I have been a patron here for as long as I can remember, probably for at least 25 years... and the recipes remain consistent and delicious! I keep trying the pho ap chao don at different establishments, and always leave disappointed, because no place can top this dish here. The staff are friendly and you pay at the cashier when you are done. I also like their variety of spring rolls, banh xeo (Vietnamese crepe stuffed with bean sprouts, veggie pork and shrimp), and their soups. They also have another restaurant called Bo De on Beach and McFadden in Westminster, which is owned by someone else but the food is much better here. They have consolidated their menu to about 55 items from 88 before, and most items have pictures on the menu you can refer to.
