I just treated myself to a brand new grand piano which is very important to me and cost more than an arm and a leg. I not only did I want it to get to my new spot in one piece, but I didn't even want to risk it being scratched, bumped, dented, etc. When I called the movers and told them about the main reason for my move, they were on it and did a fantastic job of handling it when they carried it out of my home into the truck. All the movers were very respectful and kind. They made a good impression on me and my family who had come to help a bit. My mom was thrilled that she had referred them to her sister who was looking to move at the end of the month and has been trying to find a reasonably priced moving company. When they actually completed the move, 2 items on the original quote were sold and should not have been included with the quote thus I was entitled to a refund. The whole company cheated me out of my money, I tried to resolve with them and Ray one of their employees accused me of being a liar saying the items were packed. Once I said if the items are packed be sure to deliver them, then they made up another excuse. I tried to resolve it with the company only to get run around. I will suggest to my former employer to not contract with them anymore as they will steal your money. The whole business is unethical and does not have sound moral judgment.

Was told by Brandon that he brought 4 people, and he needed to pay each of them and that because he came, he could have charged us for him being there but didn't. Then he said it was a 3 hour minimum, and that they are much cheaper than all the other mover. Judge for yourself. I honestly haven't found a mover that is honest about the cost.
