It's been 16 classes at Rumble Boxing, so I feel like I can finally give a real review…read more I'll start by saying I had a little boxing experience before coming in, and I absolutely love the boxing part of the workout. Hitting the bag, working through the combos, and really getting into it has been my favorite part. At first, I wasn't sure how I'd like it overall. But the more I went, the more I started looking forward to the next class. It's hard to explain, but there's something about finishing a workout there that just feels really good. You walk out sweaty, accomplished, and proud of yourself. The classes are 45 minutes, sometimes up to an hour depending on the format, and they move fast. You sign up through the app, which makes it super easy and convenient. The trainers are really friendly and make you feel comfortable right away. At the beginning of class, they teach the punches one through six, so you're never just guessing. It's definitely high intensity, but don't let that scare you. You truly go at your own pace. Whether you're brand new or have some experience, it works. What I appreciated most as someone newer to the format is how they walk you through everything. They show you how to wrap your hands, where to stand, which side of the bag to use, and how the rotations work. If it's your first time, don't stress. They'll show you everything. The music is also a whole vibe. When the lights go down, it feels like a rave. You're locked in, focused on yourself, not worrying about anyone else. It's such a great environment. You get a clean towel and locker access, which is a nice bonus. Everything feels organized and professional. All the trainers are encouraging and high energy. The owner, Stacy, is great. I've worked with Stacy, Carson, and Fallon, and they're all amazing in their own way. Overall, it's been such a great experience and I genuinely can't wait for my next class.

Short version: Great classes for all fitness levels,…read morefantastic instructors, and an amazing community. 10/10. Long version: I've been a member of Fitnello for just over six months, and the experience has truly been life‑changing. When I arrived for my initial consultation, I had never lifted weights and my background was limited to hot‑yoga practice. My journey began with the group‑class prep session with Angelina. Her expertise and upbeat personality made the workout feel fun rather than intimidating. As I transitioned into regular group classes, I discovered a supportive community of women who were incredibly helpful and welcoming to newcomers. Elina, the owner, now leads the evening sessions. She's exceptionally knowledgeable and takes the time to explain the "why" behind each movement. She also teaches us how to track our weights and reps so we can increase volume in a safe, progressive manner. Beyond the friendly atmosphere and expert guidance, I've seen tangible results: a 5% reduction in body fat and a 5% increase in muscle mass! Fitnello delivers exactly what a modern gym should, effective workouts, knowledgeable staff, and an incredible community.

I started with personal training sessions with Angelina, which helped me build confidence, and then smoothly transitioned into the group classes. I really enjoy the classes because they're all women, and Angelina is amazing--she goes around correcting form when needed, making sure everyone is getting the most out of their workouts. The atmosphere is supportive, and I feel stronger every session. I also met with Elina, the owner, who created a meal plan for me. I've been following it for the past two weeks, and I've already seen progress--my muscle mass has increased, and my % body fat has decreased in such a short time. I'm really excited to keep going on this journey and see what progress I can make! If you're looking for a welcoming, structured place to get stronger, I definitely recommend Fitnello.

I swore it off however I went and tried other studios where I could get more confident and understand the form. So coming back to Instaphysique I had more of a foundational knowledge and knew what was ahead of me. But not only that but you also start to find instructors that you prefer their cues and/or energy and that makes a HUGE difference. I love my classes Kristin and Marisa. Clear cues and they have no mercy on my hammies and booty cheeks - but in a good way. When I started I was 5 months postpartum and they were very dedicated to giving me modifications but as soon as my strength started to build again, they challenged me without being pushy or making me feel bad if I couldn't follow. Some tactical things: parking is great in the morning but once 12p and beyond hit, you're fighting lunch and dinner crowds in the parking lot. Not impossible but just not princess parking. There are two clean restrooms in the studio. There isn't really a designated bag/shoe place but you can have it at your station or against the wall. Classes are a bit pricey, I have a membership to cut some cost. However, it's a great 40 minutes and it goes by super fast. I find it to be a VERY efficient burn.
