We called in advance and they set up standing tables for us in a nice line, which made it easy for everyone to mingle, eat, and drink. Service was great and very attentive throughout happy hour. Food and drinks came out fast, and it's hard to beat their happy hour pricing for food and beverages (especially beer), plus their huge beer selection. The only minor frustration is when they're out of my favorite beers, which seems to happen pretty often. Also, one beer at our table came out foul, but the waitress handled it immediately and brought a replacement with no issue. Overall, a really great time. I still highly recommend Yard House for family dinners or work gatherings, especially during happy hour.

We ordered the mushroom burger and fish tacos along with all of their dips and fries to share. Fries were perfect - crispy, soft, and seasoned properly. I loved all the dips but the truffle aioli was my absolute favorite. Mushroom burger was made very well, full of mushrooms and the patty was juicy and cheese was gooey. I do wish there was slightly more seasoning on it; perhaps some more salt. The fish tacos were delicious, there was a lot of slaw but I appreciated it. I do think that while the fish was fried perfectly, I would have liked a larger piece of fish. The slaw to fish ratio was slightly off. The corn that came on the side w the fish tacos was amazing and fresh and a great idea. I think it can even be dressed up and presented as an elote option. Overall we really enjoyed our meal here. If you are in the area definitely check this place out.

I tried the following: * Seafood Combo: 1 lb of shrimp with 1/2 lb sausage, corn, and red potatoes, tossed in the Juicy Special sauce (Cajun, lemon pepper, garlic butter) with a hot as the spicy level * 6 raw oysters * Strawberry & Peach Virgin Daiquiri * Fried Catfish Basket All of the food was incredibly tasty. The seafood combo was flavorful, and I especially enjoyed the Juicy Special sauce, which tied everything together. The oysters were very fresh and paired well with cocktail sauce and Tabasco. The daiquiri was sweet and refreshing. Lastly, the catfish and fries were fried to perfection, and the tartar sauce complemented the basket nicely. What stood out to me was the ambiance and overall atmosphere. I loved the décor throughout the restaurant, and the music was very entertaining. The customer service was decent. The server accidentally messed up the order slightly, however, she made the necessary corrections positively. The attentiveness was fine, though not particularly spectacular. Overall, Red Crab Juicy Seafood - Palisades is a solid spot for flavorful seafood dishes and refreshing drinks. I recommend stopping by.

Adorable. We were debating between this place and a brunchier establishment across the parking lot, but this won out largely because the sunny outdoor patio area beckoned and it seemed like the perfect spot for our outdoor eating seasonal debut. I always get a little hot and bothered when I see tater skins on an apps menu, so that was an easy call for us. The waiter told us immediately they were "homemade" and not processed - in hindsight, I'm not really sure what would distinguish them as homemade other than that they don't come out of a TGI Fridays box in the freezer, but regardless, they were tasty. A LITTLE overly fried but hard to go wrong with the almighty tater. A lot of the entrees looked intriguing but I impulsively went for the fresh burrata ravioli (a choice that visibly startled my chum, who should really be used to eating with me after all these years, but no matter). Also good - the sauce was a little watery and the accompanying pieces of garlic bread were just okay but it was a solid portion especially for lunch and didn't last long. In hindsight, I don't think this type of dish is really their bread and butter so I'd probably get something else next time, but still ultimately a win. My chum got the Chicken Caesar Wrap from the specials menu and enjoyed it - insisting that I take a picture of that as well. So enjoy that. It's here. In what was an encouraging theme, the dessert section also had a bunch of items that we both were interested in. After finding out that the bread pudding was a little TOO authentic for my palate (aka it had raisins in it), we ordered the Hudson Valley Apple Crisp. Delightful. I think it could have used a little more ice cream, but that was a pleasant palate cleanser. The real star of the show here - among an impressive list of contenders - was the service. We had a fantastic waiter who was very friendly and pleasant, with a lot of thoughts on the menu and restaurant overall. We also a brief visit from presumably someone in management/ownership who stopped by to check in on us, which was a nice touch. We were the only ones out on the patio and possibly in the entire restaurant, so arguably we SHOULD have gotten the lion's share of attention, but still. It was an intangible that legitimately and dramatically improved the overall experience, which is the ideal. I have some residual PTSD from the atrocious restaurant scene in the northern part of Rockland, but places like this ease my trauma considerably. Stick to the southern section.
