Then she called me back several times asking what I wanted her to do. Ultimately she put the patches on with a few in the wrong place. I had to tell her to remove them and she charged me again. She even argued and blamed me. The sewing was fine but the process was a hassle and time consuming since she did what she wanted. I won't go back and dot recommend anyone use this business.

It is professionally done. My only quip about my experience is that Lily doesn't always respond to texts. Nothing bad happened but there was a quite delay to getting responses. Moving forward, I would still be happy to use her again but just not so last minute next time so I don't have to worry if she doesn't answer right away.

I got a response super quick from these folks and was able to be seen the same day! The woman took my measurements and was able to get my jeans back to me the very next day. Unfortunately, the next day was Thanksgiving and not only did I have to work, I had to work the day afterwards. So finally, on Saturday I had time to go pick up the jeans. The woman's 2 sons greeted me, very friendly! The price was also very reasonable. Got the jeans home and they fit great and looked great! Will definitely be using these folks again!
