I followed up three separate times after the event to share my concerns and received no response at all--which really shows how little they value customer service. * I didn't receive the full list of cake flavor options until four days before pickup, and when I asked to switch flavors, I was told it was already too late because the cakes had been baked without confirming my choice. * I had a confirmed pickup time of 10:30 a.m., but when I arrived, I was told the designer went home sick and the cakes weren't finished. I ended up waiting until 11:45 a.m. for them to be decorated, which explains the rushed design. * The cake pops weren't ready, so I had to cancel them and run to another store last-minute to find replacements. * I specifically requested pastel colors, but the cakes were decorated in bright colors that didn't match anything we discussed. * The design and quality were extremely disappointing--the decorations looked rushed, the frosting was hard, and the smash cake wasn't even edible for its intended use. Overall, this was an unprofessional and frustrating experience from start to finish. Between the poor communication, lack of accountability, low-quality product, and complete disregard for customer concerns, I strongly recommend going elsewhere. They clearly do not prioritize quality or customer service.

When we walked in, the bakery was completely empty, yet staff helped customers who came in after us while we stood at the register waiting for several minutes before finally speaking up. Once we mentioned we were there for AmazeCo, the employee helping us initially tried to hand us someone else's order even after we gave our name. After finally locating our box, we discovered it only contained croissants with bacon and ham. We explained that one person in our group cannot eat pork and asked if there was any possibility of exchanging an item, especially since every other stop on the AmazeCo experience was accommodating of dietary restrictions. The response we received was simply, "That sucks," with no attempt to help or offer an alternative. The lack of customer service and professionalism really left a bad impression, especially considering the positive experiences we had everywhere else that day.

This small shop does not have any seating. It is a grab n go place that way you're able to devour their sweets in peace haha. The donuts aren't labeled which made it hard for me to decide what I wanted. I did ask the staff member what some of them were which took a few extra minutes. I also did not see a sign for how much their donuts are. I stopped in on a Saturday around 830am and it was BUSY. A couple came in to pick up their custom made wedding cake while others were there for a Saturday sweet treat. Staff members were friendly and on top of their game. I got 2 donuts, Boston cream and maple pecan. Both were delicious and fresh. The Boston cream donut is a show stopper. It was thicccck and filled with a generous amount of custard. The dough was fluffy and the chocolate on top was not overly sweet.

Yet it was Paczki day the 25th of Feb. also fat Tuesday 2020. and I knew the bakeries around me it was going to be forever to wait but I happen to be cruising over after having a couple quick sliders to the drive-thru at White Castle caught the corner of my eye Gigante bakery known as the giant. well here on this day I decided originally well it's too late I don't feel like waiting in line for hours and hours but as I walked up to this I saw this little sign on the door Paczki here. there was a proximately about a good six or seven flavors for Hispanic bakery that's really cool..apparently this place is known for its tres leche cake the 3milk cake which is a Spanish like Mexican Hispanic traditional dessert. and that's mainly their clientele but as I walked in I was pleasantly surprised I was greeted in a very friendly manner...told the woman I'm just going to kind of take a look around here and look at a few different things and then I saw the Paczki that were being brought out. they sure looks like the traditional she said yeah they take a little bit of time but the fact that this is the Chicago area in general and they're proud to be Chicagoans proud to take part in the ethnicities that makes us such a great multicultural City.. this is a very small bakery they serve a lot of gigantic and type of bread and small pastries they have a nice selection for a small as it is a nice awards on the wall..seems like they have a pretty steady clientele for specialty cakes and much more but I just wanted some Paczki. and I had success I left with two strawberry one blueberry and an apricot for my mom. the best part it wasn't hours and hours waiting in line like some of the classic traditional European bakeries this is just a little Hispanic bakery and they tasted great.. well I don't really buy a lot of baking stuff most of the time that's my dad that does it just a fact that it was there and was able to pick it up was very cool and the quality was great keep up the good work..well I don't live in the area my truck just get parked there it's still worked out all for the good. funny part was there were a couple of what seemed to be Europeans from the area passing through either on work or business that bought a few Paczki and were quite satisfied with no wait to say walked out the door with smiles on their face..sure you could have went into town closer to the city or the European and got the monster ones in bakeries with varieties of 50 flavors or more for the traditional day.. but to be able to get in there and get a traditional one for the most part which was really delicious which is fine.
