I only visited the venue to take a tour. It is an elegant venue with lots of perks to their wedding package. If my first choice were not available, then this would have been my second choice. Beautiful grounds with a romantic lake, pretty ceremony site, nicely draped and floored tent for the reception. At first I was worried about the "tent", but it's unfair really to call it a tent. The people I met on my tour were very nice, respectful, and a pleasure to be around. I definitely think you should check this place out as a possible wedding or special event venue! read more

I just attended a wedding here this past weekend and it was a very beautiful event. The site is a perfect wedding site for a small wedding and the scenery is awesome. The wedding ceremony was outside on the lake and everyone was seated in white wooden chairs. It was a very peaceful setting. Probably would have been 10x's better if it was spring. The reception was inside a heated white tent that was actually very spacious. I can't stand when weddings are cramped and your cant even walk around the tables. The layout here was perfect. The only downside is the parking. The parking lot is very small and if you cant park inside you have to hope and pray that you find a spot within walking distance. read more

Where do I even start? To begin with, having or planning a wedding during covid is one of the hardest things ever so kudos to everyone! With that being said, not knowing and having fear that my dream wedding wasn't going to pan out was scary to consider. However, on April 15th my dream wedding came to life Lynne, the director at los Willows, is the most sweetest most genuine person I've ever met. She truly cares for her brides having their magical day come to life. She never failed to call me with an update and answered any question/concern I had. If I had a question or was worried about something she would do everything in her power make sure it was answered or handled without giving me stress. Her positivity kept me in good spirits getting closer to my wedding & dealing with all covid regulations. My wedding planner Rialee was phenomenal! Planning a wedding in 60 days was no joke and without her it wouldn't have come to life! She always answered my late texts or called me if I had any concerns. She made sure all details were to the T & on the special day she made it fun smoothly even when my husband was late . I cannot speak more highly of Los Willows & their team, Lynne & Rialee. Everything was covid compliant without feeling like we were in covid times. I will forever be grateful for making my dream wedding come to life, thank you read more

Los Willows Wedding Estate - Venues & Event Spaces Near Me - Fallbrook, California

I attended a wedding here this past weekend and was blown away. It was such a magical venue with the green hillsides, gorgeous lake, bridge for the bride to walk across as she approached the ceremony and the food was delicious everyone was going for seconds. Although it was a bit if a drive, 2 and a half hours from LA due to everyone stopping along the highway for the super bloom, it was worth the drive and couldn't have been happier for the bride and groom for how everything turned out at this venue. read more

Los Willows helped plan our wedding with my husband deployed and me in Seattle! They did such a spectacular job and I could not be more please! Everything flowed so simply amazing! Our party only consisted of 20 however still made it my fairy tale wedding. Our family loved the fact they could stay there in their bed and breakfast once finished. Costumer service- AMAZING Decor- Just as beautiful as the pictures on their website Lodging- everyone who stays will love this part! Food- Not one complaint ((and trust me, some of our family members are a little hard to please)) Please take a moment and at least check out their website! read more

DO NOT USE THIS VENUE FOR YOUR SPECIAL DAY! My fiancée signed with Los Willows after their sister property closed due to COVID. We were promised by the staff and General Manager Lynne that if we moved to their venue that "they would do right by us". Well as you may guess by the one-star review, they did not do right by us. They made our lives so stressful as our special day came closer and closer. We were told by our day of coordinator that the venue would reach out to us a month out from our wedding date if it looked like we could not have the wedding we contracted. Due to myself being in the military for the last 15 years, and having a deployment next year, as well as several time pressing family concerns, we were not onboard to move our wedding date the way most couples were because of COVID and instead were looking to locate a smaller, cheaper, option if we were unable to have our planned event since we are unable to move our date. Los Willows knew this when we signed with them, and they just told us what we wanted to hear so that way they could get our money. They waited until we were two weeks out, after we had reached out several times with no definitive answer, to offer us two options: One, they would only refund a small fraction of our money and cut all ties. Two, they said they would have the wedding we contracted for (which is still illegal to do per California Governors orders ) if we agreed to sign an addendum that they could not show us, because they still have not drafted it up yet, that would summarize to say "we accept all risk...." Our contract clearly states that if the owner of the venue cannot perform to the contract then we are entitled to a full refund. Clearly, we did not contract for an illegal wedding and reception therefore they cannot comply with the contract. My fiancée and I cannot even believe how stressful they have made this experience on top of everything else going on during this pandemic. It is clear that the general manager Lynne does not care about how we feel or about how stressful this is to us. They only care about keeping as much money as they can. read more

Went here for a wedding - what a beautiful bride and groom. This location feels remote, yet not too far from San Diego. I really liked the food they served - chicken, beef, salad, rice, bread & butter. I had no complaints there. I also liked their entertainment features - I've never seen a bride arrive in a boat and a groom arrive in one of those kiddie cars. Some of the negatives include a small reception area inside a tent (they had 180 people and it felt cramped inside), the parking area is too far so you must get a ride from a worker to get dropped off, and driving there can get scary (it's a small road and we thought we were lost for a minute). If you're thinking of making this your wedding destination - I suggest taking a tour first to make sure this place is the right fit for you and your party. read more

Dear All - Our daughter was married a week ago at Los Willows and the feedback we have received is nothing short of "WOW" what a fabulous wedding, venue, vendors top notch, all details taken care of - absolutely gorgeous! The wedding party, family and friends were quite frankly, blown away. The staff was superb, kind, genuinely interested in making certain choices were what the Bride & Groom wanted, attentive and so professional from the moment our daughter and now husband met them. From that moment, 9 months ago, and every month of the way, to the day before rehearsal and wedding day. They have this process and the planning down pat. Their checklist system worked superbly - options for rain up to the last minute; we were so very impressed and comforted all would be well - they were right! You will not be disappointed when you select this location & complete package - it IS the total package - everything is coordinated - vendors know each other and have worked with each other. So elegant and so very beautiful - we cannot thank Los Willows enough for memories which will last a life time and a wonderful time had by all. We want to come back for annual anniversary parties!!! Thank you so very much Los Willows! read more

Los Willows provided us with a magical wedding day. There is no better word to describe it. As many of our guests have told us following the wedding, it felt like a fairy tale. Our coordinator, Tamra Leach, made the entire process seamless. We felt this way prior to the pandemic, and even more so after being faced with postponing our wedding. Tamra's attention to detail, and ability to carry over previous plans, desires, and visions into 2021 (postponement year), gave us confidence that our hard work was not lost, and our ideal wedding day would still happen. And that came true! Additionally, the Los Willows team enhanced our postponed wedding beyond our original expectations (special thanks to Lynne!). We worked with Victoria from the catering team, who was sweet, positive, and professional. We highly recommend working with her. To this day, our guests are raving about the food! One very unique and special thing about Los Willows is that you can live out your entire experience on the property. Having the bridal salon & suite and groomsmen room for hours before the wedding allows for an easy, fun, and intimate getting ready experience. You really feel like the estate is yours for the day. We can honestly say that this venue is flawless and there are no complaints to be said. Thank you to the entire Los Willows team for being in our corner and not missing a beat. We will hold this enchanting place in our hearts forever! read more

Well, where do I begin? I got married here on 8/8/2014. I spent about a year and a half planning my wedding. I've heard many horror stories of stressed brides planning weddings, and because of what the packages include with this venue, my planning process was stress free. When my fiance and I came to view the property, we were blown away by the beauty of it. Besides the inclusive packages, the fact that there is only one wedding a day was part of the main reason why we picked Los WIllows. Another reason is that the venue is dog friendly and we were able to include our fur babies in our ceremony! They were very accommodating to our dogs and we loved that. The staff here is amazing. Everyone was helpful and friendly throughout the entire time I was planning. I never had difficulty contacting staff whenever I called and they were always patient and willing to help me with all my questions. I cannot express enough how great the staff was during my planning process as well as on my wedding day. Kendra, my coordinator was phenomenal, my only complaint is that I wish I was able to work with her even more during my planning process, rather than just the month before my wedding. She is so nice and amazing to work with. My family loved her. The food was delicious and my guests are still talking about it. I really enjoyed it as well. In case people are wondering about what food we went with: I picked the pecan crusted chicken with the peach burbon sauce, the beef medalions, the mashed potatoes with sour cream and chives, and the sweet carrots. For the appetizers we went with buffalo chicken empanadas, teriaki chicken satays and shrimp in jackets. I went with Elegance on Display for my cake and I couldn't have been happier with the way my cake looked and tasted. Also for anyone interested, for flowers I went with their recommended vendor, Wanna Party with Tanra Carr, who was also great. My wedding was picture perfect, there is no way it could have been anything else with a property as beautiful as this. It was exactly what I pictured and it was truly my dream wedding. I am soooo glad I picked them. Everything ran smoothly without any major problems. Do yourself a favor and get married here, you won't be sorry. I am hoping someone I know gets married here so I can go back and enjoy a wedding there as a guest! read more

My sister recently had her wedding ceremony here and we could not have been more amazed by the turn out. The team went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of and my sister was happy. Shout out to Los Willows for saving the day on what could have been impossible with COVID, but turned out to be a beautiful day because this company and their team genuinely care about you. Unfortunately the reception will be at a later date, but thanks to our experience we are looking forward to it. read more

I am a bride getting married in November of 2021. The wedding planning process has been extremely stressful and Lynn has held my hand through everything! I asked to come to the estate to take photos and she spent the whole day sorting things out with me with me, which most certainly is not her job but she's made it very clear she genuinely cares about all her brides. She has gone above and beyond her call of duty to make my experience as great as possible during these times. Everyone has been extremely helpful and responsive. I feel like a part of their family and cannot wait for my special day at their STUNNING estate!!! read more

I love everything about this venue! Denise is a doll, she matched my very enthusiastic personality and made me feel like I was talking to a close friend. The venue is secluded and gives you the feeling of being all about you and your event. The pictures don't do it justice, seeing it in person was so much better. I'm definitely going to refer all my bride-to-be friends here! Definitely a favorite venue option! read more

Our wedding was on October 5th and was absolutely amazing! I can't express how awesome and professional all the staff are. Julianne was our wedding planner and was so helpful. She helped us through the entire wedding planning process all the while making us feel special. Nancy was our coordinator and was just completely awesome. She was on top of everything on our big day to make sure it went smoothly. The venue is gorgeous and they are always updating the venue to keep it modern and up-to-date with trends. I would definitely recommend this venue to any couple that is looking for a beautiful venue to get married at. read more

When my wife & I first started looking for venues, we had all kinds of reservations. We did not want to have to reinvent the wheel to have the wedding we dreamed of. We wanted a place that had their stuff together & wouldn't make us do all of the work on one of the most important days of our lives. Los Willows & their amazing staff took great care with us & our event. It felt wonderful that they didn't bat an eyelash at our same sex union & that they were fully on board to win us over & they did! Thank you for an incredibly memorable day! read more

I recently got married at Los Willows on 10/28 and I have nothing but great things to say about Los Willows. From the start you have planning meetings with Julianne who was amazing and made sure everything was organized and made us feel comfortable. She would respond instantly to any questions we had. Leading up to the wedding we had our meeting with our day of coordinator Nancy, who did an AMAZING job as well. The rehearsal went smooth and the day of was unforgettable. Nancy made sure everything went perfect for us. She worked so hard on our wedding day to make sure we left happy. I can't thank her enough! The venue itself is amazing and the meadow was a dream. All of our guest loved the ambiance of the place and everywhere you turn is another beautiful view, whether its a lake, meadow or a beautiful gazebo. Our reception went great only downside would be I wish it could have went longer. We added an extra hour but since its a residential the music has to be off at a certain time. I wouldn't change one thing about our wedding day, Los Willows made our day perfect. Would recommend Los Willows to anyone looking for a breathtaking wedding. read more

I had my wedding here a few months back and it was okay. The venue is gorgeous; however, there are some obvious rifts at the venue, especially with the staff and leadership. The wedding industry... is well the wedding industry and there were many things that were originally allowed during the initial walk through and contract signing, that were later retracted. Specifically, that we could bring in mimosas and canned beer for the bride and grooms suites, which we were later told you were not allowed to do in a final planning conference. Also, my sister does floral on the side, and my mom wedding cakes. They were not allowed to make them for the wedding because of the special licensing and insurance the venue requires. We also had to buy day of insurance for our photographer. Note that everything is Los Willows way, or no way. They have a small list of caterers you HAVE to choose from, and so on. We were set behind schedule after the reception because the staff made my bridesmaids go bring EVERYTHING out of the Bride's cottage down the hill so the staff could start cleaning it. This out my wedding behind schedule by about 30 minutes. My husband and I slammed most of our dinner, because the timelines are SO STRICT, and went around the room to stay thank you to everyone for coming. We got back, and our plates were gone. Before the wedding, the groomsmen had to pick the owner's dog poop up off the lawn because guests were arriving. They tried to switch my wedding planner on me the week before my wedding, and I said absolutely not. She left there anyways, as I poked and prodded and found out she got in a fight with senior management/owners about them coming up with additional charges to scam the customers. The gimmick at Los Willows is that pretty much everything has to be done by them.. and everything is under contract. We chose this venue partially because it was owner by a Marine Corps veteran; and my husband and myself were both active duty. We originally got the package for 150 people, but being that 90% of our friends are also Active Duty, only 35% of the invites were able to attend.. nothing we could've anticipated or predicted. After fighting with Los Willows, when we were told in the initial planning meeting that we could decrease the number if needed, we finally agreed to a 30% refund with LW and got $1,000 back.... leaving us at $31,000 for our wedding. Mind you, two of the GROOMSMEN couldn't come last minute because their leadership wouldn't let them. Alyssa was awesome, but it's also obvious that she is aware of the pettiness above here. Also, I've been watching the Yelp reviews and observing since we began planning our wedding here. There's are TONS of bad reviews that have up and disappeared, as this one probably will too. That being said, our wedding coordinator was AMAZING and I am so glad she is onto better venues and no longer at Los Willows. My wedding was nothing of what I had hoped for, as I resented the place I was having my wedding at. The DJ played NONE of my must play songs. The staff watched my 8 month pregnant sister with her hands full of decor trying to open the door to the reception area and didn't even offer to help. The pictures were great, that was about it. I hope and pray this helps someone.. or that their communication within the venue leadership has improved. That being said, it is pretty obvious how much this place cares about your money, and not about you. read more

My daughter was married at Los Willows on March 7, 2014. Several months prior to this joyous occasion, we had visited Los Willows in our search for a wedding venue. Upon driving up to the office, we (bride, groom, and myself) were very unsure of what this place was going to be. But turning the corner towards the office, our breath was taken away by the beauty of the grounds. The magnificient lake surrounded by greenery and flowers was just what my daughter had envisioned for her special day. We then met with the staff who were gracious and willing to answer our thousands of questions. We listened to what they offered for the money and thought it was a pretty good deal. We decided to look at a couple of more places before making the decision, however upon walking out of the office, I could see on the bride's face how much she loved the setting. So without another hesitation we booked the venue. Fast forward several more months to our final meetings including tastings. We were able to schedule all meetings to fit within my daughter's unusual work schedule. Each time the staff was friendly and always willing to answer our questions. Their attention to details certainly provided an almost stress free experience. On the day of the rehearsal, I was able to bring all those little items that made this day special for my daughter. Kendra took charge and wrote detailed notes about where each item was to be placed. My husband also brought up the arch for the ceremony which he had built. The rehearsal was quick, simple and well organized. The bride's gown was brought up and removed from the bag for it to fluff out after the trip from San Diego. The next day we arrived a few hours before the wedding, I was amazed to find the place all set up with just last minute details such as flowers arriving. Everything was perfect from that moment forward until the last dance and the goodbyes. I have never heard to so many compliments about a venue, food (THANKS LIZA) and staff. All of our guests were just in awe of the place. (They haven't stopped talking about it yet!) I really appreciate having all of our extra decorations gathered together and ready for us to load after the bride and groom were driven off. Over the years I have witnessed many weddings where the mother of the bride and the bride herself were so frantic and frazzled they could not enjoy their guest much less the day in itself. I can fully say, I have never been involved with a wedding that was without stress and allowed just pure joy to be experienced. THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart. read more

Absolutely loved this property! My fiance and I toured Los Willows last weekend and immediately fell in love with the space. The meadows had the perfect enchanted feeling, with huge oak trees providing tons of shade and a rustic bridge over a natural steam that we could utilize when walking down the aisle. Amazingly beautiful venue! It was quiet secluded and well maintained ! I had some issues with a prior venue so I was a little Leary booking a new place. I couldn't have been happier with my experience ... From the minute I signed I was treated top notch. Liza and Kendra were my go to girls. Give these girls a raise! :) I definitely couldn't have done it without Kendra by my side. An amazing venue tucked away in Fallbrook. This place is beautiful, a private little paradise. I had my wedding there about two weeks ago and it was perfect. The experience from start to finish was stress free with the help of the pleasant staff. Kendra our coordinator is awesome... We couldn't have asked for a more professional, yet friendly person. She always had a positive attitude no matter how many changes we made. She was very helpful and had great recommendations for our setup. It was like dealing with a family member. I must mention on the day of the wedding, to show how committed Kendra is, she continued to assist us with a injured hand and carried our daughter most of the time during the reception while doing so. Everything went according to plan and turned out great, from ceremony to reception, to even include the delicious food and cake. We received plenty of positive compliments about having our wedding at Los Willows. Friends and family expressed how beautiful this place was and how comfortable the staff made them feel. We will definitely recommend Los Willows to anyone. Thank you Los Willows and staff. read more

My wedding is finally over and I am so grateful for Los Willows. Everything was perfect, from the rehearsal dinner and the Bed and Breakfast the night before to leaving in the (Los Willows) Rolls Royce at the end of the night knowing everything was taken care of. I loved the food (braised short ribs!) and the cake was amazing. Nicole is wonder; we could not have done it without her. She is the point person to make sure everything happens the way it should. She did an wonderful job. My only complaint was that there was a tip jar at the bar. I thought that was tacky since it was a hosted bar. But everything else was simply perfect. read more

A beautiful and exclusive glen hidden off Old Highway 395 near Fallbrook, Los Willows was the perfect location for our wedding. Only one wedding per day is held here, which heightened the intimacy of our event. Our ceremony took place under their country gazebo with our family and close friends seated on white linen-wrapped chairs on the lush lawn in front of us. We concluded with a memorable champagne cruise across the private lake while our guests enjoyed cocktails and hors d'oeuvers amid the garden-like environs, which featured an outdoor fireplace, covered patio bar, and serene fountain. We held our reception in their banquet hall, a permanent tent with white drapery lining the ceiling, converging behind an elegant crystal chandelier. The food was expertly prepared by Ranch Catering, and compliments were plentiful - from the pear and cranberry salad to the entrees (filet mignon, proscuitto-wrapped Mediterranean chicken, and portobello Wellington) to our wedding cake. The staff at Los Willows is friendly and attentive, especially Kendra, our wedding coordinator. She seamlessly handled the details of our special day and always offered excellent suggestions and logical answers to our many questions. What was wrong, she made right, and she took care of anything my bride needed. Thank you, Kendra, for doing such a fantastic job! My husband and i got married there back in June and everything was PERFECT! We had decided within minutes of visiting the venue that we wanted to have our wedding there. The venue looked more beautiful each time we visited it after our initial visit and we couldn't have asked for a more perfect environment the day of our wedding. We did go through a few different wedding coordinators for various reasons, but everyone was very nice. We ended up meeting Kendra, our wedding coordinator, the day of our rehearsal and she was awesome! She was very accommodating, making sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed during rehearsal AND the wedding. It never felt like she was just there to do "a job", but that she was genuinely happy for us and wanted us to have the most special day. Prices for Los Willows were comparable to areas nearby and they are willing to work with you to make it fit your budget. I would recommend this place to anyone! read more

This review is long overdue, but I decided not to let another day pass. We had our wedding at this venue May 24, 2015 and it was absolutely amazing. From the first day we stepped foot on this property and had our tour with Liza, we were hooked. Liza was so warm, welcoming and personable. We absolutely fell in love with her and with this venue. The scenery at loss willows is absolutely breathtaking. God blessed us with amazing weather on the day of our wedding and I couldn't have asked for more. In the weeks and months leading up to our wedding, our interactions with everyone there was absolutely top notch. Julianne helped us pull the color scheme together and was absolutely a pleasure to work with. She has a very calming spirit about herself. Now to our amazing day of coordinator Allyson. This young lady was absolutely wonderful. This review is so overdue that I hope she is still working there. From the first time we met her, we had a sense that our day was going to be perfect and that she was going to see to it, and she did just that. She was by our side the whole day and made sure that everything ran smoothly. I can honestly say there is absolutely nothing about our day that we would have changed. It was absolutely perfect and all these ladies absolutely were a big contributor in making our day so special. I know this is what they do every day however, they all have a knack for making you feel like you are the only bride they're dealing with. We just got married here two weeks ago and had the best day of our lives. The wedding was everything we could have hoped for and more. The staff is very friendly and helpful and Kendra is absolutely amazing, and I don't know what I would have done without her the day of the wedding! The grounds are beautiful and well taken care of and the view is wonderful. It is a little expensive especially with all of the up-sell items that you would really like but after going through everything I would say that it was worth it. The staff is very organized and helpful when working through all of the details, although I did have to call a few times to get all of my questions answered, but every time I did they knew the answers. The B&B they have on the grounds is amazing as well, we had the wedding party stay up there with us the night before and the night of the wedding and it made everything so easy. Bobby the Inn Keeper helped us with anything we needed and was extremely pleasant to work with. They also have a salon in the basement that we used the morning of the wedding and that kept us from having to go anywhere the entire wedding day. My hairdresser was able to come right up and do our hair and makeup right where we were staying which was a great stress reliever. Even though it was a little bit expensive and they do have guest minimums certain days of the week, in the end on the day of the wedding none of that mattered and all of guests had an amazing time and I didn't have to worry about a thing, I was able to enjoy the entire experience and have the best day of my life. Lots of people get married and there's plenty of places to choose but we wanted something special and we found it at Los Willows. From the staff... Julianne, who was always super friendly, informative and responsive to my many e-mails... to Lynn, who was on the move taking care of my guests at the Villa and ready with jokes and hugs all day... and to Kendra, my day-of coordinator-extradordinaire, who put all the final pieces together and put us at ease from start to light-blinking finish... THANK YOU! We received nothing but compliments on the grounds, food, staff, and fun environment you all helped us put together and we appreciate all the hard work and effort put into our big day. Not only did we bring in an 80s power ballad band (Wayward Sons), a step-and-repeat with red carpet, and a ton of fun things like trophy table seatings for our guests, but the staff never gave us a side eye even when we wanted to play "We're on a boat" when we were on the boat. I got married here November 2 2019 and we loved our day! When first picking Los Willows, I was concerned that they were a little pricey but I believe they truly deliver amazing customer service to make their prices worth it. First off, we worked w Alyssa for the majority of the year preceding our wedding and she was lovely! She was always accommodating of my questions, desires and penchant for details. Victoria worked with us on picking our menu and was also very accommodating. My one note would be that I asked the chicken piccatta that we picked to be thinly pounded (their chef prepares It typically without pounding it), but I felt it would be better if pounded. I was told this could be accommodated but I didn't really feel like it was done when I was eating it at the wedding. Due to it not being tenderized with pounding, it was a bit tough. The rest of the food was REALLY GOOD! Lastly, our day-of coordinator, Kendra, was amazing! I felt immediately upon meeting her that we were in good hands for our big day. She understood my vision and also picked up on my detail-oriented nature. Most importantly, on the wedding day, I really noticed and appreciated her calm demeanor, and her moving quietly w purpose and ease. Observing the calm but focused way that she handled herself made me calm! The venue was everything I'd hoped, our guests loved the chic but bohemian meadow where we wed, and the warm tent when the temperatures started to drop at the reception. Overall, my husband and I had a great time, and would do it all again if we could! read more

Absolutly beautiful grounds. At first Liza and her crew were fast to call me back and got me set up to tour. My fiance and I loved it and wanted to go ahead and choose Los Willows as our venue. The only thing, as I told Liza, was that we couldn't put the save the date deposit down for a couple of months--we were, of course, incredibly flexible on dates and were willing to wait for any sort of contract until then. Liza proceeded to tell me that it wasn't a problem and she'd get back to me in the next day or so with a contract to save the date we wanted and later we could put the save the date deposit down no problem.... Well it's been over a week and I still haven't recieved a call or email about that contract. Apparently Liza isn't interested in my business.. or maybe she's put me off because I didn't have the first $1000 right away?? If that had been the case she should have explained it instead of making promises she wasn't going to keep. Beautiful grounds less but the staff just didn't match my expectations. read more

My Fiance and I have been searching for a site for our wedding. I was pleased with Los Willows when we arrived for our consultation. The grounds are beautiful. We met with Liza. Although she was very pleasant, it was apparent that she is paid on commission. It started to seem as though we were purchasing a car. If we locked in our date the following day, we would receive free lighting for the reception? During our walk through, we also noticed 2 bottles of Two Buck Chuck" wine that was going to be used at the wedding later that day. I had to confirm that this was the case so I later e-mailed Los Willows asking what wine is served during the dinner. The first response that I received was their "house" wine. I asked for the name. I was told that they use Vista Point. I searched the wine and it is $1.99 and rated a 2. Los Willows is a winery. Why would they not want to offer their wine? Better yet, I think it is a shame that Los Willows can give you a $14,000 quote for a beautiful, "quality" occasion and serve $1.99 wine. It made me question "where else we would be shorted"?. I am pleased that we have decided against Los Willows and have found a beautiful winery in Temecula that is much less and screams quality. My recommendation is to shop around! read more

Location is picture perfect.. food was ok .. the coordinator was a female(not too friendly and kinda pushy, would it kill her to be a little friendly???) Overall good (except for that individual) ..all the other employees are great.. read more

Our daughter was married at this venue and we experienced both good and not-so-good things. First off the venue is very beautiful, although they may want to invest a little in updating a few things. The bridal lounge, which you have to pay an extra $500 to use, was nice but could definitely use a little sprucing up, as well as the restrooms and the condition of the floors and canopy of the pavilion. We started off with Alyssa as our wedding planner and absolutely loved her! She is perfect for this job and treated us as though this was a special occasion - rightly so! Then we meet Cindy - not so much!! I could not believe that she was assigned to be our wedding coordinator, as she seemed to despise even being there. From our first meeting with her, we dreaded the idea that this woman would be the day-of person that we would rely on "Debbie Downer" to make the joyous event come together. I've met clerks at the DMV who were more pleasant than she was! At one point, she insulted my daughter during a phone conversation and made her cry - - two days before the wedding!! She had asked my daughter who was going to be there the day of the wedding to put out the chargers, napkins, table numbers,... When my daughter said she thought that LW would be doing most of those things, Cindy took a condescending tone with my daughter and told her "well you know what happens when you ass-u-me something" and that my daughter's naiveness was "making her job that much harder!" My daughter was so upset by the way she spoke to her that she was in tears and shaking!! NOT what you want to see when you have spent over $35,000 for a wedding that is taking place in two days!! I then asked Alyssa if she could please do the day of coordinating and stipulated that I did not want to see this Cindy witch or the broomstick she rode in on anywhere near our daughter's wedding!! Alyssa was so sweet and agreed to rearrange her schedule so she could do the day-of coordinating and did a wonderful job! She is definitely cut our for this kind of work and was an absolute pleasure as she seemed to have an appreciation for the special nature of a wedding event. There were a few things that went wrong - the programs (which my daughter and I spent ten hours making) did not get handed out at the ceremony, the blender (that we had to pay $300 extra for) blew up during the cocktail hour so that only one of the drinks was made, the roses for the grandmothers were misplaced so they never got presented to them, there were no flowers on the cake (even after I reminded them), the staff could not figure out how to set the cake topper on the cake (not complicated) and kept pestering me about it, the DJ played only a few of the songs we requested after spending hours putting together a play list, and the cheesy low-rider B&G chairs were there when we had said we did not like them and did not want them, and the food was sub-par. Despite all these issues and obstacles, the bride was beautiful, the weather was nice and we had a great time with our family and friends! I believe that Alyssa did the best she could considering having to take-over at the last minute. I just wish so many things had not gone wrong. read more

In May 2017, we were able to have the wedding of our dreams at Los Willows Wedding Estate! When you are in the office, look at the photos and image yourself in those stunning locations. When you tour the estate, imagine how you could customize it to your own vision (they have several ceremony options). In our case, not only did we use their red roadster and boat, we also brought in a horse drawn carriage, 1955 pink cadillac, jazz trio and live band. After touring 6-8 venues, we knew our choice would be Los Willows the minute we visited. Although our guest count was fewer than their minimum package, we booked it knowing we could use the extra money in the budget for numerous upgrades, such as additional foods, decorations, etc. The staff there is top notch, giving suggestions when asked and making sure our wedding was exactly what we wanted. Our planner worked with us for many months, getting every detail in place, and our day-of coordinator made everything happen as we wished, from start to finish. Los Willows encouraged us to invite our guests up to an hour before the ceremony, so they could enjoy the beautiful estate. That was a wonderful suggestion, because there is so much to see. We used several vendors from their list, and were happy with all of them. Some of our guests told us that ours was the best wedding they had ever attended and we feel that Los Willows is the main reason for that compliment! read more

This is a fantastic wedding venue! Our daughter got married here--The property is stunning and you have it all to yourselves for the wedding! It's out in the country with gorgeous views of a lake and Fallbrook--The staff is stellar--They spent an abundance of time with our daughter and her now husband--Nancy, the Wedding Coordinator is excellent! She is knowledgeable and 'unflappable!' My husband and I stayed out in Temecula and with our car navigation, got lost on the back roads, however, a call to Alyssa and Denise and they calmly 'walked us through' the directions to get there! We were early, so it all worked out! They only have one wedding per day and so, you get a lot of personal attention--Thank you! read more

A SUV comes to abrupt stop in front of us as we are walking up, and a girl jumps out and begins walking to the entrance calling back "Follow me." I am immediately handed a form to fill out as she disappears to the back, saying she will get our coordinator. She comes back saying that our coordinator (Lisa) will not be available to show us around, as she is leaving to their other venue. Not once did she introduce herself. After touring the venue we return to the office and we hear someone in the office answering a phone "This is Lisa, how can I help you?" I was told that Lisa would be contacting me to go over pricing and etc., its almost been a month and nothing. read more

Beautiful wedding venue and food and service. Beyond that though Sheelin and Kyle stand out. My granddaughter had a medical problem and they were so compassionate and professional in their help. I was pretty upset and they were sensitive, kind and helpful. Thank you!! read more

Los Willows Wedding: Sam & Natacha Date: 2-17-2012 I couldn't be happier that my now husband and I had our wedding celebration at Los Willows. We got married in a Catholic Church and chose to have our reception party at Los Willows. After 9 busy and often gruesome months of wedding planning, the journey to the day of was well worth it, and the end result was phenomenal. It's unfortunate that previous reviews negatively reflect Los Willows' performance - especially when the bulk of these reviews consist only of initial customer service, versus the entire wedding journey. I'd like to leave a sincere review for Los Willows in regards to their complete service for us. Hopefully many brides will find this helpful in determining if this is their dream venue or not :) Why we chose Los Willows: Sam and I started our wedding reception venue search last June, 2011 for a winery in Temecula, to be held in February. We must have gone to 8-9 wineries in Temecula and when we heard about Los Willows' private venue in Fallbrook we started checking all the pros and cons of each venue. After comparing all of the prices and included amenities at each venue, we decided to go with Los Willows. While it wasn't a winery as we originally planned, it actually ended up being a much better choice than the "corporate wedding feel" we got from the well known wineries in Temecula (and you know which ones I'm talking about). Los Willows' pricing package ended up being more affordable than most of those wineries just down the freeway. Instead of paying the common $120+/person price in Temecula's vineyards, Los Willows offered us a 30% discount rate since we were getting married in the off-season. What basically won us over: The fact that everything was pretty much already included in the price and we wouldn't have to worry about planning the party. And speaking as a bride, with all the crap you have to worry about (florist, photographer, DJ, dresses, etc) it was awesome that I wouldn't have to worry about half of the reception vendors. They already have a Caterer and Baker - you should just choose what you want to eat. Los Willows does the work for you! BEST PERKS The Wedding Cake & Catering - complimentary cake is included and caterer is pre-selected, we just went to our tasting and picked out what we wanted and the rest was handled -- On the day of, it was amazing and I actually had time to eat and enjoy all of it. I didn't have to worry about the logistic set up of tables, waiters, toasts, heaters, and alcohol -- all of that was arranged to us. Maybe the menu was revamped since the 2009/2010 Yelp reviews, because it was bomb - and not one complaint from our guests. Beautiful Private Venue - Los Willows only does 1 wedding per day, so you don't have to share your Day-Of Coordinator (Kendra) and the staff with any other wedding, unlike many San Diego/Temecula venues. The grounds are breathtaking, like a secluded treasure in the hills of Fallbrook. It felt amazing to arrive on a boat with my new husband, with all our guests welcoming us across the private pond! The tent was exclusively ours, and fully heated, already set with a designated area and dance floor for our DJ. Day Of Coordinator - Kendra was our Day-Of Coordinator and she was beyond amazing and professional. When Los Willows says you are getting a Day-Of Coordinator --- they are not joking, she absolutely rocks at what she does. I literally, did NOT have to worry about anything on my wedding day, am not exaggerating when I say she organized each and every detail. From getting ready in the morning, to the grand entrance, to cake cutting, she just guided us through it all. My bridesmaids struggled to bustle my dress all the way, so she finished it. I even tore a hook under my dress at one point, and she quickly fixed it back up for photos. We had a couple impromptu things we wanted to add latest minute, and somehow, Kendra made it fit in the schedule without any hassle. We were leaving on our honeymoon to Thailand the next day, and she ensured that all the props and materials we came with were returned to our car by the end of the night. Crazy amazing. And seriously dedicated! Los Willows seriously knows how to make you feel special. I recommend them so highly to any and all brides. They truly made the biggest day of my life, the most memorable one. read more
