Pretty decent haircut but did have to fix when I got home…read more I brought my son for us to both chop our hair, I got a great short bob, longer on one side, but after washing and straightening my hair when I got home, it was very uneven. Nothing a little scissor couldn't fix but for the price, it would have be nice to have a solid cut.

I want to start by saying my stylist is great! The atmosphere not so much. I went to get a much…read moreneeded color after the COVID-19 shut down. A client next to me was talking loudly about completely inappropriate topics. It was racist and offensive. I could not believe what I was hearing. I moved to another part of the salon, due to social distancing, and was now directly next to the that stylist. Turns out it was not her client that was being loud and offensive, it was the stylist! She had a new client, and the diatribe started all over again! I was so offended that I gave her a look. She tried to back peddle and then actually said that if anyone wanted to protest, it should be the "Indians!" After we took their land and put them on land that couldn't even grown corn! I confronted her after my appointment and all she did was roll her eyes at me. She argued that she was entitled to her opinion and then tried to tell me everything she said was true. I said that I would not argue politics with her, and that while she was entitled to her opinion, that this was her place of business and I was a paying customer and I shouldn't have to hear about her narrow mindedness. She was incredibly rude and disrespectful to my face. My stylist and the receptionist both apologized for her behavior. They said she also has a problem with gay people. I called and spoke to the manager or owner, not sure which. She told me that there was nothing that she would do. She was aware of this stylists behavior, but she insisted there wasn't anything she could do. I will not support a business that allows such behavior from their employees. I would never subject myself to that hate again.

When I arrived I was able to be seen right away. My stylist (I'm sorry I forgot your name!) was professional and friendly. She had good conversation while washing and drying my hair, and did what I asked for, and I'm happy with the result!. Although when I get my hair done I like putting rollers first then go under the dryer to add more volume, however the downside was that they didn't do rollers there. I would have liked them to at least have some one available to do it in the salon only because I like minimal heat on my hair and I normally don't like my hair completely flat, also I want to avoid frizz and protect my hair from again too much heat. Thankfully she dried my hair lightly and then flat ironed it leaving it soft and shiny. Overall, the price here is really very good. They're also friendly and prompt, and I would return for a second visit!
