My mom was thrilled that she had referred them to her sister who was looking to move at the end of the month and has been trying to find a reasonably priced moving company. Definitely keep up the good work and keep the positive attitude. Very attentive to me and I appreciated that.

When they actually completed the move, 2 items on the original quote were sold and should not have been included with the quote thus I was entitled to a refund. The whole company cheated me out of my money, I tried to resolve with them and Ray one of their employees accused me of being a liar saying the items were packed. Once I said if the items are packed be sure to deliver them, then they made up another excuse. I tried to resolve it with the company only to get run around. I will suggest to my former employer to not contract with them anymore as they will steal your money. The whole business is unethical and does not have sound moral judgment.

The move was 5.5 miles and was told it shouldn't be much. 1 Dining rm tbl 4 chairs 2 end tbls and 1 coffee tbl. He sent 3 guys to a 2 man job. I called him and was told they had another job after me that a third man was needed and that would decrease my move time. After speaking to one of the movers none of which could make eye contact I was told I was the only job they had that day. To finish the total was $765.00 for 1 and half hours of work. 200 per man per hour a 3 hour minimum, not mentioned. A flat fuel charge. I can keep an eye on two men but not 3? Why the reason for the third??? Some how I can't locate a few tools in my garage? Not accusing it must be a coincidence. Driving home Brandon called me over and over not leaving a voice mail just immediately calling back time and time again. Once home I returned his multiple calls and told him I was blocking his number. He then showed up at my front door and aggressively refused to leave after being told 3 times. This is not a professional company. They only want to rehab older homes which we found out because he wanted the Landlord's phone number for which seemed odd to us. So if you are looking to move, don't rely on them. I'm truly upset.
