    From beginning to end, the team at Fallbrook Estate made our wedding an absolute BREEZE. It was truly the best day of our lives, and we can't thank everyone enough for helping us obtain our dream wedding. The venue itself is absolutely gorgeous and very well maintained. Because of its location on a golf course that's tucked away in a neighborhood, it's also peacefully quiet and quite serene. We specifically loved the cocktail hour patio and the bar area attached to the ballroom. These spaces made the reception area feel so spacious without ever feeling empty. Parking is plentiful and accessible. The food and drinks were great, too. We kept receiving compliments about the quality and quantity of food, and "The Julio" was a huge hit at the bar--shoutout to our bartender, Julio, for the special drink! We were anxious about the planning process at the beginning, but the Fallbrook Estate team guided us along every step and quickly resolved any doubts we had. From timely reminders, to tips and suggestions, to the day of coordination, everything went smoother than we could've imagined. I have to highlight their flexibility as well. We made several decor/schedule/guest count changes in days leading up to our wedding, including potential day-of changes because of the chance of rain. Despite all of our asks, the response was always "no problem", and we were left feeling confident that everything would be handled. It's because of them that we were able to be (relatively) stress free in the planning phase, and be fully present on our special day. A special shoutout to our coordinator, Katie, and our banquet captain, Sierra! Katie ran our rehearsal quickly and efficiently (even through the rain) and went above and beyond on our wedding day to make sure that everything was set up as we intended, and then some! During our reception, Sierra was proactive in making sure that we were well fed, hydrated, and had our signature drinks in our hands. The little touches, like to-go boxes of the foods we were too busy to try, were greatly appreciated. Thank you Katie, Sierra, and the entire Fallbrook Estate team for making our wedding possible!

    We had the absolute best experience with this venue on our wedding on June 22. From start to finish, everything was so organized and seamless. The team answered all of my questions quickly and thoroughly throughout the planning process, which really helped ease any stress. Everything was laid out and organized. You can tell they have good systems in place to ensure smooth planning. On the day of the wedding, Lauren (our coordinator) was an absolute angel. She was calm, collected, and brought such a positive, grounding energy that made a huge difference for me when I was feeling overwhelmed. She handled so many behind the scenes details that I didn't even have to think about, and her communication throughout the process was amazing. Sierra, our banquet captain, was also incredible! She made sure the groom and I always had a drink in hand, checked in on us regularly, and went above and beyond to make sure we were enjoying every moment. And Isaac, our DJ did such a great job at accommodating our music style and requests. You can tell the whole team loves what they do. The venue itself is stunning. It's clean, beautifully maintained, and perfectly set up so that the ceremony and reception are close together. It made everything so convenient for our guests, who all raved about how beautiful the space was. We also got tons of compliments on the food from our buffet, it was delicious and a huge hit. If you're considering this venue, I highly recommend it. We truly couldn't have asked for a better experience or a better team to help us bring our wedding day to life.

    We just had our wedding at Fallbrook Estate this past Friday and are still in awe at how perfect it all was! From the moment we toured the venue one year ago with Mikayla, we knew we were making the right choice. The Fallbrook Wedgewood team made the wedding planning process such a breeze. We always felt very supported and they were quick to answer any questions and offer any advice leading up to our event. They are a dog friendly venue, which was super important to us when making our decision! We also had the pleasure of getting Mikayla as our day-of coordinator (full circle moment) and she was the absolute BEST! All the decor was set up exactly how we wanted it, and she helped keep us on schedule for the day. She was super sweet and even brought our dog, Delilah, a bowl of water before the ceremony :) DJ was our banquet captain and he was INCREDIBLE. He made sure that we had food and kept our drinks flowing all night, and was even kind enough to pack us a little bit of everything to take home! Another thing we are extremely happy with was how great the food was. Our guests are still raving about it, and everyone says it's some of the best wedding food they've ever had! We are so so grateful to Mikayla, DJ, and the entire Fallbrook team for making our big day so magical. Truly something we will cherish forever.     It has taken me a few days to write this review because there is just so much I want to include--I didn't want to miss a single detail. After working with the team at Fallbrook Estate by Wedgewood for over a year, they have come to mean so much more to me than just the people who hosted my wedding. They became a part of one of the most important moments of my life, and I am truly grateful for them. From day one, the entire team was incredibly responsive, always showing so much care for my questions and vision. Even outside of my scheduled planning appointments, they took the time to respond and made me feel like I was the most important person they were working with. Their dedication and attention to detail set the tone for what would become the most incredible wedding experience. On my rehearsal day, I was feeling sick, and without hesitation, they allowed me to adjust the time to make things more comfortable. When I arrived, my day-of coordinator, Mikayla, went above and beyond--bringing me water, crackers, Tums, and gum to help me feel better. She handled multiple challenges leading up to and on the wedding day with complete grace and ease. I never had to worry about a thing because she was always ten steps ahead. She was such a joy to work with, and I cannot thank her enough for making everything run so smoothly. Another standout was my banquet captain, DJ. He was an absolute gem throughout the night. He prioritized not just my husband and me, but also our guests, ensuring that everyone was taken care of. No issue was too big or too small for him, and whenever I asked if I could help with anything, he simply told me, "The only thing I need from you is to enjoy your night." The way he treated each of our guests with kindness and respect truly made everyone feel like royalty. And of course, a huge shoutout to our DJ, Sean! We had an hour-and-a-half consultation before the wedding, where we meticulously went over every detail of the music and moments I wanted to create. He executed every song perfectly and had an incredible ability to adjust the music to match the energy of the crowd. He was also so kind to my father and sister, who were nervous about their speeches, and helped put them at ease. His talent and professionalism made our night even more magical. Beyond these incredible individuals, every single staff member contributed to the success of our wedding. The chef and bartenders were amazing, delivering delicious food and drinks that our guests raved about. I still am hearing daily about how incredible the Caesar salad, mashed potatoes, and prime rib were. The servers were exceptionally kind and eager to assist anyone who needed it. Everyone at Fallbrook Estate exceeded any expectation we could have ever had. Every single vendor went above and beyond, including our outside vendors--HCD Weddings for their stunning florals, Elegance on Display for their delicious desserts, and Jenni B for the beautifully crafted signs. It was truly the wedding of my dreams--even one I didn't know I had. I know I will never be somewhere again that is so breathtakingly beautiful. Our family and friends have all collectively agreed that it was the best wedding they've ever attended. While I'm beyond grateful for this experience, I can't help but feel a little sad that I won't be working with this incredible team anymore. They made this journey unforgettable, and I cannot recommend them enough.

    Our experience with Fallbrook Estate was absolutely incredible from start to finish -- truly more perfect than we could have ever imagined. It truly felt like they cared just as much about our day as we did. The space itself was stunning, the flow of the day was flawless, and so many of our guests commented on how beautiful and well-run everything was. It was the most magical day of our lives, and this team played such a huge role in making that.

    Having our wedding at Wedgewood Fallbrook was the best experience ever!! My husband and I were blown away by the team's professionalism, coordination, constant communication and planning from beginning to end of our journey. We want to give a special shout out to Angela who was our lead coordinator and took care of us during the rehearsal and wedding day. She was amazing and was able to give direction to our 16 group wedding party. We can't thank Angela enough for making our day incredible. We also want to thank our captains DJ and Sierra and all our servers who constantly checked in with us and made sure the reception went amazing. And of course our bartenders Julio and Rachel and chef Austin for making sure our 116 guests were satisfied with drinks and food. Booking with Wedgewood Fallbrook made our planning journey stress free and so easy. They helped with timelines and decorations and even set us up with an amazing DJ (Kyon).     I got married here on 10/17/24 and it was the best experience I could've asked for. Everyone on the team here was exceptional, Angela our day of coordinator was fantastic. She was very sweet and helped us keep our day on a schedule. The entire experience here while planning was fantastic, they were able to accommodate us for our meetings everyone was super responsive when we needed any questions answered. One thing we absolutely loved was that we're were able to include our dog during the actual ceremony, it was almost a must for us. The food was fantastic as well, from the appetizers, to the cake, to the full meal(we opted for the buffet), everyone was in disbelief with how amazing everything was. This is a very beautiful location and we absolutely loved that this was our wedding venue. They made this a great experience for our wedding and definitely recommend this location.

    100/10 Our wedding was 10.31.25 and can I just say it was amazing!!! Austin and Lily went above and beyond to make sure my husband and I were taken care of the whole night!! The decorations were set up perfectly, even better than I could have imagined! Everything looked literally like a fairytale and we had so many compliments from our guests! (Which is nice to hear since ) The food was soooo good, people are still raving about it! I kept seeing videos on how brides and grooms say they don't eat or they're too busy which yes I agree I was having so much fun BUT when I got those moments to take a breath Austin and Lily both made sure we had fresh, hot food and yummy drinks!! That to me was just so sweet! Austin handled the first half perfectly, we had a bit of a an issue with someone not showing up and he worked fast to make sure they weren't mentioned! And towards the end My hotdog vendor did not show up but Lily handled it perfectly, was so so sweet and even offered to make us a hotdog lol. I can go on and on about how this was the best day of our lives but I will leave it here, Willyam and I are are still riding our wedding high and we are so grateful for everyone that took part in making our day magical. We are so happy that we went with Fallbrook estate and I will never stop yapping about how Amaing our wedding was!

    if you're looking for classic, modern, and timeless with the perfect california vibe I would absolutely choose Fallbrook Estate. I shot a wedding here back in February and it was perfect. from the staff to the aesthetic of the venue, it was a photographers dream. hoping to be able to get the opportunity to shoot here again. but even if I dont get to I highly recommend booking here!

    Wedgewood Weddings Fallbrook Estate did an excellent job on our wedding on 1/31/25! I couldn't have been happier with how easy the whole process was and the end result. All of our family and friends are still raving about the beautiful location, the friendly staff, and how each part of the wedding was effortless. I am so grateful for the team at WW Fallbrook- any questions I had someone from their staff always reached out to me and answered my questions right away. They explained everything well and give you a binder to give you reminders and outlines for what you need to get done for planning. I had Mikayla as my day of coordinator and Sierra as my Captain who took over during and after dinner- both of them did a fantastic job and took care of everything for us. I would highly recommend using Wedgewood Weddings as your venue of choice as the packages they offer the include the food, drinks, ceremony and reception space, DJ, and cake- each one are wonderful and so easy to have it all in one place and in one bill. Also I would like to give a shout out to our DJ Isaac M. from DJ Maestro. He did a fantastic job! We are huge music people and included some fun dance games and Isaac handled it so well. Each part of the wedding (ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception) was perfectly timed and paired with the music we asked for. It was money well spent and I am so grateful to the WW Fallbrook Team for a beautiful wedding!

From the moment I arrived, I was struck by how intentionally the space is designed. It was a rainy November day and the gardens felt lush and intimate without being crowded, and every corner offers beautiful, natural backdrops that photograph effortlessly. Even though it was raining the greenery and gray sky created the softest light that felt romantic and dreamy. What really stood out to me was how smoothly the day flowed. The layout of the venue makes transitions--from getting ready, to ceremony, to cocktail hour and reception--feel seamless, which is a huge gift for both couples and vendors. The team at Ethereal Gardens was wonderful to work with. They were organized, calm, and clearly experienced, which made it easy for me to focus on capturing genuine moments rather than navigating logistics (This is HUGE for a photographer). Not all venues experiences are created equal and this team stood out. They were ready with umbrellas and fresh drinks for the Bride and Groom at every moment. As someone who photographs weddings regularly, I can confidently say this is a venue that supports both the couple's experience AND the creative process. I am honored to get to photograph another wedding here in May and HIGHLY recommend Ethereal Gardens to couples looking for a naturally beautiful, well-run venue in North County San Diego.

The food deserves a special mention.. from cocktail hour to dinner to late-night bites, everything was delicious and widely raved about. The dining experience to choose our menu was such a fun highlight and something we highly recommend. Bar service, valet, and overall guest experience were seamless and elevated. We selected our DJ from the venue's preferred list and Greg with SD Party Time DJs was phenomenal -- he live spun our wedding and somehow blended Taylor Swift with heavy metal flawlessly. The dance floor was packed all night. While there were a few things we wish we'd known ahead of time (design option clarity, food not being boxed at the end of the night, and end-of-night teardown logistics), none of these detracted from how magical the day was, but would have been nice to know before hand.. With a bit of advance planning, these are all easily managed. Overall, Ethereal Gardens felt like a true luxury wedding experience. Day-of Coordination: Elena stood out not only on the wedding day but also in the months leading up to it. She was incredibly helpful during the planning process--offering thoughtful insight into creating a seamless timeline and even helping with ideas for decor and place settings tailored to our outdoor, beachy (and occasionally windy!) wedding. She thought of every detail, from preparing us in advance to get those dreamy photos (like the first kiss and cake cutting) to ensuring everything ran on schedule without a hitch. On the day, Elena was a true lifesaver. From the rehearsal to the ceremony and reception, I never once had to worry about where I needed to be or what was next. She kept everything moving smoothly, pointing me in the right direction while allowing me to fully enjoy the company of our guests and the magic of the day. I booked her early and we initially just did a couple meetings to discuss our vision and needs regarding coordination, vendor contracts and florals since we did not need a full-planning service, only partial. She was always upfront and gave me honest opinions especially when it came to where to splurge and save, and what could look good and what wouldn't. The last 2 months is where she really shined, helping us follow up with vendors on details, setting deadlines for me to book rentals, reviewing contracts and constantly doing sanity checks when I needed it. The day of, she came extremely prepared, everything flowed smoothly (except some technical issues on part of the venue) and she was great at going with the flow and just letting the vibe and natural mood of the day go, and fixing whatever problems I threw at her. We also had her as our florist and she truly out did herself- her prices were incredibly reasonable and she handled everything like a champ when her assistant got sick the day of the reception. She also took my back and forth floral design suggestions and changes very well, as I am quite particular on details in some areas and deferred to her expertise in others. The thing that really did it for me was their unfair billing practices. They collected a deposit from me for over $3,000, but did not disclose to me that it was non refundable. After a month of working with them and minimal progress being made, I tried to talk to calmly and politely talk with them. Summer was exceptionally rude and confrontational and told me that I don't have to work with them if I don't want to, but they would not be refunding the deposit. They first claimed that the deposit was to secure the date only, but after they received the deposit, they claimed it was to be used towards their own in-house exorbitantly priced rentals. Their ever changing terms and lackadaisical spirit, coupled with Summer's corrosive behavior and vacuous promises made them very unpleasant to work with. This is not how one should run a business. Avoid!

The first time they came to our venue, they charged a $65 one-time fee, but then somehow, they added four of these $65 visits even though we didn't ask for that. We found nicer tables for 40% cheaper, better linens for over 100% cheaper, etc. Furthermore, the initial itemized quote that they sent to us had a huge math/addition error to the tune of almost $1,000. This isn't acceptable. We brought all of this up, and this is where summer got involved and things began to go south. They informed us that they do not collaborate with other rental companies and that we MUST use their ridiculously priced rentals. We initially hired these people as planners, we never agreed to exclusively use them for rentals. We had a discussion with summer regarding this, and she was extremely disrespectful and flat out rude. She informed us that they will not be offering a refund, and we could walk away from our deposit and find someone else. The issue is that they did NOT disclose that this was their refund policy and they did not get a contract signed. Communicating back and forth with summer has been excruciatingly painful and exhausting and a total waste of time. We brought on planners for convenience and to streamline our workflow. They are trying to steal from us and engage in unethical business practices and continue to insist that they are entitled to our deposit. I don't recommend anyone do business with them if you want to minimize headache. We went from wanting to make our lives easy and convenient to now having the added burden of dealing with a lawsuit.
