I literally walked in on a weekday with no appointment at 10:20. I was taken in immediately. I asked for gel mani/pedi with white tips. Before tip, the cost was $100. I had two people for my service and I was finished in a timely manner. They were both really gentle. Honestly, I'm not sure why I'm not giving 5 stars.....oh yeah, the nails are a little too square for my liking. In her defense, I could have easily said something. I would definitely return. read more

I went in and got extremely short acrylic set and a normal "30$" pedicure. My total was 95.00.... Prices on the board reflect the acrylic set to be 38$. It's a nice set, but 95 before tip is a rip off. I will stick with my Irving mall nail salon. *I will be going back in tomorrow to hopefully resolve the issue. read more

Madelin is SO talented and kind, ella habla español! She did an incredible job. The environment there was very calm and relaxing. I requested an acrylic set with ombré and she did wonderful. These two colors are not easy to ombré either. They made sure that my expectations were going to be met. They definitely were! 10/10. read more

Quality service, great hospitality when entering the shop. Nancy and Lee are the nail power couple for sure 10/10 highly recommend.

There pricy but they do a good job. So if money isn't a issue and you care more about customer service and the quality of the work I highly recommend this place! But ignore the prices on the board you will be paying substantially more then what's listed. read more

AVOID THIS BUSINESS AT ALL COSTS, I REPEAT AVOID THIS BUSINESS AT ALL COSTS! I left the establishment crying because of what occurred to me on a day that is suppose to be filled with nothing but laughter, joy and good times! I left the establishment crying and I cried multiple times in the establishment because I couldn't believe that my time was wasted and I was being aggressively yelled at and accused of multiple things by the owner ( Asian man with oval glasses and slim in stature) that I did not do or say! My birthday is RUINED, my mood and the rest of my day is destroyed all because of how I was poorly treated and disregarded by the owner ( Asian man with oval glasses and slim in stature ) and by the terrible nail tech who does not know how to do nails who did my manicure for my birthday (I wish I knew her name so I could warn everyone about her)! I came in this establishment today ( 8th of June) for my birthday pedicure and manicure and was greeted by a lady whom I later found out her name is Nancy. I showed Nancy a picture of how I wanted my manicure to be and she stated that it could be done! Nancy lied to me and told me that the nails I showed her would be done for me when in reality, they didn't know how to do the nails I wanted! And they were simple nails by the way meaning : NO DESIGNS, NOT LONG AND NOT EXTRAVAGANT! Nancy, why did you just tell me that the nails I wanted couldn't be done?? MONEY HUNGRY EVIL PEOPLE WHO WILL NOT GET ANYWHERE BECAUSE I WILL MAKE SURE EVERYONE KNOWS ABOUT MY EXPERIENCE! I'm so grateful that I comprehend English because the owner ( Asian man with oval glasses and slim in stature ) tried to run game on me! He lied and said that I was sleeping when the nail tech was doing my nails , he lied and said that I told the nail tech to do my nails like this and on top of everything, he was yelling at me, being aggressive towards me and basically stating that it was my fault that I ended up with the nails because I didn't say anything to the nail tech which is a lie! He also said that he heard me agree with the nail tech about liking my nails which is a lie! Before the nail tech commenced doing my nail, she first brought one acrylic powder which looked too pink and glittery and I told her that it looked too pink then she brought another acrylic powder which I agreed on her using because when she swatched it on a paper towel, it looked similar to what I wanted and from then on everything just went LEFT! I kept questioning her every single second while she did my nails and she kept reassuring me that everything was going to be fine and to give her time to finish so that I could see the finished product! I should have never listened to her! This is the worst nail experience ever! I will insert pictures of the nails I wanted and what I got so everyone can see for themselves! A pathetic excuse for a man and business! He is not honest at all and has ZERO INTEGRITY! read more

Yes, I am reviewing a nail salon. Anyone have a problem with that? Ok, now that we've cleared that up more about Lovely Nails. I've visited a few times for a basic mani/pedi and Lovely Nails has become my go to place for a routine 6-7 week mani/pedi. Why? First they understanding the meaning of superior service. I usually schedule an appointment and upon arriving I've never had to wait. I walk in the door and go directly to the chair. On the occasions that I've walked in without an appointment, they are honest and upfront with me and let me know how long the wait will be and they meet that time.. I appreciate this as I've been places who tell me the wait is 15 minutes and 30 minutes later I'm still waiting. Next they do superb work. The water is temperature is always just right (anyway for me). I've never been cut (thank you). The techs are friendly and respect that sometime I just don't feel like talking during my mani/pedi. Actually, I prefer sit in the chair, uninterrupted and have a little quiet time (on my last visit I actually fell asleep in the chair). Lastly the price is right!!! They have Tuesday special: basic mani/pedi for $25. Yesssir!!! Keep up the superb work Lovely Nails! read more

avoid going to this place!!!! i went to get my nails fill, the nail tech put the wrong powder on my nails then once i noticed she said it was pretty!!! then charged me 40 dollars for a half done job then the nails started coming up 2days later!!! over price and poor work!!!! i wont be back read more

Kathy is wonderful. She is kind and pays great attention to detail. Thank you so much for the great manicure, Kathy!

I would recommend taking your business elsewhere. I have received many mani pedis all over the place and this is by far the WORST to have experienced. I woke up in literal pain from her "getting my ingrown toenail" (WHICH NO OTHER SALON HAS EVER DONE SO) and i can't even wear my heels today. The "dip" is a shit job and super thick looking and the sides of each of my fingers hurt from them cutting my skin away (not a normal/ professional manicure) i told them they were hurting me multiple times and they didn't care. Hate that i spent my money here. read more

I went to this place about a week ago, service was amazing until I notice my toe getting so swollen to the point I couldn't walk and I take my sock my toe was green. Went to care now and it was obviously infected. I will not be going back to this place don't recommend it to anyone. This Unsanitary establishment then tried to convince me that I dropped something in my foot and they didn't do it , but my doctor clearly wouldn't give antibiotics for a bruised toe nor would they have to cut it open to DRAIN AN INFECTION!!!! read more

Lovely Nails - Uhh huhh - Nail Salons Near Me - Irving, Texas

Highly overpriced and outdated compared to other prices in the area. It also wasn't as clean as it should have been

Good not great.. Just one thing... I wish the acrylics lasted longer. great pedicures though.

Tien did my nails and she didnt even let me pick my color out before putting me in the chair for a pedicure. She didnt give me a massage either. I was like wth? My nails are cute but if I would have known it would have been half assed I would have just gotten a color change on both my nails and my feet. I paid $45.00 for a gel manicure and pedicure - wont be back. Should have dealt with the wait time at Zen - at least they give you what you pay for even if it is a little more. So much for being in a rush - lesson learned. read more

Was easy to find. Fast and wonderful service. Nancy was friendly and her staff was very professional. Great pedicure!!

I loved this place!! I visited last night and the entire visit was pleasant and I left relaxed and happy. It is small... five pedicure chairs and three nail desks but this is not a detriment... make an appointment and things run fine. It is not a fancy salon, no extras like so many are doing now (seriously, if I want an alcoholic drink, I will go to the bar)... however, it is very clean and comfortable. Vuong did my pedi and he took such care and was so gentle that I almost fell asleep. Well, that is one reason, the other is that it is a quiet salon.. no blaring music (soft instrumentals only), no loud tv, no screeching voices yabbering back and forth... it was lovely! Tien did my nails.. gel powder.. and did an awesome job. I am extremely picky about the thickness and she did a perfect job. I love them! I've already recommended to a couple of women at work and I have a couple of friends I will be convincing to give a try. Loved it! read more

I was going to let this slide but its not fair nor right!! FULL SET/OVERLAY- I went here last week and now 3 nails want to come off. Thats because they were stingy with acrylic and acted stingy with the nail glue. My nails were loose & about to pop off during vacation..embarrassing! Nails are ugly square, not a natural looking shape, like boxes on my fingernails. I & the tech decided to just add acrylic to just 6 of my nails because they were nice and long but the other 4 needed falsies. Why was I charged for a full set? I haven't ever went for a overlay or anything similar to this and be charged for a full set but okay fine..But now I have to get a refill after 1 week? WOW I didnt know if you add 2 colors ex: yellow nails and clear glitter on top, thats a design? Yes i was charged for designs and didnt know til checkout! Also unprofessional to keep shaking a bottle. If the polish is done remove it from shelve. If polish is thick, use some polish thinner instead of applying gunk to someones nails, took long to dry. PEDICURE- was okay, but i prefer a tech to massage both feet for atleast the same amount of time. ex: dont spend 1 minute on one foot and 17 second on the other..(thats uneven lol) My tech was very lazy, instead of buffing each nail she just ran it across my feet, barely touching nails. My skin was more buffed than my nails. And pay close attention of prices on window and service list. Confusing and you could be quoted a different price, so ask before getting any service here. NOWAY AM I GOING BACK! Its hard/dangerous to do anything when your nails are popping off!! The amount I paid with the service i received, i feel highly ripped off!! read more

I was excited to get my nails done here after reading the reviews and looking at the pictures. I went to the salon on August 6, 2021 and I waited about 20 minutes before they were able to get someone to do my acrylic full set (this isn't a bad wait for no appointment). I paid $57 for my manicure ( very short french-tip ombre) before the tip, which I would normally pay for a good manicure. Unfortunately, the nail tech (I want to say her name started with a T based on her cosmetology license on the wall by her station) rushed through my manicure and what normally takes a good 45 min - 1hr took 30 minutes, max. There was a lot of leftover acrylic never buffed from the underside of my nails, the nails were all different shapes, and the worst part is they all came off in less than a week. My normal sets last me 3 weeks before they start coming off. Needless to say, I was not impressed with the work or the quality of the manicure AT ALL and I hope that no one else has to experience this! read more

Wonderful nail salon!! Definitely go for the spa pedi... o m g it is so relaxing. Heavenly treat, and an incredibly affordable price - $25 for a mani pedi on Mon-Wed is insanely cheap! I can't imagine they can keep that price forever, get it while it's on special! The staff is super nice and professional, and they do beautiful work. They have fancy designs if you're looking for a little something special. I just love this place! read more

Great staff, really reasonable prices. I've been in several times so I've had a few different people do my nails but they're always pretty consistent, unlike other places where you can't trust more than person to do a nice job. They take time to make sure my nails are the right length, not too thick, and the lines are straight. One thing I really love about them is that they're not as gossipy and judgemental as some nail salons are. I like a clean, classic look so I always get the same thing-- acrylics with white tips painted on with gel. Many of the salons I've been to in the past will try to upsell me on designs or other styles by telling me I'm so boring and that no one young does white tips anymore. Not at Lovely Nails. They accept me for my boring French-tipped self. They do usually ask if I want a pedi, but I've never had to say "no thanks" more than once. read more

Wow! Best pedicure I have had in a very long time! Loved everything about it. Perfect end to a very long travel day from COU to DFW. Thanks Lovely! read more

This salon is bullshit. Paid for a $37 pedicure and they did what they would do for a basic pedicure. These people suck and I won't be back

Got an infection on my toe here from a bad pedicure because the tech cut deep into the sides of my big toe while screeching at me asking me why I had cut them myself after I had told her this was my first professional pedicure. I'd never had an issue with ingrown toe nails before this and I do now. I had a super expensive doctors visit and had to have a shot of the strongest antibiotics possible to cure the staff infection. My toe nails haven't recovered since and when I went back and tried to get the salon to cover my medical bill they refused to give me the insurance info (I don't think they have any) so I filed a complaint with the state. Save your self the hassle and the possible ailment and DON'T GO HERE!!! read more

Carol came all the way to visit me from L.A., leaving her husband and kids for the weekend. We came here to get our nails done, and she loved it. I just got a basic pedicure, and they did a decent job. I would have liked them to get rid of the dry skin on the bottoms of my feet. I had somehow assumed that was a standard service with a pedicure but perhaps it is not. read more

I visited the nail salon for the first time this morning, shortly after they opened. I came in for a fill on an acrylic set I got at a different salon. I will definitely be going back to Nancy from now on! read more

Walked in and was served quickly. Service was impersonal but that suits me (would rather read than make small talk). The pedicure part of the deluxe pedicure was good but the "deluxe' part was a joke. Can't beat the prices. On Tuesday mani-pedis are $28.

I always see people in here, so I decided to give it a try. I got a spa pedicure, and my feet felt fantastic after wards. They are quiet and meticulous. They offer lots of services like solar nails and shellac. And the prices can't be beat! read more

This is the WORST place i have ever gone to, it is ridiculously over priced. My "pedicure" only consisted of changing my nail color and slightly cleaning my cuticles. She said to remove callous it was $10 more.. then for just a fill it was $25, after i asked the girl and she said it was $15, the guy from the back came and said no that it was $25, and it wasnt even done right. Honestly I do not know how it has a high rating but everything in here is over priced and they do not even do a good job. Terrible place. read more

I have been here dozens of times and have always had great service. The pedicures are heavenly and the massage chairs work well. I have never had any kind of issues and they do a great job of trimming my ingrown toenails so I won't have a problem with them. Prices are fair and they spend a lot of time on you. This place is really friendly! The people here take their time on your nails slow and steady, but they have little conversation with you which I think is admirable. They have really good service, and the place is modern furniture. I recommend a place like this. read more

I drove by one day and saw on the window that a fill was 11.99. Of course when I came in several weeks later, the price went up to  $16. I came in on my hour lunch break and the guy took forever. I ended up being late back to work. A fill should only take 30-40 minutes not over an hour. When I went to pay, he said it was  $27. Of course I looked at him upset and confused. He said they charge extra for coffin shape. I asked why didn't he tell me that before he started on my nails???!!! He waited until he was finished to tell me. He pointed to a sign with small lettering at the front corner of the store. I told him how the hell am I supposed to read those small a** letters! What kind of customer service is this???!!! I almost walked out on them, but I didnt. I paid, did not tip and will never be back. They can take the tip out the over charge, screw them. read more

Okay! I did like this place. The first time they did my nails they were nice. The second time the lady Tran did my nails great. The third time Tran let one of her regular customers go in front of me so I just left. The fourth time took the cake! I went in for a fill in of regular nails short with toe polish and she tried to charge me $38!? Tran was throwing random numbers so fast she was getting confused herself and frustrated. I would've paid more for a fill and toe polish than my last full set. After she took my nail polish off I asked her how much that was. She said 5. I paid the $5 and got up to wait on my best friend. Then the lady started getting smart. Asking me you didn't bring enough money and you can just get your nails done and not you toe nails. I never once got smart with her because I refuse to allow someone to bring me out of place. I politely told her after she said you knew you were coming to get your nails done why didn't you bring enough money. I just politely told her ma'am I'm not going to argue with you. She just sat their and looked very ignorant. I was so mad. I actually liked going their but fool me once. Shame on you. You know the rest. read more
