So, when we moved here ~6 weeks ago, we ordered pizza. I decided it was not so good, because I 'experimented' with the toppings. This evening, ordered pizza & wings. I take it the recipes/cooking instructions aren't consistent, restaurant in Oak Park is very good. Here, pizza dry/hard w/crumbly crust. Hot wings LOADED with sauce and soggy. On 12/5/2025, ordered a thin small pizza over the phone . Arrived at 440 pm when pizza is due & paid. 30 minutes later I asked where the pizza? Walked out without a pizza on a Friday night!!! The manager said I can understand why I am frustrated and asked me to wait another 15 min for a pizza. Lost my patience. They have improve the communication between the front and the kitchen. The hot wings were meh, but I was very disappointed in their personal size "deep dish" which I attached a pic. I was charged $10.55 plus tax for something a fourth a size of your average pizza by the slice for a couple bucks, with a minuscule amount of dry rubbery cheese....how does this place have a classic reputation?? Never again! Oh and I gotta add that the sausage in there must've came from the same rubber factory as their cheese, total crap! read more

Just removed (the non-airtight) lid of a frozen carry-out, Sausage deep dish. It's become soooo tiny. Wow are they skimping. My parents bring us these every year because we are out of state. Yay for us but we miss our amazing Chicago pizza! At one time you could see an 1/8 to 1/4 of an inch of the crust. Now, some parts are close to 1 inch. Less "pizza" more crust. Very sad. I will still give it four stars, well because it is Lou's of course. We were just hoping something so good would never change, but it has. Your pizza has changed. The deep dish crust is supposed to be garlic butter crust; but tastes like cornmeal. The mushrooms look and taste like canned mushrooms. The spinach tastes like frozen. I'm going to start looking for a better pizza. Too bad because I loved your pizza read more

In all honesty, the food is not the problem here. I've coming here twice, and the main man working the register has such bad body odor. He smells horrific. I purchased large crustless pizza with mushrooms and wings yesterday around 5pm. This was my very first time eating Lou Malnati's. I was excited to find a place where they offers crust free pizza. The wings were amazing, however the pizza was extremely salty. Not sure if they add more salt to compensate for crust but it wasn't edible, so I threw it away. We came here on opening day and I am really glad we took that risk. Neither of us could truly remember the last time we had Lou Malnati's because pizza is primarily something we eat at home when we just don't feel like cooking. We ordered a small deep dish with crumbled sausage and mushrooms on half with some bruschetta to start. I was a little concerned with how the bruschetta would be executed for carry out. Lou has a really good process. They put the bruschetta in a bowl and give you 8 garlic toast points to put it on. The amount of bruschetta was more than generous for the toast points and the combination was one of the best I had eaten in quite some time. The pizza- it isn't nearly as massive as the giordano's but is a completely different experience. I added the butter crust and that alone made this worth it. The pie isn't that thick but it's incredibly filling and delicious. They're having the grand opening Friday (5/11/18) and from what it appears lots of staff are there this week to kick it off right. We are already talking about the different things we will try next time like that crustless pizza! read more

I like the aesthetics of the space. It was very contemporary, even trendy. There was a good mix of high top and traditional seating. I also like the available seating while waiting. The patio window when open provides an open air experience while still being indoors. There are also TVs at the bar. I don't believe the bar is full service but the offerings were enough to satisfy any social drinker. Love the patio windows near the street. 10/10 this place really cares about their customers. My mom being the lovely woman she is decided to order a pizza while picking us up from the airport at about 9:15ish. After some delays at the airport we ended up getting to Lou's ~20 minutes after they closed. Not only did they stay open waiting for us but the pizza was still just as warm and delicious as I remembered. read more

I have a few things to say, usually there is always something wrong with our pizza. Today was the final straw. It was my mothers birthday and our pizza was in poor shape. Great service. For someone who absolutely adores Lou Malnati's, I was extremely excited for the new location. I ordered online which was quick and easy. When I came to pickup my order, I had my toddler with me. The employees were quite helpful in helping me get my pizza and wings to the car, with my full hands. The pizza was great however, the wings didn't quite hit the mark. I know how these should taste as I've ordered my share at all of the Lou's in Chicagoland area. I will say that I plan to continue to order from this location since it is so close to my home. Hoping next time, the wings will be better. read more

I am so glad a Lou Malnati's is open in the Broadview area. Consistently delicious hot and fresh pizza. I used to order for pickup at their western springs location, but ever since this location has open I opted for delivery. I usually order their chicken wings, Malnati salad, and a large deep dish for the family. The portions are more than generous and much cheaper than Giordanos and always consistently delicious. Deliveries are on time and super convenient for me and my family. read more

Tried delivery a week ago. It was very fast, under an hour. My pizza arrived hot and in good condition and the delivery person was more than courteous. The sausage deep dish pizza was delicious, The ingredients were fresh, and tasty while the crust was crispy but easily devoured. I highly recommend you give it a try. read more

The classic Chicago pizza is amazing here. The sauce is some of the best red sauce I've ever had. The crust is perfect and there was plenty of sausage. Food is very good but delivery was slow for me. Placed an order for delivery at 6:02PM per the email confirmation online, was supposed to be delivered 7:00-7:10PM I call them at 7:39 and get "the driver is just running late due to weather and accidents" dismissed, 7:42 is when it arrived and it was a little cold. Still VERY tasty butter crust deep dish Sausage, Pepperoni and their Spinach mix (garlic, basil and onion). Should have just gotten pick up as I had to head out to grab a 4 pack of beer with it anyway. A small really does feed 2, maybe 3, I think I regret eating 2 whole pieces and I am a big boy at 6'3" 250lbs, but regret is just one more Tyskie Polish beer away from going away (number 3). In the end it was delicious, could use a bit more sauce on top or on the side but I ordered extra cheese and it was a bit too much cheese so my sauce to pizza ratio may be skewed by my own decision so only -1 star for delivery and apathetic response to 30+ minutes late. read more

Horrible service. 238pm Sunday August 12th. I call to order pizza for pick up. The phone is picked up I order my pizza the person on the phone says it will be ready at around 3pm. I get here and they tell me they didn't open until 4 however they took my order and I have come in side the building before 4. A lady comes from the back and says they haven't started their ovens. I said why was I told 310. She says I could wait till 4 or refund me my money. WTF! I was told 310 and her solution is refund me my money. ! It was hard but i kindly said I would wait. I leave for 10 min and come back in the building still before 4. Now it will be ready at 4 they tell me. So many people coming to the front asking if I've been helped. By this time first I have been told 30min and then 5 min later. I'm told it's going to be ready in 5 min by another employee. I get my pizza I get home. If I wanted rushed pizza I would have gone to little caesars. No manager was there because a manager would have known how to handle this. read more

I just had a pizza delivered and the driver was very honest and told me that it was damaged on drive( it may have moved around too much in car). I was bummed but he was so honest and apologetic it made a huge difference. He had the very nice manager call me (within 5 min)to offer a coupon for a free pizza! Fabulous customer service!!!
