Nothing against the pharmacists at the other place, but the store shelves are so empty (like Walking Dead level empty) and the air unit hasn't been fixed in forever. I start sweating every time I go in. I hope the staff there finds good jobs elsewhere. Oops, this was about the 95th St pharmacy. So they've been open only for about a year but they seem to know their stuff. Transferring my prescriptions was a breeze, and the staff there are great. I get calls whenever my medications are ready. Most notably, I saw the staff treat an elderly customer with kindness and patience. It's places like this that make me love this neighborhood, and people like the ones who work here proud to support the growing Arabic community in Bay Ridge/Fort Hamilton.

I ended up buying just one because I was asked to do so by a friend. They did not scan in the items I wished to purchase and they did not provide a receipt. When I tried confronting them about the markup, they claimed that it was less than what the supplier charged. They added that no one forced me to buy anything and that this was how supply and demand worked. I had actually frequented this pharmacy a few times since it opened (even though there's a RiteAid half a block away) because I prefer to support local businesses. But from now on, I'm sticking to RiteAid.

Refills are done incredibly fast--sometimes it feels like within seconds! Any travel supply not a problem! The female owner was so arrogant completely disrespectful & disregarded my needs. She was rude, & loud & did not know how to speak to customers. Irregardless of whether I was unprepared or I did not know which state in Mexico, she never gave me a chance to resolve my problem instead she came to me very high & almighty & completely denied me of service. I did not show hostility yet she said I was crazy. I felt really harassed. One thing is to tell ur customers the rules...u can be firm all u want but be polite, respectful & empathetic. U don't talk to customers acting like ur the sheriff & that everyone must fall in line otherwise ur in trouble. She was very intimidating & I tried to let this slide but since I feel that she'd be doing it to others too...so I feel the responsibility to let everyone know so she will know & be more respectful & realized that her business is there because she has to provide services to the consumers & not the other way around. I truly don't know what I would do without them. Anytime I need anything, Mark is there with a solution, a kind word and a level of customer service that is unmatched. The quality of care, attention to detail and genuine warmth I receive every time I walk through the door or pick up the phone to call them is something you just don't find anymore. Mark is a gem, and I cannot say enough nice things about him. My family and I are beyond grateful -- this place is a rare find. I took a Luden's 30-count and I went to the back counter and there it was scanned and I was told that it was $3.15. I went to the front of the store to pay for it and as I placed it on the front counter, the guy there said to me, "$4.00" without scanning it. I gave him a look and went back to the back counter where I was told that I could pay up front but after some back and forth I indicated that I preferred paying it in the back. The guy from the front actually called out to the back person that it was $4 but she scanned it again and gave it to me for the $3.15 scan price. Decide for yourself what to make of that.

They go above and beyond to make their customers happy. Can you imagine walking into Walgreens or Rite-Aid and saying "my grandma can't tell the difference between these two pills since they are both white, small and round so can you get her a different brand?" and them actually doing it? Well, this pharmacy did it and continues to do it for her every month. Their prices are good for a neighborhood pharmacy and they truly seem to have everything. I've never had to wait long, and it's nice to go into a pharmacy where the staff will go the extra mile to save you money. It's not the prettiest place around, but you won't find a better, more accurate and accommodating place to get your meds.

Tried to call - went to voicemail. They need to either update their hours or actually stay open when they're supposed to.
