This is a hidden gem that sits just outside of Denver. I've been here probably 10 times in the last year! The service is always great, and the atmosphere is relaxed. I've never seen anyone sit on the patio, now that I think about it. The fajitas are amazing. And the Jumbo Nachos were also SO good. But it was SO big. I got it as my meal, and ate as much as I could, as fast as I could. But they were soggy within 10 minutes. Honestly, you need about 5 people to finish this huge plate of food. I highly recommend Los Arcos for any casual occasion.

We've been going to Los Arcos for over 25 years and the food and service have always been excellent. They do have HOT green chili but you have to ask for it.

While we ended up getting different drinks, I have no doubt the espresso martini is yummy. My husband went for the Old Fashioned and I opted for As the Crow Flies - both were very tasty. Not cheap though - about $14 a pop. They had a wide beer selection and a few NA options, which I'm looking forward to trying as they sounded good. The bartender was friendly and skilled. We ended up sitting inside because it was a bit too hot for us, but others were on the patio and it did have ample seating and shade; will likely be lovely in a few weeks. The decor inside was clean with comfortable seating and a variety of bar seats and low tables. They also had virtual golf - an interesting mix. My one complaint is the amount of televisions. It had the amount I'd expect at a sports bar but way above sports bar prices. They could get away with removing 1-2 and still catering to the same crowd while appealing to those (like me) who don't want to have to sit in a corner and strategically place the chairs just to not have to look at a screen.

Their menu lets you know that they worked hard on your drink yesterday because they use technology that requires planning and uses custom refrigeration to serve cocktails at a perfect temperature and create dilution levels so they can do cool things to give you a balanced cocktail in a "matter of seconds." Always adventurous, I tried their Sour Cream & Onion Martini. Our server advised that I try a small sip first. I loved it. I can see why it would not be for everyone. The flavor notes were strong and intense but true to the name, so much so that it was like drinking a bag of Lay's Sour Cream & Onion potato chips. Yum! My next adventure for my palate was from the sour section, The Cherry Sour. Full of carbonated foam when first served, this cocktail was a nice and refreshing balance. Semi-precious provides a venue that is easy to nestle into, sip on some unique cocktails, and enjoy the company of friends.

It's a great little rooftop deck/bar. - The indoor lounge space is cozy and inviting. - The two cocktails I had there were well balanced and delicious. Not overpriced, considering location and vibe. Cons: - The very first bartender we went to (shorter, older guy with a beard) was pretty rude. I understand they were extremely busy and this was probably one of their first services, but at one point while he was making drinks I asked him a question about one of the cocktails and he barked at me to please stop talking to him because he was trying to remember the ingredients and he would be with me in a minute. My friends and I were all kind of taken aback by that. I wasn't being annoying, I was very friendly... and it would've been my first drink of the night so it wasn't a great experience to start out. - This is definitely a bougier place. Some of the guests definitely made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. Like we weren't fashionable enough, didn't look rich enough or had enough lip filler to be there. My friend made a reservation for the pool and expressed that we were interested in swimming and cooling off. We were give direct permission to swim, relax, and enjoy. Upon arrival we were brought to the patio furniture around the pool which gets extremely hot in the sun. After enjoying a round of drink and food, we got into the pool and lounged around the sides. We were approached by the only other person at the pool and were harshly told what we can and cannot be doing. This person was a resident and told us that we couldn't even touch a lounge chair. It was very rude and unnecessary considering the 30 empty chairs all around. This person then contacted the waitress and manager and made a huge deal of it. We were eventually asked to get out of the pool. This seemed like a huge miscommunication handled very terribly. This was not a great look for the building as it is still leasing unit out.

They have really cool plant hangers above the lights. There is cozy seating with couches, bar seating or tables and chairs. They also have outdoor seating with umbrellas. It was a hot day, so we chose to sit inside at a table. We were welcomed and given a description of their offerings. Looking at the menu, Method gives you traditional cocktails made with M&M's spirits. Muse is their spin on that cocktail. I chose the Sparkling Cosmo. It is a mixture of their gin, orange liqueur, cranberry, lime and soda, a refreshing drink. My husband asked for an Old Fashioned. It happen to be something not on their standard menu, but they had no issue making it. He liked the touch of having a large square ice cube stamped with their logo in the glass. The service was attentive. The prices seem on par with the types of drinks we ordered. I would go back.

That's when I came across Dearly Departed and I'm so glad I did. We arrived right when they opened at 5pm and were able to walk in and be seated immediately. The speakeasy is tucked into the underground portion of the restaurant, which adds to the charm. The space is beautifully decorated, moody, intimate, and effortlessly upscale. It truly sets the tone the moment you walk down. We ordered two spritzes and a charcuterie board, and both exceeded expectations. The drinks were refreshing, perfectly balanced, and felt elevated without being overcomplicated. But the real star was the charcuterie board. For $20, it was an incredible value, stacked with a variety of meats, cheeses, fresh veggies, nuts, and peppers. The freshly grilled bread was a standout touch, and the portions were more than generous. Every bite felt thoughtfully curated, and there was something new and delicious in every corner of the board. Between the ambiance, the quality of the drinks, and the impressive food, Dearly Departed delivered an experience that felt both cozy and refined. I'd absolutely recommend checking it out for the atmosphere alone. I'm already looking forward to going back and trying more from their menu.

Cozy spot for some classy bites and cocktails. I think I probably got off on the wrong foot when I asked for sparkling water instead of flat and found out it was $7 per personal mini bottle (and they don't have club soda). My first time encountering that in Denver in the last 14 years... The cocktail concept is cool: pick a classic, slightly updated, or super creative version from 5 categories (martini, old fashioned, sour, spritz, highball). The spicy mango sour (with mezcal) was awesome -- although I expected egg white on a sour. The martinis were ok... a bit of a let-down in today's collection of Denver martinis at other local spots (think anchovy, sour cream and onion, holy trinity, and old bay). The food was also hit or miss. We loved the cauliflower/potato Bravas with the slightly spicy sauce, as well as the croquettes and their sauce. The tuna crudo was super bland, which is disappointing for $19.
