We also loved that the venue is inclusive it helped make the entire planning process a little less stressful, especially since we planned our wedding in just 3 months. What made the experience even more special was our coordinator, Laura. She was truly our calm throughout the entire process. Anytime we started to feel stressed or overwhelmed, we would book a meeting with her and she would gently guide us back on track. Her aura is so calm and reassuring which made all the difference during such an emotional time. We couldn't be more thrilled to share our experience with Trademark Venues, and especially with Tivoli. From start to finish, everything was lovely. Right from the beginning, we were paired with our coordinator, Amy, who was nothing short of fantastic. She kept in touch with us throughout the months leading up to our wedding, answered all our questions, and helped us navigate any little frustrations that popped up along the way. But where Amy truly shined was on the actual day. She was so wonderful, and made sure everything was exactly as we wanted. If any little quirks or family requests popped up, she checked in with us, made sure we were comfortable, happy, and always had a drink in our hands. She just took care of everything so seamlessly. And the venue itself was just as wonderful. The staff were all fantastic--especially our bartender, Andy, who our guests couldn't stop talking about. It was clear the whole team at Trademark Venues is a well-oiled machine--they've done this a million times, but they still made us feel so special. Our only tiny wish was that we could have had those gorgeous getting-ready rooms for longer and that the night didn't have to end so early (10pm). But in terms of the overall experience, it was a five out of five. We had our wedding at Twin Oaks in September 2025 and had just the most wonderful experience! During the planning process, they assign a coordinator to you, who works with you throughout your planning. Our coordinate, Sage, was extremely responsive over email for the entire course of our planning. She was extremely prepared, reassuring, and flexible (especially when our families would show up late to the rehearsal, or when we showed up for a planning meeting on the wrong day). Sage was extremely accommodating to our unconventional or unique ideas, and always remembered them before meeting with us. The venue was beautiful and clean, and all the staff were professional, friendly, and helpful when moving boxes around etc. The extensive greenery really helped us save money on flowers and decor. The ground is turf, not grass, which helped keep dresses clean & prevent stilettos from sinking into the ground. One of the best parts was the bar setup - we got to buy our own alcohol at Costco and bring it to the venue. This saved a TON of money. We still got to have 2 signatures drinks, and were allowed to bring 3 different types of liquor besides those required for the signatures (plus beer, wine, seltzer, etc.). The bartenders were experienced and friendly, and let us our coordinator know when they saw we were running dangerously low on a few bar ingredients - we had a groomsman doordash those ingredients to save the day! They do require you to use a DJ within their list of preferred vendors, but we were very happy with our DJ - Jared from Complete Weddings. The food was great, and there were plenty of options to choose from. The food tasted just as good as it did at the tasting. We loved the family-style option - all of the food was served hot and very quickly. Vegan accommodations for individual guests was also very easy. It was very nice that we were able to bring desserts from various outside vendors. We ended up getting a small, nice-looking cake from Paris baguette for the cutting, some Costco sheet cake for most guests, and boba from Ding Tea. If we had wanted to, though, we could have even brought little desserts from Costco besides or instead of the cake. read more

We got married at Tivoli Italian Villa in June 2023 and our experience was wonderful. It's certainly not cheap to have a big beautiful wedding in Southern California but I thought the venue (with its included coordination, food, and rentals) was a good value for the experience we had. Jenna was the first coordinator we worked with. She was so sweet and very responsive over email. During an early planning session, she helped focus my husband's and my gleeful energy as we sipped champagne and looked at table settings. Our original planner had an emergency and Cassandra stepped in and took amazing care of us. She was equally responsive- stepping in to answer every little last minute question I had. I was able to trust her with design details- scattering vases and extra flowers, draping gauze runners. I felt that I could let go and let her supervise all of that and I did not have to think about it on the day. Cassandra managed the set-up of the "At the Tone" voicemail phone and even left us wonderful opening and closing messages Our assistant coordinator was so warm and wonderful. She made sure I had what I needed at every step, whether it was hydration while getting ready, a kind word while waiting to walk down the aisle, a drink in my hand at cocktail hour, or stepping in to help bustle me quickly when I got sick of carrying around my train. At the end of the day, we felt so cared for and supported by the team. All their hard work made the event go so smoothly and they made us feel like stars Venue: STUNNING. So photogenic. No bad angles. Getting married at Tivoli meant I knew my event was going to be gorgeous and romantic, no matter how much I saved or splurged on florals and decor. Food: It's "banquet" food, so while nothing was the greatest dish I have ever eaten, it was all fresh and there were lots of tasty dishes. Our guests were happy and well fed. I attended a late-afternoon October wedding at Tivoli Villa in Fallbrook. The ceremony was held under a giant oak tree, the cocktail reception was held on a shaded patio, and the sit-down dinner for 130 was held in the courtyard. Valet and self-parking were available, the restrooms were clean and spacious, and there were pockets of quieter spaces where guests could enjoy a private conversation or a restorative moment away from the social noise ;) But it was the Trademark Venues staff and food that made the biggest impressions on me. Every staff member I interacted with was friendly and accommodating, and there were plenty of staff available to help with special requests or to clean up spilled drinks and broken glass on the dance floor. (Gen Z - Why do you dance with a drink in your hand? Hilarious to watch!) The food was served family style at long farm tables, and it was hearty enough that I knew we wouldn't have to stop on the way home for "second dinner" at In 'n Out Burger. read more

When I told a friend I was engaged, she threw out Twin Oaks as a possible venue.  I looked at pictures online and immediately made an appointment to see it in person.  It's the first and only venue we looked at but we knew it was perfect for us.  Michelle is the first person we worked with in terms of selecting a date and other logistics, and she was so personable and friendly. When we had to postpone our wedding due to Covid, everyone at Trademark Venues was so accommodating and helpful, and they were able to help us transition to our new date seamlessly.  We had several different coordinators during our two-year-long planning-during-a-global-pandemic process, but they were all friendly and easy to work with.  We eventually ended up with Mirae, who was kind, responsive, and extremely helpful. One of the main reasons we selected Trademark Venues is because I wanted to do a lot of DIY for the wedding, but I didn't want my bridal party to be stuck setting everything up.  Mirae and the Trademark team completely handled it - we dropped everything off at the beginning of our dress rehearsal, discussed with Mirae what should go where, and the morning of the wedding, everything was set up exactly to our specifications. The day of the wedding, I didn't see much of Mirae, but I am certain she was behind the scenes working her magic because everything went off without a hitch.  If anything did go wrong, I didn't hear about it, which, as the bride, I greatly appreciated!!  I would also like to give a shout-out to Katie, a member of the Trademark team.  She was AMAZING.  After our ceremony, I mentioned to my new husband that I was going to kill someone if I didn't get one of the delicious grilled cheese/tomato soup shooters we had chosen as an appetizer.  And bam - Katie was there with shooter in hand!  She also followed me around carrying my train, made sure my champagne was always full, and reminded me to drink water.  Thank you, Katie!!! We had a build-your-own taco bar for our meal, and while Mirae brought us food, I was too busy talking to guests to eat!  I heard it was delicious, though. Several of our guests commented that ours was the most beautiful wedding they had ever attended, and this was largely due to the gorgeous Twin Oaks.  Highly recommend this venue and the Trademark team! read more

I just got married at Tivoli on Friday and I am still feeling the wedding blues. The Trademark team made wedding planning so easy and enjoyable. I was lucky enough to have Stephanie as my wedding coordinator and I cannot sing her praises enough. She was always quick and responsive when I had a question. The weeks leading up the weather was quite dodgy looking. She and her team came up with a plan B that we luckily did not need to use. The whole trademark team at the venue was incredibly kind, patient, and made us feel like stars! Their customer service is truly one of a kind. Many years ago (before it was known as Botanica) I attended a wedding here and vowed that I would come back with the love of my life someday. Since it had been so long and we're from Vegas, it took me a while to find it again. When we came to tour the venue, it was no doubt love at first sight for the both of us! My husband and I got married at BOTANICA on 6/6/22 and it was one word: MAGICAL. The venue itself is nestled in a tropical paradise with natural spring bed waterfalls and ponds... you are literally surrounded by the sounds of nature. The pictures honestly do not do Botanica any justice-- you have to see it to believe it! Our guests came in from all over the world and they were just completely in awe about how beautiful and stunning the venue was and how everything was set up. There's the best of both worlds: plenty of indoor and outdoor space with winding pathways in between. It's like a tranquil little oasis, a piece of heaven on Earth... it WILL take your breath away. All of our guests kept telling us that Botanica was one of the most beautiful weddings they have ever been to! Our coordinator was AMY (who was assigned to us last minute) and honestly, it felt like it was meant to be because she couldn't have been more perfect. The wedding could not have been a success without her. Everything from start to finish was SEAMLESS. She listened intently to all of my requests and knew what to do right away. I consider myself quite a perfectionist, so Amy really exceeded my expectations by the way she meticulously handled everything with such thoughtfulness and efficiency. Our family was so impressed with the way she coordinated our wedding, even though we expected something to go wrong-- literally everything came out PERFECT, I'm still stunned by it. On Monday 10/10 I was in a wedding at Trademark's beautiful Green Gables venue. The venue itself is breathtaking, has all the photo opps you could dream of and it so accommodating! But this review is about Trademark's employees! From the moment we arrived we were treated like royalty. Special shout out to the brides assistant, Elaine for being there for everything! From champagne to safety pins, she was top notch. I cant say enough great thing about Jaylen, a member of the security team & Matt (?) who was the venue manager and behind the scenes master! They both helped so much during the wedding and even went above and beyond after the night was over helping us with all of our decor, gifts, and anything they found that was left behind. Thank you 2 SO much! But, the real hero and star of the day/night was Erika! You have an exceptional employee here. She probably had the most stressful job keeping everything on schedule and she showed NO stress the whole time! She was always 3 steps ahead and anticipated all of our needs. She was professional and kind. I cannot say enough good things about her! We appreciate EVERYONE at green gables and Trademark from the kitchen staff to the bartenders, the security and all personnel.
