She did some test strands and left them in for 15 minutes. I loved how they turned out and I asked if we could do baby lights. Kayla said it would take too much time and didn't want to do it. She said "it's too time consuming, I'd rather not do that" I got upset from that. Then Kayla did the halo and used the lightener. 40 DEVELOPER. it processes super fast. She left in in for 2.5 HOURS without heat. My back hair FRIED OFF and she did not tell me. Now my hair feels like dead grass and upsets me because I might as well get ANOTHER undercut that will once again take 6 YEARS to grow out. I am highly disappointed and unsatisfied with what happened. Never going there again.
