I understand being busy and of course the need to wait, however, I was told it would take a month to sew on one patch, and add Velcro in two other places for a whopping $100. Which I thought was pretty steep, but they had the monopoly, unless I decided to go out of town. So, after receiving it back, initially, everything looked good, well, until I had to put it on. The arm side where the Velcro was added, isn't lined up with the crease of the arm. Had the Velcro been one solid piece, this would not be an issue, however, it's 2 small strips, with one being so far back that the patch is off center. So now, in a conundrum. If I return to have it fixed, not sure how long that would be expected to take. I prefer looking somewhat professional when entering someone's home in a time of need, but now, I have an expensive jumpsuit that just hangs in my closet unused.

It is a bit expensive to do leather jacket cleaning, but for the experience and process, I would say it was totally worth it. They texted me to let me know when they would arrive to pick up and to drop off. They gave me a clear time approximation and even beat it (they estimated 6-8 weeks but I believe it only took about 2-3?). My jackets came back wrapped really nicely, and the delivery driver took proper care to deliver at my door. In fact, I wasn't home and she asked how I would like my jackets to be dropped off. The thoughtfulness and consideration Ian's provides can't be beat. I also appreciate that they have an app so you can easily plan your pick-ups and drop-offs. I bought a suit for an upcoming wedding at Jos A Banks and asked how long it would take the alter it. They said they might not be able to get it done in time and to call Continental Bespoke Tailors & Alterations. I called and the owner said to come over. I came in and he was so coridial and we talked about how I wanted the suit to fit. He did a few measurements and made his marks and we were ready to go. He asked when the wedding was and promised the suit would be ready a few days before the wedding. Today I went in to pick up the suit and he was just finishing up, pressing it and getting the last details together. I tried it on and it looked so good! It was just a basic suit, but he made the suit (and me) look better than we should. The whole time we are chatting about life and such and it was a fun and relaxing environment. In all, it was about 10 days from when I dropped the suit off to when it was ready was finished. I would highly recommend this shop!

Absolutely amazing experience from start to finish…read more I had a sudden funeral to attend on a Sunday, and the owner was able to take and finish my alterations in a couple hours on a Saturday. I felt bad that he was there until almost 6 but it wasn't even an issue as far as he was concerned. His store is EXACTLY what you would think of for an old-school tailor that is clearly dedicated to excellent quality and customer service. I had suit pants hemmed and the seat and waist slightly let out, as well as taking in the jacket around upper and mid back and taking in the sleeves. While admittedly I don't have much experience with tailored suits, it fits like a dream. Even my father took a second and noticed/commented on the suit looking good, and this was a suit jacket and pants that cost less than $200 from Men's Warehouse. I will undoubtedly be using this business for any and all alterations in the future and am hoping to have him provide the suits for my upcoming wedding. You will be extremely pleased with any services you receive from Continental Custom Tailors!! NOTE: Address has changed slightly, down the road from previous location. New address is 9415 Burnet Rd, Ste 104.

Being that this is a public laundromat you would think you had access to the machines you came for unless being used by another patron. Not here!! The staff use 99% of washers and dryers and put " OUT OF SERVICE " stickers on the rest while using them. Then when I asked about using the ones that were labeled out of service because I could clearly see they were working, I got told I'll just have to wait. Mind you all of this was said in Spanish because no one speaks English here. Why can't the public use public things and whatever this clothes washing service this place offers be done and finished well before or after hours? 100% disappointed.

They do take credit cards. (It places $12.00 charge to be corrected the next day or so). And a smaller dryer (which is not small) was $1.25 for the initial 25 minutes and then you could add another 5 minutes for each 25 cents additional. Our load was dry for the 30 minutes. I'll update if there is an issue with the credit card charges. We went on a Wednesday so most of the machines were busy with the wash and fold business. But every thing went well; and they mentioned that they have a card you could purchase to use with credit on it to not need to use your credit card like that. We're just in town for a visit so I don't know about that. Most machines were used; with a few not working.

BEWARE!! They Ruined My $330 Wool Shirt!…read more I only had one experience here, and it was enough to make sure I never come back. I brought in a No Nationality 100% Wool Overshirt ($330) that they completely ruined. It looks like they threw it into a washer and dryer, it came back misshapen, shrunk, and unwearable. I was understanding at first, hey accidents happen right? Nordstrom still carried the shirt in another color, so I replaced it myself and simply asked the cleaners to reimburse me for the damage. I've now called multiple times over four weeks, and every time I'm told "the manager will call you back." The call never comes. To make matters worse, on one call they forgot to put me on hold, and I overheard someone in the background say, "Ohhhh, it was wool." So they knew they ruined it, but still refuse to take care of it. If you value your clothes or your time, don't risk it here. Their lack of accountability and customer service is unacceptable.
