I've died and gone to heaven! Thai vegan in a mostly vegan strip mall! So much to choose from! Got the pad Thai it was good-had to add a bit more seasoning to give oomf. The house fried rice was so flavorful and delicious! Great service, plenty of seating, and peaceful place to enjoy a wonderful meal! Can't wait to come back and try more!!

Ordered takeout so cannot comment on service or ambience. 8/10 Bun Hue ($15): I really love the sides in this dish like the soy protein and konjac, they make the dish taste so delicious. The broth was a little lacking in my opinion, but this is to be expected so I am so used to the non-vegan bun bo hue version and like my broth packed with flavor. Could have had more noodles as well, but overall, a solid dish. Paired the dish with the banana and strawberry smoothie which was super refreshing! I love Loving Hut and will continue to support. :)

Small restaurant that serves vegan Vietnamese food! Our favorite dish here is the spicy cha Cha. The crispy "shrimp" is SUPER crispy and has a delicious complex savory flavor with a little kick. We also ordered the bbq vermicelli dish. Egg rolls were really crispy. Owners was very nice as well. We finished off with a pandan cake which was very light and not too sweet although hard to taste the pandan flavor.

I've been to Loving Hut before and always find something good to eat. From burgers to pho or Lemongrass goodness, I'm always pleased with my food. Plus, they have great desserts too! The service is always nice, friendly and prompt. The restaurant is small but clean, and we always find a table to seat. Definitely a great treat!

Empty inside! Which is fine. I'll take the quiet ambiance any day, versus crowded. This little restaurant doesn't look like much. But the food is phenomenal! This is my second time coming and both times it has been great. The asada tacos are bomb! Those blew my mind! You couldn't even tell they were vegan! And I love the spring rolls! They were super fresh and satisfying. Great vegan food!

TL;DR: Whether you're vegan or not, this place delivers. Cozy vibes, friendly service, and standout dishes like the fried rice, mi kho, and pandan cake. A must-try for plant-based dining! I'm not usually one to seek out vegan/vegetarian restaurants, but this place genuinely surprised me. Serving a mix of Vietnamese, Thai, and Chinese-style dishes, it's a gem for anyone seeking a meatless dining option. We arrived as a party of three around 6 PM on a Wednesday, and the restaurant was nearly empty. The interior is cozy, with just a handful of tables and slightly dimly lit, but it felt welcoming. Service: The server was incredibly nice, checking in on us a couple of times and asking how we liked the food. Food: Spring Rolls: These were okay--not much imitation meat inside, felt like mostly lettuce--but they were huge and came with a tasty peanut sauce. Fried Rice: A standout! Savory without being overly salty or dry, and the mix of corn, onions, and veggies gave it a great texture. Mi Kho: My personal favorite. The noodles were perfectly chewy, and the sauce, reminiscent of BBQ, tied everything together. I finished off the entire bowl. Pandan Cake Slice: One of the best dessert cakes I've had. Like everything else I was blown away at how unexpected good it was. A sweet and satisfying way to end the meal. Overall: As someone who typically prefers meat with my dishes, I walked away very impressed. The food was flavorful, the portions generous, and the experience made it easy to see why this spot is highly rated. My mom is vegetarian, and finding places everyone in the family can enjoy is a challenge. This is a place I can see us coming back to regularly.

If you want to try vegan , this is a great place to do it ! They have a variety of different vegan dishes from appetizers to main dishes ! My salad was pretty big , some of the other dishes I saw look generous also ! Service was attentive. I enjoyed my lunch very much !! The restaurant is on the small side but has beautiful plants and you can sit in front of large windows!

This review is from a visit in July of 2024! So, there is a Loving Hut locally, in Northern CA where I live, so naturally while visiting the Anaheim area with family, we yelped for some dinner options and when I found this location.... I was excited! They actually offer many different meals that are diverse from other Loving Hut's I've visited. We ordered teas, smoothies, entrees, soups, rice, BLT, etc.... The food was delicious! The service was pleasant, and the atmosphere seemed calm despite a small inside seating area. However......... At the register up front while closing out our tab, we were all standing there and looked down at various types of fresh baked (packaged) vegan cookies. They had PB, chocolate chip, snickerdoodle, strawberry, you name it! We actually ordered two different kinds. A package of the strawberry, and a package of the peanut butter. We were headed to Echo Park for the evening and vegan cookies sounded lovely. I have attached photos to coincide with my review...... basically... We didn't eat the cookies right away. Found parking, headed to the park lake, found some seating, perfect weather.... and as we started to completely digest these delicious cookies........ we noticed mold. Fuzzy, dark in color, bacteria, NOT food safe at all, mold. In the center of the cookies. Multiple cookies. I love the idea of Loving Hut, I will continue to support the business locally..... but..... this was a serious letdown, on vacation, visiting a restaurant in Los Angeles. It literally made me sick to my stomach. This is NOT okay, and these cookies, and whatever else, should not be sold without taking steps to check expiration and freshness for the health food safety of patrons. Thank you for reading

I've been to loving hut before however, it was at a different location and apparently from the previous owners. The ambience was exactly like I remembered it very simple, simple seating. Very similar to the other location. I was craving one of the signature fried noodles that I haven't had in quite a while and it always reminded me of something out of dintaifung. Which was how I found out that they had a changed owners... for years ago... apparently I've been out of the loop and didn't know. So because they are not the same owners as before not all of the menus items transferred over. However, the young lady behind the register was very nice and friendly and gave me some good recommendations. And recommended the Mi kho. And although this noodle wasn't exactly what I was looking for it definitely did hit the spot and it was very tasty. I feel like this is always a great choice if you're craving a vegan dish. And it holds up on his own as well, even if you're not a vegan.

To be transparent, I'm not a vegan, my wife and I just love trying new places! I don't even remember how we came across this food joint, but we gave it a shot. I still eat meat, so I honestly didn't know what to expect. To be honest, It exceeded our expectations. The food was really good! My wife and I both agreed that the food had a lot of great flavor and the portions were big! The service was great, the staff was nice. I don't see myself visiting ever again, but if you're looking for vegan options, I highly recommend this place!!

The restaurant itself is small, so there isn't a lot of seating but there are a few tables if you do want to eat there. The server and cashier were both friendly and sweet. Nothing to complain about them or their services. Food was yummy! I thought the burger was stacked a little tall and the veggies were thick but they tasted fresh at least. The flavor of the sauce was sweet and savory, very good! The fries were nicely crisped as well. The skewers felt a little dry but still had a good taste to it. I appreciate the peanut sauce not being too sweet since I sometimes have that problem when eating this kind of dish. Orange blossom lemonade was super refreshing and hit the spot!! I wish I could taste the orange blossom more but that was no fault to them since I just came out of a dentist appointment. The numbing didn't help me at all here. I'm sire everything would've been even better if not for that fact! At the register, they were also selling fully vegan candy. I bought two to try. Pretty neat! Their food is pretty solid, so I personally recommend people give it a try.

Vegan Lemon Cheesecake made in-house!! So creamy and good
    Fiona Y.

My first vegan fish taco literally blew me away, thank you Loving Hut!! There's actual pieces of crispy "fish" that's flaky, firm and juicy. Incredible fish substitute that's flavorful which I'll definitely be back for. The vegan lemon cheesecake was so scrumptious I couldn't believe there wasn't any diary! The filling is creamy and luscious, the taste of lemon mixed is evenly mixed in without overpowering the sweet to tangy ratio. The graham crust is buttery and has a good density to hold everything together. I highly recommend this in-house made dessert truly created with love.

    Carolyn M.

Always a great selection with fair prices. Asian fusion with some American Faire all vegan. Their cookies are dense and cakes fluffy and moist. Glad this place is by Disneyland! Tips: they take call in orders. Parking available next to vegan market and vegan pizza.

We got 4 dishes: bun bo hue, mi xao mem, nem nuong cuong, and their fried tofu Bun Bo Hue: Great clean flavor! A little bland but nothing like adding their chili oil that fixed it! Once I added that in it was so good, I love it! Mi Xai Mem: Their fried noodle; this came on a sizzling plate with a great sauce. UGH so good, my fiance did right by ordering this, I had to have a small bowl of it too because of how flavorful it was! The veggies had the slight crisp so you can tell it's fresh! Nem nuong cuong: Great spring roll that has a little crunch in it! I love the sauce it came with for dipping! A nice nutty taste, but my fiance wished they added some chopped peanuts in it! (Can't blame him, he's had my sauce with peanuts in it so he thinks it's the norm!) But it would add another level to it! Fried Tofu: wow, not sure how they did it but they managed to fry the soft tofu and it's so good! It comes with a spicy soy sauce dipping sauce and with it being freshly cooked right before it came out it was nice and hot!
