Such a great gym. Instructors and Robin are super friendly and encouraging! So very helpful too. Very clean all of the time, work out times are varied so there is a time that everyone can join in a class. Classes are free (excluding reformer Pilates) which is a great price and taught by instructors who know their stuff (think physical therapist trainers). This has been my gym for over 2 years and I have the worst experience with the front desk lady almost every other time. She is super rude and demanding towards me and my partner whenever one of us forgets to bring a key fob. She interrupts my workout to ask if I signed in even when I scan myself in. She's honestly the only reason I'm switching gyms. Auburn Fit1 is a great facility. Since the gym was purchased and a new owner has come, things have been fantastic. They have updated equipment, new classes, and improved the facility. This gym is open 23 hours a day and is extemely convenient. It has a good number of machines to work all body parts and a good-sized free weight section as well. I love their spin bikes and routinely use one to substitute when I can't ride my road bike. You can tell that the new owner REALLY cares and wants members to be happy. These guys are trying everything that's legal during our present Covid lockdown. Outdoors group Yoga, Zumba and Pilates. Please help keep them going. When the State will reopen, things inside the gym are better than ever. Everything feels new. The closest thing to having your own private gym. I would love to give my gym a 5 star review, but after attending here for a year, I've noticed the classes have gotten really crowded. I like the more gentle teachers instead of the boot camp ones so I attend Saturday morning yoga and Monday morning Qi Gong. I love those classes and the friendly community atmosphere, but it's just getting a little crazy with the higher attendance numbets. There is new management here so I hope they will consider adding some new classes. read more

Under new management and I am already seeing positive changes as far as service and atmosphere. You can tell the new manager Jen is passionate about customer service and believes it is an integral part of a successful business. She immediately came up and introduced herself and took about 20 minutes to demonstrate some lifting techniques and let me know she is always open to help with any questions I have. I have seen her consistently do the same with other members. To top it off, she even responded to my previous Yelp review ensuring she wanted to improve my experience, making me feel like a valued client. Night and day difference from prior management! Poor attention to cooling or heat. Thermostat set at p77* in the evening. Stifling hot to work out in. This isn't the first time either.

Brand New equipment which is the hugest plus! It's a 23/7 gym meaning between 1-2am it is closed, which I believed was because the system is set up to update during that time or something. I would give it a 5 star for the equipment, the amount of classes, price, cleanliness and the privacy it feels but my main issue is the trainers. I had two trainers, first one just dropped and quit. The 2nd was good at first but then I felt I was getting pushed and a lack of understanding. I would get panic attack going because I felt like I would hurt something like my shoulder, ankle, neck or whatnot. Soreness isn't an issue, it's when you over did it and now have issue and have to back track and restart your whole training. I just felt uncomfortable and haven't wanted to go back for that reason. So that's why I gave it 3 stars instead of 5. Otherwise, it's a great gym and location is privacy. read more

I had to cancel my membership, since I am moving. No, I never used it as much as I should have, but I thought this was one of the best gyms I've been to. The equipment is excellent. The atmosphere is not intimidating or uncomfortable. It is laid out well for a smaller-sized gym. It is always clean, and members themselves even regularly clean the equipment after use.
