Longhorn is one of my favorite chains. It was my first time at this location. The restaurant was clean and the server was nice. The lighting was a bit darker than usual but not a dealbreaker. I ordered shrimp and lobster chowder, salmon no rice, with brussel sprouts and a baked sweet potato. The baked sweet potato was burnt and it seemed like they tried to cover it by adding extra brown sugar. I said something to the server and she was ready to get me another but I opted for mashed potatoes instead. The brussel sprouts are one of my fave menu items at LongHorn. Unfortunately during this visit they didn't meet the mark. There was barely any of the smoky honey butter on it. Not the worst experience but not the best.
My family visited Longhorn for my niece's birthday yesterday and it was a horrible experience. We had reservations for 4:30, and were not sat for 20-25 minutes because "our server had not arrived." Once we sat down, it took 30+ minutes for our order to be put in, as the server kept coming back to ask questions about the order. We had to ask for things like a plastic cup with a lid for my dad (who is disabled) 3+ times before getting it. Bread took a long time to come out. Some of the orders were not correct, and we had to send back 2 entrees that were not cooked correctly. We ended up being there for 2.5+ hrs, which delayed our plans afterwards. I appreciated that the server maintained composure, but the constant mistakes were unacceptable. This is coming from a server myself!!
Easily spotted on Pulaski, EB. We decided on here for lunch, you could smell them cooking steak, what a teaser and with that, we went in and seating was quick. The decor was casual and definitely a cowboy western scene. From antlers as lighting to cowboy boots. Hubby was not as beef enthusiastic as I was, he got the chicken crusted parmesan, and this was not for the faint of heart. cheese crusted means chicken metically on all sides and it stuck. I had to get a 30oz rieye, seasoned and cooked on the grill. It was massive and done to perfection, med rare. I am still having dreams about it. We both had the bread, it was warm and had a texture of whole wheat Ww will be back, plenty selections to enjoy
Took the family to Longhorn Steakhouse for a Saturday dinner. This is our first time here. Upon our arrival at 6 PM, the waiting area was already full of people (standing room only). Since the wife put our name on their waitlist ahead of time, we were seated within 5 minutes. There's a bar on the left and large dining room on the right. We sat in a booth near the bar. Waitress came immediately with the free bread and took our order. I got the outlaw ribeye. The family got the New York Strip, Ribeye, and Redrock Grilled Shrimp. The steaks came with 2 sides. The steaks were cooked perfectly as ordered and looked exactly as their pictures on the website. Everyone loved their steaks. My wife liked the grill shrimp. The steaks were well seasoned and flavored. Very generous portions. I was stuffed. We will definitely be back. Pros: Well seasoned steaks. Cooked exactly to order. Generous portions. Didn't go home hungry. Overall a good value for your money. Cons: A little noisy. Pro tip: Avoid a long wait at peak times by signing up on their waitlist prior to getting to the restaurant. Waitlist is on website.
The food was exquisite. But the service was kind of slow. The setup was so pretty . Notes The Brussel sprouts were overly sweet.
Had lunch here with my son today. The lady seating us was a bit gruff when seating us but otherwise it was an excellent meal. Waitress was friendly and the food on point. Warm hot bread with butter was amazing. We both ordered the 12pz ribeyes which now come with one side. We chose loaded baked potatoes. A side salad is now $1.49 extra so still a no brainer for a decent salad. Steak was seasoned and cooked well. Definitely a good value for the money overall. Will come back for sure.
Looks delicious but less luster than it presents to be. Revamped recipes are not a win as previous meal combinations.

This was my first time in years coming to Longhorn Steakhouse. Maybe if I ate steak it would've been a better food experience. The waitress was very helpful and friendly. Very atmosphere was very pleasant.

However, after being seated we waited an additional 10 mins before the waiter stopped by to greet us. We ordered drinks ... my raspberry lemonade I'm sure was strawberry and my husband's mango margarita was not balanced. We also had to send the mango margarita back because the waiter accidentally put his finger in the glass. Our dinner arrived and it was apparent that the kitchen was rushing. The presentation was very underwhelming. Plates messy with drippings of food on the perimeter. We also finally received the complimentary bread at this time and it was so crumbly when trying to eat we just pushed it to the side. The temp on the steaks was fine. The meal overall however was just average. We waited for our waiter to return after eating to pay the bill before we noticed the signage on the table that offered mobile checkout. The waiter not once checked in on us while eating but as soon as we walked out the door we're approached by the waiter with "hey, did you pay?" Sir, of course we did and you would have known that had you checked in with us during our meal. We decided at the table that we will not return.

I've gone here twice once in October and again last Friday and I've never had a bad experience. The food is AMAZING and they have the nicest waiters ever. read more

Great location! The decor was as it was from years back, country western theme, nothiñg had changed or updated. No wait to be seated, the only problem we were told was a number of waitstaff had been sent home, business was slow. Ordering was ok. My husband got the loaded potato soup-really good and he wòuld order this again- and I got the cheese burger with provolone and raw onion-med rare. I opted for a baked potato, fully loaded rather than seasoned fries. I added bacon to the burger, it arrived without, that was ok, the server took it off at the end. I have to say the mini loaf of bread, while you wait, was wonderful...great texture and flaviòr and perfect temp.Plus real butter thst was soft. It makes no sense to have warm bread and rock hard butter as some restaurants serve. It was pretty good all in all. read more

So I was leaving my homeboy's birthday day party at Blazing's hookah lounge & decided to pull up for a bite cause you can never go wrong with Longhorn's. So I hit the bar for some quick & easy service cause it was like 3 something my haircut appointment was at 4:30 back over west Baltimore. The bartender was very nice & quick cleaned up the bar brought some bread out in no time. I kept it simple for some shrimp & their wings which you can never go wrong with. Now the unfortunate part of my experience that makes me not give them 5 stars. I ordered a flavored lemonade but I was told they didn't have any lemonade today. So I had to settle for a sprite but the biggest issue was they didn't have any cocktail sauce for the shrimp. The bartender had the nerve to bring out some ranch dressing with the shrimp. But other than that my food & service was pretty good. read more

I love Longhorn and have never had a problem. I always get a ribeye steak. Tonight, my sister and I ordered the ribeyes. I ordered mine medium well, and my sister ordered hers medium rare. Mine came out burnt and way over well done. My sister's came out medium well. I sent mine back, and when my new steak came out, it was seared on the outside and bloody and red on the inside. Our waitress Kira kept apologizing, but it wasn't her fault, obviously. I ended up keeping the steak and will be cooking it myself at home. We talked with a manager, and they apologized as well. We should have gotten a discount or something taken off for our 3 steaks being ruined, but they didn't do anything. I'm not sure I'll order a steak from there again. read more
This was the first time I tried this steak house. The steak was okay, not too dry, but not as good as I expected. I have been in many other steakhouse so the steak here is okay, not great. This place has a lot of side dishes which is great. The cocktails was okay, not the best but okay. The menu is not as attractive as the other steakhouse. It's so plain and simple, no attracting pictures. There is no combo or any good deal on the menu. The customer service was okay. it took a while for the waitress came to our table after they sat us down. Overall, it was an okay experience during the covid time. They re still opened. Masks is required to get in. read more

Seated fast great server (Zachary with arm tattoos) was cool and polite , a cool guy. Bread and butter starters were tasty. Atmosphere was nice good for a family , date, or simply for someone whose hungry. Salmon we ordered didn't take too long and was cooked perfectly. Brussels Sprouts we're just as good. read more
Caesar salad, mashed potatoes and parmesan chicken were all delicious. "Tonion" fried onions were good, but the dipping sauce was not my favorite. Service was very fast and friendly. Food came out very quickly on a Wednesday night. Western themed decorations were all around the restaurant including cowboy hats, boots, animal heads and more. Overall good first experience at a Longhorn location. read more
1/5 for cleanliness/food quality/staff service! Worst dinner I've had at any restaurant in years! Request for booth was ignored, table was filthy and our waiter "Nazareth" was only at the table once to take the appetizer & drink order. The steak was cooked and edible but Mac n cheese & broccoli were disgusting. We had to flag down another waitress for drink refills. The restaurant was not busy so we could have been seated at booth. I will not be returning to this location & don't recommend it! 1/5 is generous! Service was horrible and only saw waiter at end when we were leaving & he took the bill! read more

Came here for dinner for the first time tonight. The restaurant was extremely busy, but for being so busy they did an amazing job. I believe our servers name was Alexis, she was absolutely incredible. I was so impressed with her service and it had been a really long time since I had a server as great as she did! The food was really good. For how packed the building was everything came out really fast. My steak was a little bit under cooked and my boyfriends was a little bit over cooked. We aren't too picky but for someone who is they would of had more of an issue. There's not much the restaurant can do about fruit flies, but we were swatting at them while trying to eat. Overall, I would totally go back! read more
I hadn't been here in a while, so decided to come for dinner on a Tuesday night. Place was pretty busy which is great and we were able to wait in the car. Everything we had was absolutely delicious and very well priced. Our bill was about $50 and we got beers, appetizers, a huge steak, sides and dessert. Our server Zackery C. was absolutely amazing and on top of everything, I recommend asking for him if he's working! Restaurant is big and has all sorts of table sizes to accommodate any party. After coming to Maryland we first went here before anything else, and it was the BEST steak I've ever had. I got the flo's filet and I recommend it with the steakhouse Mac n cheese. So if you ever want a good steak, go there. Another thing, the bread is REALLY good. Peace! read more
Subpar food, and subpar service I haven't been to this LongHorn in years... and I guess I won't be back for the foreseeable future. Sat at the bar and it took a long time for me to even get a glass of water or place my order. Steak quality was subpar, definitely worse than Outback's and perhaps even Texas Roadhouse's. The ground pepper in front of me on the bar table was empty... No happy hour food or drink specials either... just complete crap My food did come out the way I wanted, but it just wasn't good. Had to use A1 steak sauce to drown out the flavorless taste of the "steak." I haven't used steak sauce at a steakhouse in years... On my way from the bar to the bathroom, one can easily tell that the quality and professionalism of the waitstaff have both gone done, and that's reflected in the demographics of the clientele. read more
