Love this Gym!!! It…read moreis a great gym to improve your overall fitness or increase your performance for any other sport. You will see results like no other if you give this gym a whole hearted effort. Here are my reasons why. First off the coaching staff are caring, helpful, knowledgeable and give lots of positive coaching. Secondly the workout design is great. Always a good dynamic warmup followed by a single structured workout. I have traveled to many other gyms and many of them seem to lose the small gym crossfit camaraderie that ACF prides themselves on. There is no massive classes and impersonal coaching going on here. Everyone takes pride in what they do and has fun while doing it!!! Give ACF a try I highly recommend it.

I LOOOOVE this place! This is my fourth week at this gym. This is by far my most favorite gym ever!…read more(And I've been to a few!) it's not just your average gym, they have different classes each day of the week but they also have a gym in the back where you can work out on your own too. it feels more like you're getting a personal trainer but in a class setting and I LOVE that! Some days we do legs or abs or arms/back, etc. and some days we play dodgeball to warm up (how awesome is that!) or do assessments, it's never boring and always a blast! The staff is awesome and the owner Jessica is a total rock star. She gave me a meal plan and tons of tips to help a girl out. If I could give this place 10 stars I would! They also offer a free one week trial and I highly recommend you give it a try, you'll be hooked!

Everyone who walks in basically gets drafted into our funny, competitive little fitness family. The owner has created a vibe where no one gets to lurk in the corner and feel left out. Don't want to introduce yourself? Too bad, he'll make it awkward enough that you cave -- LOL. Now, about the workouts... I've got muscles I didn't even know were possible. They're sweaty, brutal, and effective. Fair warning: there's no climate control. Summer? You'll melt. Winter? You'll freeze. But at least we're all collectively suffering together. I've been coming here for eight years, and I've converted more friends and family than a pyramid scheme. Cult? Maybe. Gym? Definitely. Come try it out -- you won't regret it. Well, you might regret it the next day when sitting on the toilet feels like a full Olympic event.

The fact of the matter is, this is the best gym I have been a member of. I joined Raw Fit a little over a year ago after receiving a free 7 day trial. I knew after the first day that this was the gym for me, so I disregarded the remaining 6 days on my trial and signed up for a full membership. This was one of the best decisions I have made. Raw Fit has created an environment which welcomes people of all fitness levels, shapes, and sizes. They create workout plans which enable all members to achieve their fitness goals. They do all of this with avoiding gimmicks, not selling you on diet fads or supplements, or any other "get fit quick" schemes. Basically they show you if you put in the work and eat a sensible diet, you will see the results. That's it. At this gym, no one judges. Everyone encourages each other to do their best and get better each day. Because of the mixture of great trainers and great members, this is the first time in my life where I look forward to going to the gym each day. Truly a life changing experience. Is this the right gym for you? I don't know. If you go to the gym to be seen, show off your new workout clothes, chat and gossip, look at yourself in the mirror, etc...this may not be the gym for you. If you go to the gym to improve your health, be around encouraging people trying to achieve the same goals, put in an hours worth of work to see results, etc...then you should consider Raw Fit. I have nothing but positive things to say about Raw Fit and I hope to see you there!
