Even their salsa is good. Doesn't reach the highest heights for a 5-star, but it was really good. They paid attention to detail on the order, and the price was right. Parking can get crowded, but we found a spot. We all agreed (as tourists) that it was a fine place. We'll be back; this is our second trip. Went there for lunch (Friday @ 11:20). We ordered a lunch Burrito and Quesadilla. Well, it took a very long time for the order to arrive at the table. The place had several people there but not what you would call busy. The place appeared clean. Food finally arrived! I have never seen a Burrito with very (and I mean very-very-very) watery refried beans. And they were an off color- kind of gray. The Quesadilla was watery also. The flavor on both was very bland- no taste at all. The salsa and chips were not the freshest tasting. Our waiter seemed very distracted and not enjoyable. We did notice him rolling his eyes when we asked for more napkins and a spoon. We had been here several years ago and I don't remember the specifics, but we will not be back! read more

Fired the best thing they had going with Gabriel the manager. Call to order and lady is unpleasant and said 1 shrimp taco cost $9.99 which is ridiculous and said "I don't know honey all I do is click the buttons." Los has excellent Mexican food but how many people know that they serve one of the best burgers in Xenia? As far as price goes, it is cheaper than high end burgers and just as good. The fries that are served with it are plentiful and unusually crispy. We discovered how good their burgers were only because my father-in-law didn't care for any Mexican food. This item is a definite must try. Also, special mention for their tower of mini margaritas! You can choose the flavors you prefer. Our server was pretty much everyone's server. I only saw two people in the front of the house, and one of them was in the kitchen most of the time, leaving our server the entire restaurant. If it were me, I'd be a little terse, but this girl was cheerful the entire time. I mean, the whole meal, we watched her as she juggled at least seven 4-top tables and a handful of couples. The food was surprisingly fast to arrive, and she kept our drinks full the whole meal. I don't usually rate a restaurant on their customers, but we're from out of town, and it seemed EVERYONE was happy. The people at the next table had a toddler who was really no longer interested in being cooped up in a restaurant, and he wasn't afraid to let everyone know it. The lady in the next booth started talking to him like she was his favorite aunt, and it bought his mom just enough time to pay the tab and scoot out. It was just a really good dining experience, and I was super impressed with our server's attitude. We don't get up this way much, but if we're in the area, I'll be stopping back in! read more

Service is good. Food is good. I've had steak and chicken fajitas and stuffed poblano peppers. It was very good. The rice and beans were pretty good too. Actually the rice was fluffy and Mexican style which is not always good at a Mexican restaurant, sometimes it's gummy or clumpy or broken up. Chips and salsa was fresh, spicy, and tasty. I wasn't all that excited about my veggie burrito, the veggies seemed over-cooked to semi-oblivion, but I might have done better sticking to the regular meat options, along with some better looking seafood choices... Definitely not a BAD option, though felt sort of cramped (inside), and we got the LAST parking space on a Thursday evening at around 7pm. Like their location in Springfield, I think they're fine enough when you're in the mood, but even in a somewhat mediocre Mexican food region, this is more "so-so" than some other/better area choices. I ordered a Steak and Cheese Quesadilla and the Nachos Grande and there was not much positive to say about the meal. The quesadilla was OK at best (covered in sour cream and lettuce...why not serve it on the side a Quesadilla should have a crispy texture to it?) but the nachos were pretty much inedible and mushy. Even the rice doesn't look/taste right? This was the first time ordering from here because Yelp actually had pictures of the menu whereas the other place across town did not have their full menu listed and my wife was hankering for the nachos. I had eaten at Los Mariachis in Springfield on two different occasions and although not my favorite, was at least decent. I won't be back here, not sure how this place stays open with the quality of food they're producing. I would literally rather eat McDonald's and that's saying a lot. read more

My husband and I have been customers for 15 years. The last couple years we have seen the quality of the food go down, and an increase in feeling like an inconvenience to the staff just trying to place an order. Not only have they failed to get our order right the last few times we have ordered, the front staff is extremely rude beyond reason.
