This review has been 4 years in the making. That's how long it has taken me to actually be able to look back at that day and finally be able to talk about it without being full of rage. First of all, how dare you ever tell a bride "no need for a day of coordinator, because we will provide one!" What an absolute joke. I set the tables, the isle was NEVER set up, I was dressed and guests arriving when a friend ran in and said "the isle isn't set up at all!!" IMAGINE BEING IN YOUR DRESS AND RUNNING TO TAKE CARE OF IT. The worst part, there were clouds in the sky so they moved my entire set up from the gorgeous courtyard to this ugly, unevenly paved tent. If I wanted to have my wedding in a tent, I would have had it at a friend's house in the backyard. The "day of coordinators" were late to the Venue and never set the dried lavender up to be tossed as we walked back from the alter. I even went looking for the girl, no where to be found. Finally found her.. in some back room.. looking so stressed. And for what? She didn't do anything.. I moved all the tables myself... I arranged the florals.. I set up the dessert tables... All in all, we put on smiles and I attempted to have a lovely time. Even though I was in full regret from ever deciding to use Tívoli. I needed support, and unfortunately, I never received it from the staff. Also, when people decide to do the family style dinner,(all the different foods on a platter) you should be using FLAT plates. Not raised plates that almost look like pasta bowls. All the food came out smushed together. Imagine waiting 10 years to be married, and then this is your experience... I included a photo for proof. We were there. And no tables in the insanely beautiful courtyard.... The whole reason I traveled 300 miles for this venue.

Planning our wedding from Florida meant putting complete trust in our Trademark coordinator, Stephanie, and it was the best decision we made. Our day was absolutely perfect. We had 100 guests, which felt like the ideal number for the space. Everything flowed seamlessly from the ceremony to cocktail hour to the reception, all in one beautiful location. The venue itself is stunning--it hardly needed any extra decor thanks to its natural beauty. Our guests are still telling us it was the best wedding they've ever attended! The bartenders made fantastic drinks, and the food, served family style, was both delicious and created such a warm, social dining experience. We truly appreciated how inclusive and hands-on Trademark is. They take care of so many of the little (and big!) details, making the planning process smooth and stress-free. We're so happy we chose them--it was the wedding of our dreams.

My husband and I got married at Tivoli in March 2022. It was spectacular! We began planning our wedding during uncertain COVID times, so I give Trademark venues grace for changing our coordinator several times. It did become frustrating at a point when I was unable to get a hold of a coordinator for about a month, but the planning process was smooth otherwise. I do agree with other reviews that there are many costs that are not built in to the overall price, including decor, valet parking, bartender fees, etc. It was also frustrating that we had to pay for a fee to participate in various events since we are not local, just so we could sample our wedding food. The food tasting WAS very fun and informative, however. I was very thankful that our day of went off without any hitches. The team on site was very organized and kept things on schedule, we did not feel like anyone was pushy about it at all. It was lovely to have a bridal assistant and communication was great the day of. I did ask twice for bottles of beer to be poured into goblets (once in planning and once day of), which was not completed. Again, a minor thing that could not or would not ruin our special day. All of our vendors loved our venue which speaks to the the charm of the venue and Trademark venues as a whole. It really was the best day of our lives and we wouldn't choose differently.

I'm on Cloud 9 from having the best day ever at Tivoli..so I wanted to write this before I forget.. Our wedding was better than I could have EVER imagined and it wouldn't have happened without all the hard work from the staff there and especially our day of coordinator- Ruth and my bridal assistant, Marissa!! My HUSBAND and I are sooo thankful for everything!!! If anyone is looking for the most breathtaking, picturesque venue, Tivoli is it!!!

I had the pleasure of attending a wedding at Tivoli recently and it was an outstanding experience! From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly, accommodating & professional. The venue itself was beautifully decorated, creating the perfect ambiance for a wedding celebration - the views here are incredible! The food - everything was so yummy! My personal favorite appetizers were the chicken empanadas and tomato shooters. I was pretty full before dinner so I didn't have much to eat from our family style service but I had a few bites of parmesan chicken & green beans. Wish I could have eaten more! The bartenders did an amazing job at crafting the signature drinks that were offered by the bride & groom. The line for the bar went by very quickly! My boyfriend and I had such an amazing time celebrating our friends wedding. We're not engaged YET but when the time comes we would love to have our friends & family share our wedding day with us at Tivoli or another Trademark Venue!

This place is a hidden gem and an amazing wedding venue. The owner of this venue "Trademark Venues" owns several other venues nearby such as Green Gables and Twin Oaks and I've never been disappointed when going to a wedding at their venues. The staff is very friendly and the whole event is run very well. Tivoli is a very he that really provides unique different areas that work really well with the flow of a wedding. I would suggest parties no larger than 150 people to really make the most out of this intimate location. I actually don't know the max this place could accommodate but it isn't in my opinion a place to hold a huge wedding by the way it was designed. As a guest I really enjoyed myself and it was awesome that they had valet available because I could imagine if they didn't that parking would have been a bit of a nightmare since the parking lot isn't that big. This review was solely based as a guest of a wedding here and I will say I really enjoyed it. I have no idea what it was like as a person picking this venue to host a wedding.

The best venue! Trademark really knows what they're doing. The BYOB saved us a few thousand dollars. From the self guided tours, which don't feel very pushy.... to the planning that they help you do. They really have figured out how to make everybody's wedding perfect. This venues beauty speaks for itself, all of our guest said that they've never been to a venue like this, the bartender was amazing, there was so much food people couldn't even eat at all, and the weather was perfect. I could have been happier with my decision and I'm so glad that this is my forever wedding venue.

The thing that really did it for me was their unfair billing practices. They collected a deposit from me for over $3,000, but did not disclose to me that it was non refundable. After a month of working with them and minimal progress being made, I tried to talk to calmly and politely talk with them. Summer was exceptionally rude and confrontational and told me that I don't have to work with them if I don't want to, but they would not be refunding the deposit. They first claimed that the deposit was to secure the date only, but after they received the deposit, they claimed it was to be used towards their own in-house exorbitantly priced rentals. Their ever changing terms and lackadaisical spirit, coupled with Summer's corrosive behavior and vacuous promises made them very unpleasant to work with. This is not how one should run a business. Avoid!

I would give zero stars if I could to this dishonest, poorly run business. We reached out to them…read moreas party planners for our engagement party. Morgan kindly met us at our venue and we collectively came up with a design and plan. They put together a quote, and collected a deposit to the tune of a few thousand dollars. We then found out that the rental prices were exorbitantly high and they were constantly changing things. The first time they came to our venue, they charged a $65 one-time fee, but then somehow, they added four of these $65 visits even though we didn't ask for that. We found nicer tables for 40% cheaper, better linens for over 100% cheaper, etc. Furthermore, the initial itemized quote that they sent to us had a huge math/addition error to the tune of almost $1,000. This isn't acceptable. We brought all of this up, and this is where summer got involved and things began to go south. They informed us that they do not collaborate with other rental companies and that we MUST use their ridiculously priced rentals. We initially hired these people as planners, we never agreed to exclusively use them for rentals. We had a discussion with summer regarding this, and she was extremely disrespectful and flat out rude. She informed us that they will not be offering a refund, and we could walk away from our deposit and find someone else. The issue is that they did NOT disclose that this was their refund policy and they did not get a contract signed. Communicating back and forth with summer has been excruciatingly painful and exhausting and a total waste of time. We brought on planners for convenience and to streamline our workflow. They are trying to steal from us and engage in unethical business practices and continue to insist that they are entitled to our deposit. I don't recommend anyone do business with them if you want to minimize headache. We went from wanting to make our lives easy and convenient to now having the added burden of dealing with a lawsuit.

I booked her early and we initially just did a couple meetings to discuss our vision and needs regarding coordination, vendor contracts and florals since we did not need a full-planning service, only partial. She was always upfront and gave me honest opinions especially when it came to where to splurge and save, and what could look good and what wouldn't. The last 2 months is where she really shined, helping us follow up with vendors on details, setting deadlines for me to book rentals, reviewing contracts and constantly doing sanity checks when I needed it. The day of, she came extremely prepared, everything flowed smoothly (except some technical issues on part of the venue) and she was great at going with the flow and just letting the vibe and natural mood of the day go, and fixing whatever problems I threw at her. We also had her as our florist and she truly out did herself- her prices were incredibly reasonable and she handled everything like a champ when her assistant got sick the day of the reception. She also took my back and forth floral design suggestions and changes very well, as I am quite particular on details in some areas and deferred to her expertise in others. Honestly could not have done it without her and she was without a doubt my #1 worth it vendor! Would absolutely hire her for all your wedding planning and floral needs.

As a former bride myself, I know what a wedding venue should provide. I promise you -- Los Willows is not that venue. If you take even 5 minutes to look at lower-star reviews here, you'll see exactly what we experienced: rather than taking accountability, they respond by gaslighting the person expressing concerns. The pattern is clear and honestly, it's a huge red flag. The venue itself is beautiful -- but it's paired with staff who: Lack basic professionalism, don't know what they're doing, Have zero communication system, lack leadership, make inappropriate comments in front of guests, are visibly stressed and disorganized, and consistently reply "I don't know" to every important question. One staff member even loudly called the wedding "the biggest sh*t show of my life". I could write a novel regarding the issues that I witnessed and experienced at this venue. The lack of leadership was painfully obvious. After reading other reviews, it seems our experience is not isolated -- and the venue's responses often deflect rather than address concerns.

She helps you sort out all the details that you don't even realize you need to think about. Right away, she came up with a game plan that prioritized our budget. She recommended vendors who, on our wedding day, delivered top-tier service. She is well-connected within the San Diego wedding industry and is beloved by these vendors, and I understand why. She attended vendor meetings with us and made sure the vendors understood our vision all while remaining cost-conscious. Did I mention she helped us stay within our budget?! My husband and I got married at The Darlington House in La Jolla and she was one of a few that were highly recommended, and it was the best decision ever! I am an extremely organized and scheduled person, so when I met Lisa I was instantly at ease. She was so friendly and so organized that I knew our wedding was in good hands. Lisa was also there for me with answers to any of my questions and a couple weeks before the big day when we met, she had everything laid our perfectly. Everyone took care of us and we were surrounded from a real professional team. Our coordinator Stephanie was sweet and kind, we didn't need to think about anything during our day. Liliy, the captain banquet, was excellent, always checking if we miss something and if everything was good. We felt so special and all our guests were happy and enthusiastic of everything.
