Lawd what a day, just to find a roller shade. First I went to Home Depot only to learn they stopped carrying roller shades. Then spent 45 minutes in the Lowe's on Bellflower Blvd. only to find out the sizing machine for window shades is broken. I zipped over to this Lowe's determined to leave with a d&mn roller shade and hallelujah, I did. Allison (feat. Ray) cut my new roller shade up super fast and it was the perfect size. I grabbed a new shower head and was in and out of the place in 10 minutes. I'll definitely visit this Lowe's for my next home improvement purchase. read more

This review is specifically for the Christmas tree lot this season. We usually go to the Lowe's on bellflower for our tree, but came here this year. It was such a great experience! We came the day after thanksgiving and Chris helped us select a tree, cut it, and tie it down to our car. In previous years at other locations we usually are on our own with the tree process. But I was really impressed that Chris took the time to look through trees with us, unwrap them, shake them out for my kids to select one. Then I was really impressed when Chris and another employee did the whole process of tying the tree down to our car. Great customer service and we had a great experience. We will be going back to this location for our yearly Christmas tree . read more

We special order flooring material at the store and was told to go to the cashier to pay. No cashier, just self-check out open. We then went to Customer Service. Long line, only one person helping customers but many workers behind the counter walking around. If there is a long line, why doesn't anyone jump in to help? The second time we went there to pick up the flooring, we stood in the pick up line. No one helped us. Then we told there is only one line. Again, had to wait in a long line. Only one cashier. Where is customer service? There is none! This is why Home Depot is busier, you get customer service! read more

I generally like shopping at this store because they have a variety of items different from Home Depot, but I keep having uncomfortable experiences there. Not sure if it's just paranoia, but security consistently follows my family around. I know this because they announce in the intercom for 'employee assistance' almost every aisle we go to, even when there's no customers there seeking help. Every time we check out items and leave the store, the alarm coincidentally goes off. I understand there is a rise in theft recently, so I'd be paranoid of all customers. I'm curious to know how they determine which customer is a potential thief compared to others. My guess is prejudice might be at play here. But it's hard to say from an owners perspective. read more

I placed an order a day ago and my total was $280.54, and today I see 3 charges for 280.54. They have to know that to have a hold for $841.62 instead of $280.54 can result in maxing out your account. Leaving you broke to use for things you might need NOW. Why a company could be so stupid to put their customer in such a horrible position is baffling . One supposedly is a hold and the other an actual charge and I don't know what the 3rd one is for, but Home Depot and Wayfair, etc., and other well know places don't do this stupidity. When you buy from them there is a hold for the item ONLY ONCE and then they pull that hold through as an actual charge. What moron at Lowes created the system they use to charge you, once and at the same time for the same amount a hold and once again another hold, how stupid can you be Lowes. Never will buy from them again. read more

I ordered several items for delivery. They called me to tell me one of the items was not in stock and would not be delivered. I received my delivery minus the ~$20 item but I was still billed for it. Why did I have to spend my time chasing down the credit? Why did I have to finally dispute it on my credit card to actually get the return of my money? The time I spent trying to get my ~$20 credit was not worth it, but I guess that was in their calculation. Given the impossibility of getting help from a human, it seems to be that it is NOT at all user friendly by design. read more

His name is Anthony and he helped us with the wood flooring and pushing our flatbed that was loaded down, he and Basil helped us load up a toilet, vanity, mirror, cupboard and flooring into a small suv. It was my first time visiting this location and the. My mom asked the cashier if she can scan her items she didn't respond for few seconds and then so rudely told her this line is for returns only. Then I told her no need to be rude just answer her question she started talking so rudely and kicked me out of the store. When I asked for the manager I found out that she was the manager and her name is Tiana so I told her I will call the corporate office she said I don't care I would still be here!!!
