I have been to this nail salon several times now. They do a fantastic job with nails. The salon itself has been recently renovated - it is lovely inside (no pun intended), very clean and new looking. So pleased with this place. I am really picky with my acrylic nails and Tammy did a fantastic job. My acrylic was in terrible shape when I went in and she cleaned them up and shaped them beautifully without a new full set. Over a week in and still looking great. The reason I didn't give 5 stars is because she accidentally cut my thumb with the electronic buffer. But I am willing to forgive that because I was so happy with the end result. This salon was recently taken over by new ownership. I've been going to sofia for over 3 years and she is incredible. I'm usually a picker and my gel nail lasts 3 weeks + Sofia and her staff are so friendly and professional. I won't go anywhere else. So first off Ladies they changed owners AGAIN! I loved Tammy and Sophia for their personality they were both so friendly but like others said I felt rushed a lot. Today I met Lien, today is the first time I ever made an appointment! I live close by so I usually pop in when I have time but I actually made an appointment because I want to go back and feel like it might actually be busy! First off they upgraded! They have the powder gel, more colors, text/email confirmation of appointments, booking appointments online on their site...just this little bit alone makes me think they are interested in what is convenient and good for customers! I just went here for the first time and there customer service is by far the best I've ever seen in a nail salon. They were all very nice and friendly. They seem to know all their customers names and they all seem to have been going here for years. My mani came out great as well as my pedi. I didn't think they had the best massage chairs but that's not as important to me as customer service and pretty nails that last. The chair could have also been the user. I didn't know what I was doing since Its been a while since Ive gotten a pedi and sat in one of those chairs. read more

Made an appointment for four people at 2:00. Got here and only two people working, both in the middle of giving pedicures. After 20 min two of us sit down and the other two wait. At 2:30 I said I'd forego my pedicure because we needed to be gone by 3:30. They said someone will be here in 10 min. No one showed. The two pedicures were 25 min each because they were racing through. I'll definitely never be back read more

I do not believe all their workers are actually licensed nail techs. On two occasions I have witnessed the owner stop a worker from finishing a manicure that was only half completed and order her start on another customers pedicure. Asked for a Vinyl Lux manicure and they had no idea on the correct procedure. Did not even have the top coat that was needed to complete the manicure. read more

This is my 2nd and final review. I've been coming here for 10 yrs. The last two times were awful. A month ago, the new owner, I believe, did my pedicure. She nipped my skin enough to draw blood. She quickly grabbed a tissue and never said a word. Not even..oh sorry, are u ok? And just today I called about 1050 asked for pedicure with certain person for 1115. When I hung up, I realized she didn't even ask my name, but I figured since I've been a long time customer and if they have caller ID, they would know I was the 1115 appt. was when I walked in the door. I get there and the place is packed, about 5 people in chairs, a few waiting and two little girls getting manicures and pedicures. I got a quick hello from Tammy and I sat down patiently. I got up about 1140 to walk out. The new owner says oh can u wait? and I said how much longer, she said 15 mins. Reluctantly I said yes. I finally get in a chair about 1150. I get Tammy and she rushes through the pedicure. I did not ask for Tammy and I sat down 35 mins after my appt my time. She has done my pedicure a handful of times and she rushes through every time. That's a big reason why I don't want her to do it and I specifically asked for someone when I called. I won't be going back. There are plenty of other nail salons which I plan on trying. Very disappointed and not satisfied with my last two pedicures. Time to move on. read more

I called to make two appointments for 4:30pm for my niece and myself. I was asked if we could come at 4pm instead so we did... My manicure wasn't started until 4:35 and my niece was started at 4:55p. After the long wait the manicure was rushed and the polish uneven and looks terrible. I'll never go again. read more
