I understand being busy and of course the need to wait, however, I was told it would take a month to sew on one patch, and add Velcro in two other places for a whopping $100. Which I thought was pretty steep, but they had the monopoly, unless I decided to go out of town. So, after receiving it back, initially, everything looked good, well, until I had to put it on. The arm side where the Velcro was added, isn't lined up with the crease of the arm. Had the Velcro been one solid piece, this would not be an issue, however, it's 2 small strips, with one being so far back that the patch is off center. So now, in a conundrum. If I return to have it fixed, not sure how long that would be expected to take. I prefer looking somewhat professional when entering someone's home in a time of need, but now, I have an expensive jumpsuit that just hangs in my closet unused.

I am missing cardigans, jeans, dress pants, tops and workout clothes. Conveniently, all my panties were in the bag I they still had... because everything else was intentionally stolen. The biggest mistake I've made since moving to Austin was thinking they would just provide the service I paid for. Do not trust these thieves.

It is a bit expensive to do leather jacket cleaning, but for the experience and process, I would say it was totally worth it. They texted me to let me know when they would arrive to pick up and to drop off. They gave me a clear time approximation and even beat it (they estimated 6-8 weeks but I believe it only took about 2-3?). My jackets came back wrapped really nicely, and the delivery driver took proper care to deliver at my door. In fact, I wasn't home and she asked how I would like my jackets to be dropped off. The thoughtfulness and consideration Ian's provides can't be beat. I also appreciate that they have an app so you can easily plan your pick-ups and drop-offs. If I have any articles of clothing that will need dry cleaning in the future, Ian's will be top of mind.

Last load is at 8:30 PM every day. They've got single, double, triple, four, six, and ten load washers. The ten load machines are the best value, but there are only two of them, so plan for that. They also have two big dryers, but every dryer comes with a fee schedule that feels like an elementary school word problem. One dollar gets you four minutes to start, then twenty five cents for each additional two minutes. If you want about thirty minutes, you're looking at roughly $4.25. The smaller dryers $.25 for every 2 minutes, so $3.75 for thirty minutes. Getting them started can be a little finicky. (Ask for assistance) Now for the good news. The staff is genuinely kind, and the whole place is spotless. That alone makes the chore a lot less painful. The bathrooms are clean, no code required, and clearly taken care of. I'm pretty sure they offer wash and fold since the employees were constantly folding, wiping machines, or sweeping. The machines that are working run well, and the ones that are down are clearly marked. There's plenty of seating and rolling baskets to help you haul everything around. The only real drawback is the parking. The shopping center is small and the parking lot is even smaller. If you have mobility challenges, small kids, or a ton of laundry, getting a spot might be a pain. They do have WiFi, which is great because cell service in the building is weak. I can see this place turning into a zoo during peak hours, so timing matters. Overall, if I need a laundromat again, I'll be back.

My laundry came back with a ruined pair of machine washable shoes and a set of someone else's sheets. I gladly returned the sheets that weren't mine because obviously that's the right thing to do. I also had a shrunken cashmere sweater in the load of laundry but I was able to wet it and stretch it back out so that was no big deal really. However, I wanted to be reimbursed for the cost of my ruined shoes. Reasonable, right? Apparently this company has little sense of what's right or how to treat a customer because they refused to cover the cost of my shoes that they ruined. They offered to pay $40 instead of the $95 the shoes cost because apparently "like a car" my shoes had "depreciated in value" even though I'm obviously going to be stuck paying the full price for a new pair of shoes. They also said their staff received the shoes in poor condition, which is wholly untrue. Then they went so far as to contact the manufacture of the shoes (a local company) to tell them their product is deficient -- which it's not, those shoes had been washed once before and did not come out with holes on the bottom. Only use this company if you're prepared to have your things destroyed, not be reimbursed for the cost of your belongings and be talked down to with metaphors about cars, televisions, and depreciation.

BEWARE!! They Ruined My $330 Wool Shirt!…read more I only had one experience here, and it was enough to make sure I never come back. I brought in a No Nationality 100% Wool Overshirt ($330) that they completely ruined. It looks like they threw it into a washer and dryer, it came back misshapen, shrunk, and unwearable. I was understanding at first, hey accidents happen right? Nordstrom still carried the shirt in another color, so I replaced it myself and simply asked the cleaners to reimburse me for the damage. I've now called multiple times over four weeks, and every time I'm told "the manager will call you back." The call never comes. To make matters worse, on one call they forgot to put me on hold, and I overheard someone in the background say, "Ohhhh, it was wool." So they knew they ruined it, but still refuse to take care of it. If you value your clothes or your time, don't risk it here. Their lack of accountability and customer service is unacceptable.

The floor was dirty, the washing machine soap dispenser is covered and coated in caked up soap. You feel like you need to wash your clothes after washing them here.  The employees seem to be trying to do what they can but it is a really dirty place.
