Overcooked and salty ribeye
Lisa B.

Let's see.... we ordered our food drinks. Took about 15 minutes to get 2 beers. Food comes out- we ordered our steak medium well and got it well done. Mines was salty. I ordered the Brussels sprouts and they were dry and tasteless. My baked potato was ok while my husband' s was undercooked. I've been to better Longhorn in PG County.

Cowboy Pork Chops with sweet potato and fries.

Stopped in because haven't had LongHorn in over 2 decades. The restaurant was pretty busy but we were able to walk right in and get a table. The waitress Anaya was absolutely wonderful. She was attentive and efficient. She made the experience great. I ordered the pork chops and it was good. The only downside of the meal was that one of the pork chops was extremely salty. The sweet potato and fries were amazing. The overall setting of the restaurant was good. Clean and spacious. Would dine here again.

We've been here before, but it's been a while. The inside has been remodeled and has lots of seating. We went on Saturday around 11:30am. There were quite a few people already seated and a large party waiting for the rest of their party. My party of 2 were seated immediately. Our waitress Nia (I think ) immediately came over to take our order. She was great! We had spinach dip, parm crusted lamb chops, parm crusted chicken beast 12oz, broccoli mashed potatoes and brussel sprouts. All was delicious the lamb chops and chicken were very tender, well seasoned and juicy. The Brussel sprouts were very good very well seasoned and cooked perfectly. Broccoli was also cooked and seasoned good. We will definitely be back.

Tonions and Kendall Jackson Chardonnay

Just running errands in the area and decided to treat myself. One of the perks of being a teacher ... extended (liquid) lunches ALL summer long. IYKYK. For starters, sooo grateful for the hefty wine pour! Been a while since I've had white wine (trying to cut back on my sugar intake and all). My Chardonnay choices were: Canyon Road or Kendall Jackson. I went with KJ and I'm not mad at myself. I'm on a solo date FOR REAL! There's not a single solitary person at the bar with me. The bar tender ain't even hanging out! I even have on new perfume. LOL ... should I feel some kinda way? Well, I didn't. It was PEACEFUL. My order of Tonions were a lil salty but GOOD! #BarFood IMHO, these put the blooming onion to shame. Try them and LMK what you think. When you go, tell them you saw it on Yelp!

Me and my Beautiful Daughter decided to dine at Longhorn Steakhouse once again and as Always they didn't disappoint. We sat in the bar area. Our Server was Very Friendly and Attentive with prompt quick service. My Margaritas came Very Quickly even though the place was packed that night. We didn't order any appetizers this time, so we went straight for the entrees, which also came out in a timely manner. The entrees arrived hot, fresh, and Delicious . My daughter tore her food up with the quickness . Overall the experience was Great that night considering how packed they were!!!

A burn tough steak

Service great. Ambiance great, but I ordered carryout. Food- i had been shopping all day and decided to pick up me something to eat on the way home about 5pm on Thursday evening. I was to tired to dine in so I came in and ordered the 22 Oz Longhorn well done w/loaded baked potato and a salad. I think when you order a To go meal they think they can just cook any ole way. First the steak wasn't a thick steak so it didn't need to be cooked and burned like leather. It tasted exceptionally burnt and not one juice was left in it. I really love Longhorn but this is the worst steak in the world. I paid 40.00 to eat cooked leather.

My husband and I came in for dinner, we sat at one of the bar area tables. We were practically ignored, until the bartender saw us and asked had anyone helped us. We said no, she said she'd be over in a sec. Before she got around the bar a server appeared. I did speak to server who seemed to be waiting on her boyfriend. Who she personally sat after me. She let me know that I could not sit at the table she was wiping off, I let her know the host sent me to the other table anyways, I was just standing waiting for someone to wipe the table we would be sitting at. Although she was wiping off the table right next to ours she did not wipe ours. Needless to say I'm glad she was not our server. Our actual server was friendly and somewhat attentive. The food was a bit bland. It's usually much better. The ambiance was busy and noisy. It was the day after Valentine's, so maybe that had something to do with it. I love Long Horn, but this visit was not the experience we normally have.

7oz. LongHorn Salmon with 8ct. Redrock Grilled Shrimp & double order of Fresh Steamed Asparagus
Starvel D.

I can't remember the last time I've gone to a Longhorn, but this is where my niece and nephew wanted to go so here we are. We went on a weeknight, so there was no wait to get seated. I'm doing a low-carb meal plan right now, so I was happy to see they had several keto friendly options. I opted for the salmon and shrimp with a double order of asparagus. The salmon shrimp were good, but the asparagus, although it was well seasoned, was a little limp. I prefer my asparagus to have a slight crisp to it. Our server was great when she was available, but she was also serving as the bartender. There were definitely a few times we had to flag down another server to bring us items. The manager actually ended up bringing us the check because our server was tied up at the bar.

Dirty floor
Janice W.

Disappointed by the terrible service, starting with the hostess. We were seated in a booth that was absolutely filthy there was all kinds of food on the floor, clearly not cleaned from the previous guests. When we politely asked the hostess to sweep the area, she immediately got an attitude. She did a half-hearted job, then walked away looking even more annoyed and to make matters worse, she spilled about half of what she swept right back onto the floor. We sat there for about 10 minutes and asked for a manager no one ever came. Eventually, the waitress showed up, but by then we had already decided to leave. She didn't ask what was wrong or even acknowledge there might be an issue. The lack of professionalism and care from the staff was extremely disappointing. This visit left a bad taste before we even had a chance to order food. Definitely not the level of service I expect from LongHorn. Heading to Outback!!!

Biggest steak in the game wearing their chain.
Rob C.

It's been a very long time that I've been to this chain so I didn't have any expectations. We came here because we couldn't go to the first place due to a nut allergy. No allergy restrictions here. Well, not none but whatever they do have is avoidable. I couldn't tell how big it was but it is big enough to have a reasonable size party which we happened to sit next to because that was just the booth that we were seated in. We didn't mind because although you can tell it was a party, while we waited, we observed the party and they were enjoying themselves but not overbearing. We noticed this because it did take about 1 1/2 minute to get seated. Once seated, it took maybe 5 minutes before the server came to introduce himself. Service: The server was very attentive and he was knowledgeable of the menu. I will say that I thought the LIT was gonna be bigger but it was tasty which isn't usually how they got when they're that size. Now I'm wondering if there was at least 4oz of alcohol in there although 6oz would've been preferable. The wings were very, very good. Good enough for me to go back just for them (if they were on the happy hour menu [hint hint]). I enjoyed the steak but I have a love/hate relationship with t0bones and porterhouses. I like them but I love thick steaks. Because these are wide, they are rarely thick and if they are, it's too much to eat. So I really have nothing to complain about. It also didn't have any overbearing sauce or flavor which is what I like. I like to taste what I'm eating, I don't want to cover up the natural taste. I'm just gonna end it there.

Caterpillar is Salad

Never eat here. My husband picked up dinner for me because I had to work tonight. When I arrived at work and started eating my salad, I noticed something moving in it. To my absolute disgust, it was a caterpillar. I immediately became nauseated and stopped eating. I saved the salad so it can be returned. I will be contacting the corporate office in the morning once I get off work. This is completely unacceptable and a serious food safety issue.

The cornbread was hard, like inedible hard. The steak and cheese featured soggy bread with a side of limp lukewarm fries, and the jerk chicken was a poor imitation of jerk flavor, as the best word I could use to describe it was lifeless. On the bright side, the employee was friendly and the food was ready on time, so at least there was that. Unfortunately, this was a total miss so my first time will also be my last time.

Decent. Not special. Unlikely to make my regular rotation…read more I drove past this place going back to forth to work and on the outside it looked like a nice establishment. Today I finally visited and was a bit disappointed to see the underwhelming interior where it is strictly carry out and cheap metal guest chairs to wait on while the food is prepared. But it's really about the food right?! Meh. It was very hit and miss. I ordered the (4) sliders with grilled onions. They were slightly charred which was nice, and they were juicy, but they could have been cooked a little more (they were like medium to medium well and I prefer well done - I should note they didn't ask how I preferred my burgers cooked). I also ordered their jumbo fried wings and picked sweet and sassy sauce. The sauce was tasty and the wings had a nice texture, but beyond the sauce the wings had a plain flavor suggesting they didn't season the wings before frying and then coating them with sauce. Overall the food was solid but not awe inspiring. I was less impressed with their cakes. I ordered a strawberry slice and a carrot cake. The carrot cake was moist and wasn't bad at all. I've had much better, but it was edible and satisfied my sweet tooth for the day. The strawberry cake however was dry and grainy. Perhaps it was old. It was definitely a waste of $7.99! On the plus side the employee was friendly and nice, so there's that!

You have to have reservations to dine in--even for the bar. I didn't dine in, I ordered takeout, which was superb and well worth the wait. Very nice place for a special day/date. I think this may be one of the best surf and turfs I've ever had. Everything was cooked to perfection, well the broccolini was a bit tough, I had to use a steak knife to cut it. Crab cake has Lino filling at all--I was so intrigued by it. I couldn't figure out how it was held together. If you're looking to take your significant other somewhere special--this is a good spot, just make sure you make reservations before you visit or you will leave very upset.

This was my first visit, and I've been wowed. I'll go on record right now: this was the best restaurant crab dip I've ever had. It was the perfect amount of lump crab, just yummy goodness overload. That bread *chefs kiss* I could've made an entire meal out of that dip and been just as happy as a kid in the candy store lol. I ordered the fried seafood platter and swapped out the fries for a baked potato. Everything on the plate was delicious: the coleslaw, hush puppies, crab ball, oysters, fish, and shrimp. Both of my cousins ordered the surf and turf since they'd had it before and clearly loved it. After seeing them devour theirs, I know what I'm ordering next time. Overall, I had an amazing time. Our waitress, Sophie, was attentive and extremely personable.

I came to Fiesta Cancun expecting a quick bite and left wondering why I had not been here sooner…read more From the moment you walk in, the energy hits you. It is colorful, lively, and feels like a place that actually wants you there--not just another restaurant turning tables. That alone sets the tone. Let's talk drinks first--because they deserve it. The margaritas are not an afterthought. They are strong, well-balanced, and taste like someone behind the bar understands what they are doing. Not overly sweet, not watered down--just right. Food-wise, everything came out hot and full of flavor. You know that moment when a plate hits the table and you can already tell it is about to be good? That. Whether it was the seasoning, the portions, or just the overall freshness, it did not feel like anything was rushed or phoned in. And let me give you a real tip--always ask for a bigger table. There were five of us, and the amount of food that came out? We needed the space. This is not a "small plates, cute portions" kind of place. They show up for real. And I have to say--service matters to me, especially after some recent experiences elsewhere. Here, I did not have to flag anyone down. We were checked on, taken care of, and actually seen as guests. That should be standard, but clearly it is not everywhere--so it stood out. I literally have nothing bad to say. This is one of those places that gets added to the rotation immediately.

Everyone we interacted with was friendly, attentive, and provided excellent service throughout the night. The food was good, not necessarily memorable, but solid overall. I also tried a cocktail that was just okay. Now for the part that completely changed the experience for us. We visited on a Thursday night and had no idea it was karaoke night (possibly ladies night as well). I really wish that had been communicated before we were seated because the atmosphere was very different from what you'd expect at a family Mexican restaurant around 7:30 on a Thursday evening. The music was already extremely loud, giving more of a club/lounge vibe, but once karaoke started, things took a turn. Multiple participants chose songs filled with profanity and explicit lyrics. One performer even sang "My Neck, My Back" word for word, uncensored, over the microphone while families and children were actively sitting and eating nearby. That's where the issue really comes in for me. I'm all for adults having fun and restaurants creating entertainment nights, but there has to be some consideration for the environment and audience. This is still a family restaurant, and there were plenty of children present. It just felt wildly inappropriate for that setting and time of night. Even when the DJ finally asked the participants to be respectful they continued with the language and sexual content. Had we known beforehand, we probably would have chosen another night to visit. Management may want to reconsider how karaoke nights are handled, whether that means giving guests a heads up before seating, limiting explicit music, or making those nights adults-only after a certain hour. I'm sharing this simply so other families know what to expect because unfortunately, no one told us.

The Castellano had a crisped pile of gorgeous beef, with crispy fries, and super fresh veggies (basically a cheeseburger on a sub). My husband ordered this one, so I didn't taste it personally but he absolutely LOVED it. The Thommy, The Three Fingers is a chopped cheese. It's, by god, the best I've ever had in my life. I add peppers, provolone and mayo and an extra side of tzatziki (labeled garlic cucumber on the menu), and oil and vinegar (which tastes like Italian dressing, but who's counting?). The bread is phenomenal. I may literally just order a sub roll with no ingredients one day, just so I can eat it toasted with butter, with every meal I have. It's soft and fluffy, crispy and chewy all at the same time. (It almost gives bagel, but not tough). I also got the y cheesecake. Not as special, perhaps from the Cysco truck (iykyk), but I still bought it and scarfed it down. Strawberry topping was def the average canned-strawberry topping (but I personally love that). I cannot stress, the food is OUT OF THIS WORLD! As for service, the entire team is so friendly and helpful. They kid around, make silly jokes and make sure your order is prepared fresh and fast. It isn't "fast food fast", but also doesn't taste like shit either, so the wait is worth it. At most 10-15 min if you don't call ahead. As for seating, in winter there are only two two-tops so seating is extremely limited. It is mostly a deli-and-get-outta-here kind of place, but nonetheless welcoming and charming. They have tons of Italian memorabilia all over the walls including giant GodFather posters, taxi plates and more. Today was my first time inside, but I've had my husband go pick up food several times on the way home. I cannot live without one of these subs AT MINIMUM once a month.
