I have to leave to go out of town and needed my suits, Thursday comes, came in the morning and was told it is not ready come in at 1pm. Came in at 1pm was told it will be done in 1 hour. I was at the max time limit before I had to leave out of town. I went home and got two others suits and left. Wasted soo much time and I didn't get to have my suits that I wanted for the event I was going to. They never apologized. Do not recommend.

I was in need of having some patches placed on my EMS after hours jumpsuit. This was the only place…read moreI'd found in the area, so I decided to try them out. I understand being busy and of course the need to wait, however, I was told it would take a month to sew on one patch, and add Velcro in two other places for a whopping $100. Which I thought was pretty steep, but they had the monopoly, unless I decided to go out of town. So, after receiving it back, initially, everything looked good, well, until I had to put it on. The arm side where the Velcro was added, isn't lined up with the crease of the arm. Had the Velcro been one solid piece, this would not be an issue, however, it's 2 small strips, with one being so far back that the patch is off center. So now, in a conundrum. If I return to have it fixed, not sure how long that would be expected to take. I prefer looking somewhat professional when entering someone's home in a time of need, but now, I have an expensive jumpsuit that just hangs in my closet unused.

Ian's is one of the few dry cleaners in town that does leather cleaning! I had two jackets that I…read morewanted cleaned, and Ian's was SO reliable and communicative during the entire process. It is a bit expensive to do leather jacket cleaning, but for the experience and process, I would say it was totally worth it. They texted me to let me know when they would arrive to pick up and to drop off. They gave me a clear time approximation and even beat it (they estimated 6-8 weeks but I believe it only took about 2-3?). My jackets came back wrapped really nicely, and the delivery driver took proper care to deliver at my door. In fact, I wasn't home and she asked how I would like my jackets to be dropped off. The thoughtfulness and consideration Ian's provides can't be beat. I also appreciate that they have an app so you can easily plan your pick-ups and drop-offs. If I have any articles of clothing that will need dry cleaning in the future, Ian's will be top of mind.

Whatever you do, don't trust this company with your belongings. They will destroy your things and…read morenot cover the cost. Honestly the worst customer service experience I've ever had. My laundry came back with a ruined pair of machine washable shoes and a set of someone else's sheets. I gladly returned the sheets that weren't mine because obviously that's the right thing to do. I also had a shrunken cashmere sweater in the load of laundry but I was able to wet it and stretch it back out so that was no big deal really. However, I wanted to be reimbursed for the cost of my ruined shoes. Reasonable, right? Apparently this company has little sense of what's right or how to treat a customer because they refused to cover the cost of my shoes that they ruined. They offered to pay $40 instead of the $95 the shoes cost because apparently "like a car" my shoes had "depreciated in value" even though I'm obviously going to be stuck paying the full price for a new pair of shoes. They also said their staff received the shoes in poor condition, which is wholly untrue. Then they went so far as to contact the manufacture of the shoes (a local company) to tell them their product is deficient -- which it's not, those shoes had been washed once before and did not come out with holes on the bottom. Only use this company if you're prepared to have your things destroyed, not be reimbursed for the cost of your belongings and be talked down to with metaphors about cars, televisions, and depreciation.

Being that this is a public laundromat you would think you had access to the machines you came for unless being used by another patron. Not here!! The staff use 99% of washers and dryers and put " OUT OF SERVICE " stickers on the rest while using them. Then when I asked about using the ones that were labeled out of service because I could clearly see they were working, I got told I'll just have to wait. Mind you all of this was said in Spanish because no one speaks English here. Why can't the public use public things and whatever this clothes washing service this place offers be done and finished well before or after hours? 100% disappointed.

They do take credit cards. (It places $12.00 charge to be corrected the next day or so). And a smaller dryer (which is not small) was $1.25 for the initial 25 minutes and then you could add another 5 minutes for each 25 cents additional. Our load was dry for the 30 minutes. I'll update if there is an issue with the credit card charges. We went on a Wednesday so most of the machines were busy with the wash and fold business. But every thing went well; and they mentioned that they have a card you could purchase to use with credit on it to not need to use your credit card like that. We're just in town for a visit so I don't know about that. Most machines were used; with a few not working.
