The day of the move, Clint and two movers arrived 15 minutes early to survey our old place, ask questions, and make note of what was and wasn't being moved. They moved our stuff quickly but carefully; they worked their asses off to make sure things were put in the right places and everything was handled with care. They did not use bubble wrap, or even packing paper. They threw delicate items, literally threw, I saw them, throwing them into boxes and just broke our PS5, our clocks, anything electrical. Anything delicate was damaged. They left doors broken in our new house. It was awful. I don't understand how they could be a professional company. When we went back to our original house, we found that they just left like 1/3 of our belongings were still there. But thrown around randomly on the floor just a complete mess, not packed. When they actually completed the move, 2 items on the original quote were sold and should not have been included with the quote thus I was entitled to a refund. The whole company cheated me out of my money, I tried to resolve with them and Ray one of their employees accused me of being a liar saying the items were packed. Once I said if the items are packed be sure to deliver them, then they made up another excuse. I tried to resolve it with the company only to get run around. I will suggest to my former employer to not contract with them anymore as they will steal your money. The whole business is unethical and does not have sound moral judgment.

The move was 5.5 miles and was told it shouldn't be much. 1 Dining rm tbl 4 chairs 2 end tbls and 1 coffee tbl. He sent 3 guys to a 2 man job. I called him and was told they had another job after me that a third man was needed and that would decrease my move time. After speaking to one of the movers none of which could make eye contact I was told I was the only job they had that day. To finish the total was $765.00 for 1 and half hours of work. 200 per man per hour a 3 hour minimum, not mentioned. A flat fuel charge. I can keep an eye on two men but not 3? Why the reason for the third??? Some how I can't locate a few tools in my garage? Not accusing it must be a coincidence. Driving home Brandon called me over and over not leaving a voice mail just immediately calling back time and time again. Once home I returned his multiple calls and told him I was blocking his number. He then showed up at my front door and aggressively refused to leave after being told 3 times. This is not a professional company. They only want to rehab older homes which we found out because he wanted the Landlord's phone number for which seemed odd to us. So if you are looking to move, don't rely on them. I'm truly upset.
