We just had Los victors for the first time by ordering it on uber eats. We got the chilaquiles, the supreme burrito and the supreme quesadillas, guacamole, green and red salsa. I'm being really kind with my 4 star review, it was overall more like a 3.5 but I gave them plus points for a few things and boosted the score. I'll start with what was good. The chilaquiles came out soggy but the flavor was so good that I ate it and I was very satisfied with the flavors of it. This was a solid 4 star meal. The green salsa that was in the chilaquiles was really good and saved the dish The horchata was really great. One of the best ones I've had in Albuquerque, solid 4.5 star item The quesadillas were really good although I wish there was a bit more cheese; it had lots of toppings and it was a bit too greasy to handle easily but it still had good flavor and toppings. This was definitely a 3.8 star item; above average for sure. The burrito was pretty lousy not gonna lie. It was absolutely massive in size for those of you that don't care about flavor that much just wanna get full for cheap, this burrito can easily feed 2. But there was way too much bacon and dry meat and not enough ingredients that add flavor and texture, it was the biggest disappointment of the meal. A 2.5 star item indeed. The guacamole honestly had great flavor but it was watery, it was also super cheap, but I'd rather pay double or triple and get thick fresh guacamole with fresh tomatoes , I'd still get it again it wasn't that bad. 3.5 star item indeed I didn't like the red salsa. Attended a meeting today catered by Los Victor's and I fell in love with their tacos! I chose carnitas and asada! They used full sized corn tortillas, two per taco, and they were generous with the delicious meat and toppings. I also sampled the other options and they were just as tasty. These included al pastor, camaron, cabeza, and a soy chorizo option for our vegan colleagues. The salsas were also flavorful and the red was spicy. I look forward to going in person and trying other options off the menu! read more

Drove past it and read "California style" and had to stop. First impression was that it was clean and festive looking. The first thing I scoped out was the fresh salsa bar, and my hopes were high. I was greeted in a very friendly manner. I subbed out the pico de gallo for just onions and cilantro, and that was a good call for me. My order came quickly- a Carnitas burrito and it was massive. It must've weighed 5 pounds. I cut it in half sat down at the table. Got some complementary chips and loaded up on the salsa every mouthful was heaven. I tried three salsas and each one was among the best I've had at a taqueria. Yes!!! I've been trying to find Mexican food that taste like home ever since I moved to New Mexico and this place hit it right on the nail. I will be going back to try more things. I ordered the menudo. The flavor was very bland and the hominy was very hard as if it had not been soaked and/or cooked long enough. Very unpleasant to eat. The pieces of tripe were tender yet tasteless, lacking the typical funk of honeycomb tripe. I'll definitely not order again or recommend. Totally disappointed. read more

Pure Mexican comfort food. I ordered the Chile rellenos. The batter was eggy and fluffy so if you prefer your rellenos crispy, you might be disappointed. Most Albuquerque restaurants don't bother adding the crema and salsas to make the colors of the flag, but this place does. The chipotle salsa is the bomb. Only wish they used real plates and cutlery, but they would have to hire a dishwasher and increase the prices. read more

We just tried this place for the first time (the new Isleta location) and it was a total slam dunk amazing experience! We ordered super burritos and a supreme quesadilla, and everything was delicious, we had tons of leftovers, since we didn't realize how enormous the super burritos were (I estimate it was at least 14 inches long and probably weighed 1.5 lb easily. It was one of those two giant tortilla burritos. For less than $13 you can get multiple meals. Even my husband, who is a big eater, had lots left over, enough for another meal. We are already planning future visits, probably this week. There was a flag by the road that said QUESABIRRIA so I definitely want to look for that next time. We had a bit of a wait in the drive through, but it was 100% worth a few minutes' wait. read more

I rarely order on Uber Eats for this very reason, but decided to give it a try since the first order from this spot was a nice surprise. Granted it was a "simple" burrito California order, but the presentation was nice and the food tasted great. A few weeks later I ordered the mojarra frita (fried tilapia) plate and unfortunately it was a terrible decision. The fish was fried and crispy on the outside, but the inside was still undercooked/essentially raw on the inside -- my guess is that they threw it straight from the freezer to the fryer, which definitely isn't a proper way to cook it. I was very disappointed and Uber Eats did not even offer a refund or discount on this order. Judge for yourselves from the pictures. read more

Overall: I've only tried one thing but I'm excited to try all the California style Mexican food that I miss. Service is great too! UNM students and staff get 10% off too! Food: 4 Supreme Quesadilla: The difference between this and the Quesadilla Tecate is that the guacamole, sour cream, and pico de gallo is inside rather than on the side. The quesadilla had the right amount of cheese and meat. The only thing that I would have preferred is less sour cream and more guacamole. Service: 5 The cashier was super friendly and very patient with my questions. Food took about 5-8 minutes to come out. Ambiance: 4.5 The restaurant has a walk up takeout window, or you can order inside. There is plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. I've had good burritos here before, but the one I had yesterday was awful. It was dry with too much french fry filler and very little veggies. It didn't taste good. I ordered the California burrito and asked for no meat. I'm not sure what the ingredients are supposed to be. There was no avocado, yet I bit down on a avocado stub from the stem. I usually love burritos but it made me feel a little sick later. It made me not like burritos. The next day I was still feeling sick. I'm still feeling sick 24 hours later, though no vomiting yet. I would feel a little sympathetic if they were not busy, but I got there early just before the lunch time rush. read more

Compared to the tacos we had when we lived in central Mexico (2008-13), the tacos here are huge. Here the tacos come with lots of lettuce or cabbage and chopped tomatoes which you never see in the part of Mexico in which we lived. The tacos in Mexico are pretty much small tortillas and the protein filling with maybe chopped cilantro and white onion. We never had a taco in Mexico with any lettuce or tomato in/on it. Doesn't seem to add much other than filler. I can get my salad in other ways. Don't need it on my tacos. Their listing on Yelp is slightly misleading because it makes you think that this is a take out or delivery-only operation. In fact, there is adequate indoor and outdoor seating for dining on site. You might save a little time by ordering online but it's definitely not required. These are some of the best tacos we've found in ABQ. Will definitely return. read more

When the food came out, they gave two soft shell carne asada tacos with everything but cheese and when I went to tell them about their mistake twice. The first time, i walked up, and the lady at the counter saw me and intentionally walked into the kitchen to avoid me. The second time i walked about to the counter to say something, the lady held her hand out and said "No!! No!! I already know, No!" I got the caldo de res and it was fantastic! Delicious bite size chunks of tender beef, in a clear broth with potatoes, carrots, corn on the cob, and cabbage. While I waited for the kitchen staff to box up the soup to go, they encouraged me to help my self to self serve chips (crispy and fresh) and the salsa bar. My favorite salsas were the guacamole salsa and the tomatillo salsa. The pico de Gallo, salsa rojo, and pickled veggies were all too sweet for my taste.
