Took the family to Longhorn Steakhouse for a Saturday dinner. This is our first time here. Upon our arrival at 6 PM, the waiting area was already full of people (standing room only). Since the wife put our name on their waitlist ahead of time, we were seated within 5 minutes. There's a bar on the left and large dining room on the right. We sat in a booth near the bar. Waitress came immediately with the free bread and took our order. I got the outlaw ribeye. The family got the New York Strip, Ribeye, and Redrock Grilled Shrimp. The steaks came with 2 sides. The steaks were cooked perfectly as ordered and looked exactly as their pictures on the website. Everyone loved their steaks. My wife liked the grill shrimp. The steaks were well seasoned and flavored. Very generous portions. I was stuffed. We will definitely be back. Pros: Well seasoned steaks. Cooked exactly to order. Generous portions. Didn't go home hungry. Overall a good value for your money. Cons: A little noisy. Pro tip: Avoid a long wait at peak times by signing up on their waitlist prior to getting to the restaurant. Waitlist is on website.

The food was exquisite. But the service was kind of slow. The setup was so pretty . Notes The Brussel sprouts were overly sweet.

Had lunch here with my son today. The lady seating us was a bit gruff when seating us but otherwise it was an excellent meal. Waitress was friendly and the food on point. Warm hot bread with butter was amazing. We both ordered the 12pz ribeyes which now come with one side. We chose loaded baked potatoes. A side salad is now $1.49 extra so still a no brainer for a decent salad. Steak was seasoned and cooked well. Definitely a good value for the money overall. Will come back for sure.

Looks delicious but less luster than it presents to be. Revamped recipes are not a win as previous meal combinations.

This was my first time in years coming to Longhorn Steakhouse. Maybe if I ate steak it would've been a better food experience. The waitress was very helpful and friendly. Very atmosphere was very pleasant.

See updated pictures, because why? I need to be on payroll at this point. STILL, 5 out of 5.

A very packed Saturday evening (Feb 17th) and subpar service. The wait for our table wasn't an issue because this is to be expected for a Saturday evening. However, after being seated we waited an additional 10 mins before the waiter stopped by to greet us. We ordered drinks ... my raspberry lemonade I'm sure was strawberry and my husband's mango margarita was not balanced. We also had to send the mango margarita back because the waiter accidentally put his finger in the glass. Our dinner arrived and it was apparent that the kitchen was rushing. The presentation was very underwhelming. Plates messy with drippings of food on the perimeter. We also finally received the complimentary bread at this time and it was so crumbly when trying to eat we just pushed it to the side. The temp on the steaks was fine. The meal overall however was just average. We waited for our waiter to return after eating to pay the bill before we noticed the signage on the table that offered mobile checkout. The waiter not once checked in on us while eating but as soon as we walked out the door we're approached by the waiter with "hey, did you pay?" Sir, of course we did and you would have known that had you checked in with us during our meal. We decided at the table that we will not return.

I love Longhorn and have never had a problem. I always get a ribeye steak. Tonight, my sister and I ordered the ribeyes. I ordered mine medium well, and my sister ordered hers medium rare. Mine came out burnt and way over well done. My sister's came out medium well. I sent mine back, and when my new steak came out, it was seared on the outside and bloody and red on the inside. Our waitress Kira kept apologizing, but it wasn't her fault, obviously. I ended up keeping the steak and will be cooking it myself at home. We talked with a manager, and they apologized as well. We should have gotten a discount or something taken off for our 3 steaks being ruined, but they didn't do anything. I'm not sure I'll order a steak from there again.

This was the first time I tried this steak house. The steak was okay, not too dry, but not as good as I expected. I have been in many other steakhouse so the steak here is okay, not great. This place has a lot of side dishes which is great. The cocktails was okay, not the best but okay. The menu is not as attractive as the other steakhouse. It's so plain and simple, no attracting pictures. There is no combo or any good deal on the menu. The customer service was okay. it took a while for the waitress came to our table after they sat us down. Overall, it was an okay experience during the covid time. They re still opened. Masks is required to get in.

An empty bowl of Crispy Brussels Sprouts, why? Because they were very good.

Seated fast great server (Zachary with arm tattoos) was cool and polite , a cool guy. Bread and butter starters were tasty. Atmosphere was nice good for a family , date, or simply for someone whose hungry. Salmon we ordered didn't take too long and was cooked perfectly. Brussels Sprouts we're just as good.

Caesar salad, mashed potatoes and parmesan chicken were all delicious. "Tonion" fried onions were good, but the dipping sauce was not my favorite. Service was very fast and friendly. Food came out very quickly on a Wednesday night. Western themed decorations were all around the restaurant including cowboy hats, boots, animal heads and more. Overall good first experience at a Longhorn location.

Loud, dark and worst of all it is a chain. There is carpet on the floor - ugh. Chain food is never good. Leave it to mom & pop places.

If you're talking Baltimore pit beef, Chaps Pit Beef has been a staple for years, and after coming here for over a decade, I can confidently say it still delivers every single time. Their new location, just a stone's throw from the original humble shack, is a huge upgrade. You get the same iconic food, but now with a much larger dining room that actually makes it easy to bring a group without fighting for space. It's the best of both worlds. Same old school flavor with a more comfortable setup. On my most recent visit, I stuck with my go to. A loaded hoagie absolutely packed with pit beef, corned beef, sausage, and turkey. It's massive, messy in the best way, and exactly what you want when you're craving something unapologetically Baltimore. I paired it with a large order of fries, which were piled high and perfect for sharing. Decided to switch it up a bit and try the Holy Cod fish sandwich too, and that ended up being a sleeper hit. Huge portion of crispy fried cod, topped with fresh coleslaw on a soft bun. Not something you usually go to Chaps for, but honestly worth ordering. Everything came out crazy fast, which is always impressive considering how busy they can get. Quick stop at the condiment bar is a must. Load up on the free pickles, onions, Carolina Gold mustard, and that tiger sauce. The horseradish and mayo combo just hits different on pit beef. Bottom line, Chaps might not be a hidden gem anymore, but it doesn't need to be. It still outperforms most spots in the pit beef game and continues to be one of the best sandwiches you can get in Baltimore.

It didn't even have the smell or feel of a proper pit beef place. Customer service also needs improvement. The cashier taking our order seemed more focused on watching the baseball game on TV than helping customers. They do have a whole lot of different sauces to choose from. I tried a few but my favorites were the Smoky Mountain and that Bay-B-Que, which has some Old Bay in it. You can't go wrong with a little Maryland flavor! Overall a good spot to grab a bite and support a patriotic establishment, just hope the brisket is a bit juicier next time. STAY SAFE!!

They have a steady flow of customers, many regulars, and of course passersby who see the cars in the lot. Many parked cars mean good food, and this turned out to be a treat. Go up the steps and see the basic menu clearly posted with prices, order at the screened window. Cash discount, but they do take cards and offer a military discount. The orders are prepared as given, and all is fresh. My husband wanted the 2 sausage sub...10", green peppers, and fried onions. It was slightly spicy-Italian sausage. This was the combo for about $15, which comes with fresh cut fries and a soft drink. They were kind enough to give a free refill of Pepsi products. He loved it and half came home. Oops, they forgot the fries, so I went back, and they made them up. I got the Pit beef, rare, raw onions, and horseradish on the side in a little cup. Huge and delicious. I melted into pit beef lala land. Then the daydream began, we ate at a picnic table out front, devouring the fries and watching the busy world go by. Time paused for us. Condiments, many of them, are available on a high bench opposite the order window. Yes, even malt vinegar for your fries! We will definitely be back.

I think it's worth mentioning that I've never had pit beef before so I am by no means an expert as to what's good or not. I will also say however, that what I ordered, the open face pit beef sandwich with mashed potatoes and gravy was ok. The entire plate was swimming in gravy so that took away from what could've been a better meal. I did ask for gravy on the whole sandwich and the mashed potatoes (because the picture on their website looked like gravy only came on the mashed potatoes and I do like a little extra) but I wasn't expecting a to-go box literally full of gravy, so that's probably my fault. The texture of the beef mixed with all the gravy and mashed potatoes was a bit unpleasant and soupy and I periodically had to pick burnt bits and foil out my mouth so that also took away from the experience. They seem to have a pretty vast menu and I had no idea what I was going to get when I walked in. The young lady that took my order was very friendly and helped me come to my decision so the customer service was good and I appreciated her patience with me. As far as ambiance goes, while I was waiting for my order, there was an older man waiting for his order that was yelling at the tv about how Joe Biden hasn't done anything for this country and that Trump only told the truth. I try not to get caught up in politics with strangers because it really can be off putting but what can you do. I wouldn't do the gravy with a side of open face pit beef sandwich again but there's so many other options I'd like to try in the future should I find myself in the area again. A man that was also waiting for his order said he really like the ribs.

My biggest pet pev is when the counter staff knows nothing about the food and can't explain the menu. I always support the local restaurants over the chain restaurants when I travel. I stopped in bully boss burgers to support the local business, and was I disappointed. The burger was good, and so were the onion rings except they were served in a reusable plastic tray without a paper liner - kind of concerning. They are a little pricy, all things considered. The menu is hard to figure out - a lot of choices - it was really unclear what came with a meal or a combo - plus the casher was no help explaining. There is a super limited selection of soda in cans or bottles. The interior was painted black with 3 high-top tables and 6 stools. They have a tv playing loud hip-hop videos, which is fine if the employees speak louder than the music on the videos - not the case - while I ate I watched 4 customers come in and half of their orders were wrong. I mentioned eating at bully boss to the local customer I was visiting, and they laughed. I rarely ever give out less than 3 stars on a review, and I do a lot of reviews. I was going to give bully boss 1 star, but I gave the 2 because the food was good.
