Overall , a good experience but there are things that I would've liked to be different. The overall vibe seems a bit commercial, even though there are marocan elements scattered throughout. I would've liked a bit more of an authentic marocan vibe. Got there at 10.03 am and the paperwork took about 10-12 Minutes. Then locker room for changing another maybe 10 minutes. We started at 10:30 am with what was supposed to be an hour massage . Only got a 45 minutes massage. The therapist was great but asked way too many questions. The room was on cold and had a fan blowing as well. After the massage , we went straight to scrub/ sauna area. Different therapist. She was very nice and did her best to make us feel comfortable. The first room was a wet room with 2 stone "beds" . Even though they used warm water at times , the room was cold and it made the whole experience a bit unpleasant . The sauna part was probably the best one. After the scrub/sauna part was over we got 20 minutes in the tea room. We were served fruits, 3 rally small but delicious cookies and watered down mint tea. The cookies were really great but maybe they should serve a few extra ones. They also had some mini size American chocolates. It's a nice touch but maybe some marocan candy would work better. The last step was a 90 min anti aging facial. The tech was good but nothing to be blown away by. As far as the cost, we paid $900 for 2 people, plus $240 tip for the therapists. The place was scattered with signs that suggested leaving a generous tip. Even the bathrooms had at least 2 signs. It felt a bit exaggerated and as I stated on the beginning, commercial. I don't mind spending the money for an authentic experience and unfortunately this place didn't hit the mark. They sell a specific line of cosmetics and we got suggestions of what to buy from the therapists. Again, the amount of signs and pamphlets suggesting a purchase, was again a bit much. It was an ok experience but unfortunately I would not go back. I will keep searching for a place that offers a more authentic experience.

The staff stated she would leave a message for Lisa on Monday. On Monday late morning and no call, I called the facility and left a message. The return call was defensive, unapologetic and not accepting their error I was also told no message was left for her. Which would not be my problem. She then proceeded to inform me she was coming off vacation and that it's just a massage. Well Lisa I was on vacation and massage was part of my vacation and relax time. That You all ruin. I read about Hidden Hills on Next Door and then checked out their website, which includes info on each stylist. I decided to book an appointment with Vanessa, because she is from SC, same as me, and it seemed we had some things in common. Vanessa highlighted my very short hair and gave it a little trim to shape it up. When Vanessa washed out my hair and pulled the towel off, I saw myself in the mirror, looking more like the "real" me than I'd seen in almost a year! I shed a few tears and pretty sure Vanessa did too. Yesterday I went back to Vanessa for another highlight and trim. My hair had grown a LOT, but my roots needed help! Well, Vanessa did it again! It took longer to do the highlights this time since my hair was longer, but Vanessa patiently painted the solution onto my hair and wrapped it in foils. Once again, Vanessa hit a home run! It's going to take a long time for my hair to get back to its previous shoulder + length. But every day I feel closer to the "old" me, and Vanessa's expertise is a big part of that!
