Irish Eggs Benedict

For a place with a clear full client list we got seated surprisingly fast. And what an experience! Diners being a special passion of mine it's pretty hard to be truly impressed. The food quality and quantity and the old fashioned diner feel is all there! So many experiences never get written about because they're mundane. Take my effort here as an indication that this is a place worth adding to your travels!

The staff were very attentive and friendly. Service was fast and food was amazing. Everyone was nice even the customers. It's a typical diner.

Western omelet

Very happy about the portion!! Great service and bathroom is clean! Love cash only! We will come back again.

Eggs over easy with sausage , wheat toast and home fries.

Great breakfast joint, delicious food, generous portions, reasonable prices, friendly service. We went on a Tuesday morning, and the place was fairly busy. We got seated right away and the food came out promptly. I had eggs over easy with sausage, wheat toast, and home fries. Everything was perfect. What more can you ask for ?

Corn beef & cabbage. HUGE !!!!

Love this place! I usually get the specials. Pot Roast, Chop Suey, Turkey Dinner, Fish & Chips. The meals are massive and tasty. Love the clam chowder. It comes in a HUGE bowl. The Home-made hash omelet is wicked good. The ladies that run the place are always super cool. Great fresh food. Even if there is a line, it moves ultra fast.

Eggs Benedict--w/ ham, and tomatoes. English muffin hiding underneath. Delicious.

It's ok! Nothing better than any other breakfast restaurant considering the classic eggs bacon and homefries.

Lunches better than breakfasts. I wish they hadn't hidden the diner away behind a brick shell.

The food was very good. They have gluten free Bagels, green tea and fruit parfaits. I enjoyed the home fries too. The staff is very helpful and accommodating. Very much appreciated thank you so much!

I got eggs, home fries, bacon, toast, and 1 pancake. There's a small parking lot and service was very friendly. I waited only a few minutes and my order was taken quickly. The eggs and toast were good. The bacon was okay - just normal bacon and not overly smoky. The home fries were also good. A little smaller portion, but they were cooked well. The pancake was super fluffy and tasted really yummy with the syrup. My only gripe was that it was cooked near or on something with garlic and parsley so about a third of it didn't get eaten. I went to bite into it and it was maple garlic town in my mouth and that threw me off. However, I was nearing on full anyway so I kind of was like eh it happens. I did let the server know before I headed out for future orders and stuff but I didn't want an extra pancake or anything since I ate a good bit of it. She was super nice about it as well. I got the check and left cash on the table. It was about $21 for the meal and 2 drinks. It's a cute little spot and I would go back probably just for the pancakes and the nice service.

I haven't been here in years, and I remembered the food being awesome, I've been wanting to go back…read moreever since. I'm happy to say that the food is still great. The corned beef hash was excellent, and even as a picky pancake lover, I enjoyed mine. My partner ordered the country breakfast, but we received the wrong order with different specifications. We didn't notice immediately and started enjoying the hash. It took the servers about two minutes to realize the mistake and attempt bring us the correct order, they had hoped we hadn't started eating the hash meant for another customer. Although the mix-up was understandable, it was a bit frustrating not to get our raisin toast or runny, sunny-side-up eggs as expected. We stayed with the wrong order and our was brought back to the kitchen. The biggest drawback, however, is the outdated ambiance. I appreciate the vintage, long-time diner charm, but the decor needs some attention: the cups are showing wear, the shades are dusty, and the hallway to the bathroom feels cluttered. The bathroom itself could use a thorough cleaning, the soap dispenser was empty, and the backup pump wasn't working properly, making the space feel less sanitary. A small renovation to refresh the space while preserving its classic appeal would really enhance the overall experience.

Service was friendly, but slow. Food was poor. Clientele was friendly and setting was cozy/small (a…read morebit tight). Classic small town diner setting. We visited Sunday morning at 10 am., which is a busy time for most breakfast spots. Locals suggested the French toast or country breakfast were the recommended ordered. We will try it again, but our first experience was not very good.

I've switched up the ham to their bacon which is delicious! Thick cut, crispy and tons of it! I also recommend getting an extra side of hollandaise because it's THAT good! Kids miniature chocolate chip pancakes are filling and pretty large. Dine-in they have kids cute coloring page and yummy hot coco! I had the chance to dine-in and the inside is decorated nicely and I love the light coming from all the large windows. I wish there were more booth seating available, the hard wooden chairs are not that comfy. - Small waiting area in front and outdoors - outdoor seating when it's nice out - online ordering avail for easy pickup and delivery (by 3rd party) - share parking lot but usually pretty full, overflow in Whole Foods lot avail - you can now reserve tables! The place itself was clean, neat, and not very large. We ordered the regular eggs Benedict (around $21) and the chicken and waffle eggs Benedict (around $30). Between the two, I definitely preferred the chicken and waffle Benedict. It was more savory, whereas the regular eggs Benedict also savory but came with a red sauce that was surprisingly sweet when I was expecting something more traditional and savory. Overall, I would come here for a special occasion, as the price point feels a bit high for what you get. You can definitely find a similar eggs Benedict elsewhere for cheaper. That said, I do recommend trying the green hot sauce they have. I thought it paired really well and tasted better with the dish.
