My husband asked me what I wanted for our 11-year anniversary. Of course, I asked for the NF MM bag :) We live about an hour and a half away so I called ahead to make sure they had it in stock. Kate was very friendly over the phone! She had no problem making sure they had it and putting the bag aside for me. I was a bit under the weather so I sent my husband into the Galleria to go and get it. Mind you he's covered from head to toes in tattoos and was wearing the scruffiest clothes imaginable, so you can imagine the looks he got walking around the Galleria! I went in with my mom and had only EXCEPTIONAL service! I will always continue going back! Miranda and Calvin both were absolutely amazing and so helpful! Since I went in to get my wallet fixed they have continued to be helpful and send me updates! Miranda knew so much about every product and informed me I was using my "wallet" which was meant to be a key pouch for the wrong purpose. Calvin assisted us and showed us many wallets and sold me a new one! I have since gone back to get a scarf for my mom and am treated like family! First off bring a mask, they require one even though the Galleria isn't, and other stores in the corridor they are in don't require it. Its a 50 cent mask, it's great if you are requiring them as a store- but provide it for those who don't have it. They provide them at Restoration Hardware to American Eagle. And if you simply can't eek out the 50 cent mask as a store - supply the info to its necessity on your store's website. No one likes to feel ill prepared upon arrival. This is customer care. We have had this as our main store for years and have only had 5 star service up to today. Chelsea wrecked that streak today. Literally am hoping they had her on security cameras taped. She was rude, super short with us, and kept changing her story. First she just didn't have the phone case we wanted in stock, then I brought it up that it was showing on line, then she magically found one in another part of the store. I asked about a repair to a piece I have had and suddenly they charge for something that is clearly a manufacturing error. The stitching started fraying on something that she insisted was too old, I asked her twice when I bought it and she finally admitted after I grilled her that it was less than a year old. And because they've been closed for over two months there was no way to contact the store. So it was about 7 months old. She even showed the same error on her associate's product. Her associate thought LV may cover mine so she took that piece over. Chelsea was rude the entire time about it. She even talked me out of my originally purchase from today saying She can't guarantee the product they are selling -that it could fall apart. What?! So I walked out with a refund to my original sale. The worst part, Chelsea was caught by my daughter who had walked out of the store to get fresh air -(unknown to her) Chelsea was talking about us to another associate and I mentioned it to Chelsea's before I left. Chelsea turned purple. I left a message with the GM -and like I said I'd love it if they had her Monday episode taped. Yikes. I really hope they follow through. You can't be unprofessional. You have high end clients that are not afraid to spend money, but do want a professional and customer friendly environment. You have to be kind, knowledgeable, professional, and stand behind your product for your clientele. Period. read more

The purses are great, the service is awful! My family has been buying Louis Vuitton purses for years and we have multiple accounts. However, we were treated as if we were bums off the street. I can't believe they would treat us like this. My mother bought a $2600 purse yesterday and came home and inspected it and saw there was a scratch on the handle. She came back the next day and told them what had happened. She was accused of wearing it around and beating up the purse causing the scratches. Wow! What nerve! She just wanted an exchange for them to order in another one. She wasn't even returning the entire purchase. They made her wait 1 hour before they were willing to return. They were unwilling to exchange her a purse. So they made her feel like a theif. OMG!! Go out of state to buy a louis vuitton. Don't waste your time here. read more

I would NEVER recommend shopping at this Louis Vuitton location. The staff that works here is beyond unprofessional. Note to Louis Vuitton corporate, this is not a Macy's. Customers are coming in prepared to spend quite a bit of money. The service should exceed people's expectations. Staff is unfriendly, unwelcoming, unprofessional and act like they're doing you a favor by helping you. It's beyond ridiculous. I've had better customer service at Target! I was just at the store on Saturday after a 4 hour drive JUST to go to in store so I could compare two bags. The customer service was horrible. I couldn't get an SA to give me the time of day. I wasn't dressed poorly and I was carrying one of their bags. I came off as a serious buyer. I asked the SA if she had a neverfull MM and a Noe BB in stock. She looked at me like I was crazy. She grabbed me a neverfull and tossed it onto a display case and walked away. This was after 10 minutes. I waited another 15 after I tried it on and she just stared at me the whole time. Needless to say, I walked out without buying a bag. This is the only Louis Vuitton in Minnesota. I was so disappointed read more

Great customer service, I had a bag that had a loose thread on the strap and it was only 6 months old. I brought it into complain and they sent away for a whole new strap and called me when it came in, replaced it for no charge to me at all. The salesmen was also very patient as I tried on many new bags to and brought in my laptop to test fit that it would indeed fit inside. Overall very pleasant shopping experience! read more

When you go, be sure to ask for Kambiz!!!! Hands down thee best and only SA I will work with! Very professional, genuine customer service, and goes out of his way to meet every one of your needs. If it weren't for him, I'd avoid this place at all cause. The rest of the SA's there have no personality, lazy, and could careless about their customers (the boutique isn't even busy 90% of the time!). I've left many times empty handed and feeling I've accomplish nothing. I use to have to save all my LV shopping for Chicago. That's so unfortunately. It's seems the SA's there are only willing to help if you know exactly what you want and is determine to buy. HELLO???! Not everyone shops that way; some like to browse and there's nothing wrong with a little input sometimes on suggestions. As an SA you are paid to do what!? Sell, suggest, and assist. The consumer is there for a reason, not just to look at nicely displayed purse! Even if I didn't buy today, what matters is I've bought in the past and will buy in the future. Kambiz has assisted Me the last few years with numerous purchases and I seek his services and recommendations every trip to Louis Vuitton. Most recently, I sought his assistance in finding the perfect handbags and accommodating wallets for My three daughters birthdays. The service I received (as always from Kambiz) was Amazing. He showcased every available full size wallet and every possible bag which styled well with My selections. He is patient and listens to the needs and lifestyle of the carrier. As I narrowed down My searches, My final selections were perfect. The gifts were all shined, boxed and placed neatly with slight descriptions in each shopping bag ( identifying which gift was for which recipient). I purchased my sunglasses from Louis Vuitton for $600.00 in January 2015. The lens fell out without the glasses being dropped. They would not warranty them. Charged $81.00 to reinstall. Why buy a luxury brand that doesn't stand behind their product ? Do yourself a favor and skip buying a name. read more

Worst experience buying a designer bag EVER. This is the only Louis Vuitton store in MN. My mother and I were treated awful. Customer service skills should be a qualification for working at this kind of store. I was "helped" by one younger lady named Maiker. I felt like she didn't want to help us after we asked to see several bags. Once she got the impression that we were not going to buy anything she asked if she could help another customer. Since this is the only store in the state my mom decided to buy the bag anyway. She asked us if we wanted it boxed up. When you are spending that much on a bag that shouldn't be a option. Reed was beyond amazing! He knew his stuff and wasn't afraid to make suggestions. He was the only person who acknowledged my boyfriend and I when we walked in. We were just about to walk out when he asked if we needed help. He is a great asset to the store and one of the main reasons I made a purchase. He spent a lot of time with us. I called the Louis Vuitton website to order the purse I like but they cannot accept multiple payment thru phone so she suggest to go one of the store in person to purchase there , because they accept multiple payment So I went Thursday noon , 35 minutes drive from my house Even though I'm so busy in my schedule just To purchase the purse I like , but they don't have stock of that style ! so I told the lady I want to order but I will pay separate payment $2000 in my credit card and cash the rest, she said I cannot because I'm ordering I told her I called the Louis Vuitton website that's why I'm here so I can purchase !
