The coats used to be excellent and we own several jackets and parkas. Now the quality is much worse. I purchased a parka and the hood was defective. The only thing that I still consider very good is the supima towel bath sheet. Out of all of the items I purchased in the last few years, I have returned about 75%.

This time I got both an engine and cabin air filter for less than $40 whereas the Dealership wanted $128 for the same two filters. Garret, the associate helping me, was awesome. He actually put in the two filters for me (it was my first time doing it on this vehicle) and they didn't charge me anything. I tried to give him a tip but he wouldn't accept (OMG what incredible service.). They also offer free electrical testing, free wiper blade installation, free check engine light testing, free recycling of parts, and will loan you tools to install parts, if needed! What a great place! Thank you Garr. 2019 update: I came in again and like before they were super helpful and helped me install new blades. A great place to go!

Midtown Global Market has been such a staple in my life. It does such a good job of having food options from so many cultures and parts of the world. The food is reasonably priced and the workers are all so kind and knowledgable. Beyond just food, there is a huge selection of art, groceries, clothing, and more. MGM has always felt like the ideal of what Minneapolis is and can be. I am sad to see a lot of booths closed right now. My heart aches for my neighbors and community. I hope (and know) that MGM can bounce back and continue to be a place of diverse community. Love MGM always.

Service was alright, a bit slow and my order seemed unimportant, but it got placed and I was happy to support a local business. A few days before my quoted ship date I contacted traditions to check-in and they informed my ship date was actually delayed by 3 months due to a misunderstanding on their end with the vendor. Had I simply ordered online through the manufacturer, I would've already received my order. I canceled my order and received a refund without issue. I placed an order directly with the manufacturer for a slightly lower price and faster delivery than they quoted. I can't speak to their design services. I suspect this business isn't really meant for my budget (~$3-$5K for outdoor furniture) and more for whole home custom furniture/design purchases with $50k+ budgets.
